本实用新型涉及一种排污装置,特别是涉及一种循环水流动床生物滤池底部排污装置。
背景技术
循环水养殖由于其节水、环保、高产和可持续等优点,成为当代水产养殖的重要发展方向之一,循环水养殖池一般包括沉淀池和生物滤池,沉淀池通过物理沉淀沉积大颗粒有机物,生物滤池是通过生物膜的硝化作用来处理水中的氨氮等,生物膜老化后脱落于生物滤池的底部,为避免池底污物堆积,需要进行人工清理,费时费力,并且无法实时清理,会对水质在一定程度上产生影响。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有生物滤池中污物无法及时排除影响水质、人工清理费时费力的技术问题,提供一种结构简单、能够自动实时排出生物滤池中污物、省时省力的循环水流动床生物滤池底部排污装置。
为此,本实用新型的技术方案是,一种循环水流动床生物滤池底部排污装置,设有滤池,所述滤池内均布设有排污孔,所述排污孔上方设有滤网,所述排污孔包括上端排污孔和下端排污孔,所述下端排污孔下方设有排污管,所述上端排污孔孔径大于所述下端排污孔孔径。
优选的,所述滤网为整体式结构固定在所述滤池的底面上。
优选的,所述滤网为分体式结构,分别固定在每个排污孔上方的滤池底面上。
优选的,所述排污管包括排污竖管、排污横管和排污主管,所述排污竖管连接所述下端排污孔。
优选的,所述排污竖管下方连接排污横管,所述排污横管上连接所述排污主管,所述排污主管的出口向下倾斜,所述排污主管的管径大于所述排污横管的管径,所述排污横管的管径不小于所述排污竖管的管径。
优选的,远离所述排污主管的一端设有端部竖管,所述端部竖管与所述排污横管之间采用弯头B连接,所述排污主管与最外侧的端部横管之间采用弯头A连接。
优选的,所述排污孔还包括中间锥孔,所述中间锥孔位于所述上端排污孔和下端排污孔之间。
本实用新型有益效果是,
(1)通过在滤池底面设置排污孔和滤网,将滤池内杂质穿过滤网由排污孔排出,滤网的孔径可以穿过杂质,但滤网孔径小于滤料直径,可以防止滤料的流失;
(2)排污孔采用上端大下端小的结构,可以在水流压力作用下将堆积在滤网上的滤料冲走,以便更好的滤掉滤池内的杂质;
(3)端部竖管与排污横管之间采用弯头B连接,排污主管与最外侧的端部横管之间采用弯头A连接,可以避免杂质在管端的沉积,使排污更彻底;
(4)该装置结构简单,操作方便,通过控制排污主管的开关即可实现滤池的清理,降低了人工劳动强度,并且清理彻底,有效提升了滤池内的水质。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本实用新型做进一步描述。
如图1-4所示,一4种循环水流动床生物滤池底部排污装置,设有滤池1,滤池1内均布设有排污孔,排污孔上方设有滤网2,滤网2固定在滤池底面4上,如图1所示,滤网2可以做成整体式滤网直接铺设在滤池底面4上,也可以做成如图2所示的分体式滤网,分别固定在每个排污孔上方,可以采用水泥将其嵌入滤池底面4。滤网2的孔径小于滤池1内滤料的直径。
排污孔下方设有排污竖管5,排污竖管5下方连接排污横管8,排污横管8上连接排污主管6,杂质通过排污主管6排出进行集中处理。排污主管6上可以设置阀门用于滤池排污的开关,阀门可以选用手动阀或者电动阀。排污主管6的出口略向下倾斜,有利于排污主管6中杂质的排出。排污主管6的管径大于排污横管8的管径,排污横管8的管径不小于排污竖管5的管径。远离排污主管6一侧的排污竖管5称之为端部竖管10,端部竖管10与排污横管8之间采用弯头B 9连接,排污主管6与最外侧的端部横管11之间采用弯头A 7连接。端部采用弯头连接可以避免杂质在管端的沉积。
如图5所示,排污孔包括上端排污孔3和下端排污孔12,上端排污孔3孔径大于下端排污孔12,排污孔也可以做成如图6所示,在上端排污孔3和下端排污孔12之间设置中间锥孔13,中间锥孔13为上端大下端小的锥孔,用于上端排污孔3和下端排污孔12的过渡。排污竖管5均连接到下端排污孔12上。
本申请通过在滤池底面4上设置排污孔,在排污孔上方设置滤网2,可以使滤池1内的细小杂质穿过滤网2进入到排污孔,进而排出滤池1,排污孔采用上端排污孔3和下端排污孔12相结合,且上端排污孔3直径大于下端排污孔12直径的方式,可以通过排污孔内水流压力将沉积在滤网2上的滤料冲走,方便杂质穿过,提高了排污效率。
该装置结构简单,可以实现流动床生物滤池的快捷清理,并且保证滤料不会通过排污孔流失,降低了人工劳动强度,并且可随时清理,有效提升了滤池1内的水质,改善了养殖环境。

2.根据权利要求1所述的循环水流动床生物滤池底部排污装置,其特征在于,所述滤网为整体式结构固定在所述滤池的底面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的循环水流动床生物滤池底部排污装置,其特征在于,所述滤网为分体式结构,分别固定在每个排污孔上方的滤池底面上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的循环水流动床生物滤池底部排污装置,其特征在于,所述排污管包括排污竖管、排污横管和排污主管,所述排污竖管连接所述下端排污孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的循环水流动床生物滤池底部排污装置,其特征在于,所述排污竖管下方连接排污横管,所述排污横管上连接所述排污主管,所述排污主管的出口向下倾斜,所述排污主管的管径大于所述排污横管的管径,所述排污横管的管径不小于所述排污竖管的管径。
