Background
The casting is a metal molding object obtained by various casting methods, namely, smelted liquid metal is poured into a casting mold prepared in advance by pouring, injecting, sucking or other casting methods, and after the casting mold is cooled and subjected to subsequent processing means such as grinding and the like, the obtained object with certain shape, size and performance needs to be polished in the production process of the casting to ensure the integral smoothness of the outer edge of the casting.
In the process of implementing the application, the inventor finds that at least the following problems exist in the technology: the existing casting polishing device can not collect casting particles generated by polishing in the polishing process, and more particle dust is easily generated around a polishing platform for a long time, so that the working environment is influenced.
Therefore, the casting polishing device is provided for solving the problems.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The purpose of this application is in order to solve prior art, and current foundry goods grinding device can not collect the foundry goods granule that the process of polishing produced grinding, easily causes for a long time that there is more granule dust around the platform of polishing, influences operational environment's problem, and the foundry goods grinding device who provides.
In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is adopted in the application:
a casting polishing device comprises a mounting frame and a matching plate vertically fixed on one side edge of the top of the mounting frame, wherein a polishing box is fixed at the middle section of the matching plate, a polishing cavity is formed in the polishing box, a polishing wheel is rotatably arranged in the polishing cavity, and a collecting assembly for assisting particle collection is mounted at the outer edge of the polishing box;
the collecting component comprises a plug box fixed at the top of the mounting frame and an air suction nozzle installed inside the grinding cavity, the outer edge of the grinding box is provided with a plurality of air suction pipes communicated with the air suction nozzle, an air guide pipe is installed between the plurality of air suction pipes and the plug box, the plug box is provided with a collecting box for filtering in an inserted mode, and the collecting box is provided with an arc-shaped filter screen for filtering.
Through the collection assembly that sets up, cooperation between suction nozzle, aspiration channel and the guide duct etc. in the collection assembly can polish the granule that produces to the foundry goods in the course of the work and carry out fine absorption filtration treatment, avoids appearing the condition that the granule of foundry goods was scattered when polishing as far as possible.
As a further preferred scheme, the collecting box is divided into a filtering cavity and an air suction cavity through a filter screen, the bottom of the filtering cavity is provided with a collecting cavity, and an air wheel is arranged in the air suction cavity.
Divide into filter chamber and air suction chamber with the collecting box through the setting, can filter the granule when the collecting box induced drafts, improve whole collecting box inside whole space utilization.
As further preferred scheme, the outer fringe department at filter screen top is fixed with the clearance subassembly, the clearance subassembly includes that the symmetry is fixed at the solid fixed ring of filter screen both sides and is installed the cleaning roller between solid fixed ring, the one end of cleaning roller is passed solid fixed ring and is installed the drive cleaning roller pivoted clearance motor.
Through the clearance subassembly that sets up, solid fixed ring, cleaning roller and the cooperation between the clearance motor in the clearance subassembly can be convenient for rotate the clearance of sweeping the metal particle of adsorbing on the filter screen in the course of the work to collect through the collecting box, guarantee to induced draft filterable stability and go on.
As a further preferable scheme, the fixing ring is of an arc-shaped plate structure, the two ends of the cleaning roller are respectively fixed with the meshing column in a protruding mode, the fixing ring is provided with a channel for mounting the two ends of the meshing column, and the bottom of the channel is embedded with a meshing plate which is matched and meshed with the meshing column.
Through being the arc setting with solid fixed ring, can laminate on the filter screen, and then make things convenient for the follow-up removal of cleaning roller, and then clear up the filter screen.
As a further preferable scheme, the front end of the crankshaft of the cleaning motor is fixed on the meshing column, a guide groove is formed in one side of the fixing ring corresponding to the cleaning motor, a guide column is fixed on one side of the cleaning motor close to the fixing ring, and the guide column and the guide groove are matched to slide.
Through the cooperation between the guide post that sets up and the guide way, can guarantee that the cleaning motor can the steady slip in the course of the work, avoid driving cleaning roller pivoted in-process cleaning motor self and rotate.
As a further preferred scheme, a cleaning brush is arranged at the outer edge of the cleaning roller, and the outer edge of the cleaning roller is attached to the outer edge of the filter screen.
Through setting up the clearance brush on the cleaning roller, can conveniently carry out fine clearance processing to absorbent foundry goods granule on the filter screen in the course of the work, avoid adsorbing more granule influence whole filter effect on the filter screen.
As a further preferable scheme, a grinding motor is fixed at one end of the mounting frame, and the front end of a crankshaft of the grinding motor is fixed on one side edge of the grinding wheel.
Through the grinding motor who sets up and install the grinding wheel at grinding motor spindle front end, can stabilize the processing of polishing through the grinding wheel to the foundry goods in the course of the work.
As a further preferred scheme, the outer edge of the grinding motor is symmetrically fixed with fixing plates, and the fixing plates are fixed at the top of the mounting frame through bolts.
The polishing motor is fixed on the mounting frame through the bolts, and the polishing motor can be prevented from shaking in the working process.
To sum up, the technical effect and the advantage of this application: this foundry goods grinding device, collection subassembly through setting up, the aspiration channel in the collection subassembly, the suction nozzle, the guide duct, cooperation between jack box and collecting box and the filter screen, can polish the granule that produces to the foundry goods in the course of the work and carry out fine absorption filtration treatment, the condition that the granule of foundry goods is scattered all around when polishing is avoided appearing as far as possible, simultaneously can carry out filtration treatment to the foundry goods granule through the filter screen, improve the operational environment of platform of polishing, through setting up the clearance subassembly of handling at the filter screen top, solid fixed ring in the clearance subassembly, the meshing board, cooperation between guide way and cleaning roller and the clearance motor etc, can be in the course of the work convenient metal granule to the adsorption on the filter screen rotates and sweeps the clearance, and collect through the collecting box, guarantee to induced draft filterable stability and go on.

Referring to fig. 2, collecting box 8 divide into the filter chamber and induced draft the chamber through filter screen 9, and filter chamber bottom department is provided with the collection chamber, and the intracavity that induced drafts is provided with wind wheel 17, divide into filter chamber and induced draft chamber with collecting box 8 through the setting, can improve the inside whole space utilization of whole collecting box 8 to the particle filtration when collecting box 8 induced drafts, and the outer fringe department at filter screen 9 top is fixed with clearance subassembly 13.

Referring to fig. 4, the front end of the crankshaft of the cleaning motor 16 is fixed on the meshing column, a guide groove 142 is formed in one side of the fixing ring 14 corresponding to the cleaning motor 16, a guide column 161 is fixed on one side of the cleaning motor 16 close to the fixing ring 14, the guide column 161 and the guide groove 142 slide in a matched mode, through the matching between the guide column 161 and the guide groove 142, the stable sliding of the cleaning motor 16 can be guaranteed in the working process, and the cleaning motor 16 is prevented from rotating in the process of driving the cleaning roller 15 to rotate.
The working principle is as follows: when the casting needs to be polished, the polishing motor 12 and the air suction motor are started, the casting is polished through the polishing wheel 11, dust enters the air suction pipe 4 through the air suction nozzle 5 in the polishing process, enters the collection box 8 through the air guide pipe 6, and is filtered through casting particles in redundant air of the filter screen 9, the cleaning motor 16 is started in the filtering process, the cleaning motor 16 drives the cleaning roller 15 to rotate, and then adsorbed gradual particles at the top of the filter screen 9 are cleaned through the cleaning roller 15, and meanwhile the meshing column is driven to rotate when the cleaning roller 15 rotates, and is meshed with the meshing plate 141, so that the meshing column rotates, the cleaning roller 15 is driven to move on the fixing ring 14, and the guide column 161 and the guide groove 142 slide in a matching mode in the moving process, and then the top of the filter screen 9 is cleaned.
