SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The application provides an explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp to solve the heavy technical problem of portable not being convenient for of explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp that exists among the prior art.
In order to solve the above problems, the embodiment of the present application provides a technical solution that: an explosion proof multi-purpose portable lamp comprising:
the spotlight component comprises at least two spotlights for emitting spotlight;
a floodlight assembly for emitting floodlight;
a housing having a base portion, and a handle portion; at least two spotlight lamps are distributed in the lamp holder cavity of the lamp holder part at intervals along a first direction; the lamp body part and the handle part are respectively connected to one side of the lamp head part along a second direction; the lamp body part and the handle part are arranged at intervals along the first direction and are provided with accommodating spaces at intervals; the handle part is provided with at least one weight reduction groove; the floodlight assembly is mounted on the lamp body part;
the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction, and the second direction is parallel to the light emitting direction of the spotlight.
According to the explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp provided by the embodiment of the application, through the arrangement of the light condensation component and the floodlight component, the explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp can emit light condensation forwards and floodlight towards the side surface, the illumination range is wider, the opposite performance is realized, and the application is wider; simultaneously, the condensation assembly comprises at least two spot lamps, so that the condensation intensity of the explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp is higher, the luminous effect is stronger, and the use is more convenient. This is through dividing into lamp holder portion, lamp body portion and handle portion with the casing to connect lamp body portion and handle portion respectively in lamp holder portion along the ascending one side of second side, make even the quantity of spotlight has been increased, but utilize spotlight along the length that the first direction increases through handle portion, also be that handle portion does not additionally increase the space, thereby make the compactness of whole explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp, occupation space is little, and reduces housing material. In addition, through setting up at handle portion and subtracting heavy groove, further reduce the weight of whole explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp for this explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp portable.

In one possible design, the light focusing assembly further includes:
the light gathering plate is arranged in the lamp holder cavity, and at least two spotlight lamps are respectively attached to the light gathering plate;
the at least two reflecting cups are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the at least two spotlights; the reflecting cup cover is arranged on the spotlight;
the at least two first lenses are respectively arranged on one sides of the at least two light reflecting cups, which are far away from the light collecting plate;
the lamp cap part is provided with a light outlet communicated with the lamp cap cavity, and the lamp cap is arranged at the light outlet; at least two first lenses are respectively arranged on the lamp cap.
In one possible design, the reflector cup includes:
the cup body is cup-shaped, and the small end of the cup body is arranged on the light gathering plate;
the support ring is annularly arranged on the outer side of the large end of the cup body and uniformly extends along the axial direction of the cup body; one end of the support ring is connected with the cup body in an integrated mode, and the other end of the support ring is connected with the cup body through a plurality of connecting ribs.
In one possible design, the lamp cap is concavely formed with a first hanging ring opening, and the first hanging ring opening penetrates through two adjacent side surfaces of the lamp cap cover.
In one possible design, the light condensing assembly further comprises a mounting frame, a control panel and a key panel; the mounting frame, the control panel and the key panel are all mounted in the lamp holder cavity, and the light gathering panel, the control panel and the key panel are respectively mounted on different sides of the mounting frame; the light gathering plate and the key plate are electrically connected with the control panel respectively.
In one possible design, the base cavity extends to the end of the handle portion connected to the base portion; the handle portion is equipped with the button, the lamp holder chamber is located the protruding brace rod that is equipped with of part of handle portion, the last holding surface that has of brace rod, the mounting bracket orientation one side of holding surface has the inclined plane, the inclined plane is in the mounting bracket is followed when the second direction promotes with the holding surface supports tight setting, just the keypad with the button butt.
In one possible design, the lamp body part is provided with a battery bin and two floodlight cavities, the battery bin is arranged in the middle and used for accommodating a battery, one end of the battery bin, which is far away from the lamp head part, is provided with a battery cover, and the battery cover is provided with two sockets of a warning lamp which are respectively electrically connected with the battery; the two floodlight cavities are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the battery compartment along a third direction, and the two floodlight cavities are respectively accommodated with one floodlight component;
wherein the third direction, the second direction and the first direction are perpendicular to each other;

In one possible design, the floodlight assembly comprises:
the floodlight panel is arranged in the floodlight cavity, and a floodlight is arranged on the floodlight panel;
the diffusion plate is arranged on the light emitting side of the floodlight;
the second lens is arranged on one side, far away from the floodlight, of the diffusion plate;
the sealing ring is abutted between the diffusion plate, the second lens and the outer end face of the floodlight cavity;
and the frame is arranged on the outer end surface of the floodlight cavity and is pressed on the edge of the second lens.
In one possible design, the seal ring includes:
a body portion abutting between the second lens and an outer end face of the flood chamber;
a step formed on an inner edge of the body portion on a side facing the second lens and adapted to abut against the diffusion plate;
the first limiting ring is convexly arranged on the inner edge of one side, away from the second lens, of the body part and is used for being abutted against the inner wall of the floodlight cavity;
the second limiting ring is convexly arranged on the outer edge of one side, facing the second lens, of the body part and is used for limiting the outer edge of the second lens.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, the same reference numerals are used to refer to the same components or parts, and for the same parts in the embodiments of the present application, only one of the components or parts may be used as an example to refer to the reference numeral, and it should be understood that, for other similar components or parts, the reference numerals are also used.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides an explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp, which includes a light focusing assembly 20, a floodlight assembly 30, a battery 40 and a housing 10, wherein the light focusing assembly 20, the floodlight assembly 30 and the battery 40 are all mounted on the housing 10.
The light focusing assembly 20 includes at least two spotlights 22 for emitting focused light. The floodlight assembly 30 is used for emitting floodlight; the battery 40 is used to power at least two spotlights 22 and the floodlight assembly 30.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the housing 10 includes a base portion 11, a lamp portion 12 and a handle portion 13. At least two spotlights 22 are spaced apart in the lamp head cavity 111 along the first direction X; the floodlight assembly 30 and the battery 40 are mounted to the body 12.
The lamp portion 12 and the handle portion 13 are connected to one side of the base portion 11 in the second direction Y. Specifically, the second direction Y is parallel to the light emitting direction of the spotlight 22, the lamp body 12 and the handle 13 are respectively connected to a side of the lamp head 11 away from the light emitting side of the spotlight 22, for example, the spotlight 22 emits light forward, and the lamp body 12 and the handle 13 are respectively connected to a rear side of the lamp head 11. The lamp body part 12 and the handle part 13 are arranged at intervals along the first direction X and are provided with an accommodating space 14 for accommodating a hand at intervals; the handle portion 13 is formed with at least one weight-reducing groove 131 for reducing weight.
The first direction X is perpendicular to the second direction Y.
According to the explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp, the light condensing assembly 20 and the floodlight assembly 30 are arranged, so that the explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp can emit light condensing forward and floodlight to the side, the illumination range is wider, the opposite performance is realized, and the application is wider; meanwhile, the light condensing assembly 20 comprises at least two spot lights 22, so that the light condensing intensity of the explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp is higher, the light emitting effect is stronger, and the use is more convenient. This is through dividing casing 10 into lamp holder portion 11, lamp body portion 12 and handle portion 13 to connect lamp body portion 12 and handle portion 13 respectively in lamp holder portion 11 along one side on the second direction Y, makes even the quantity of spotlight 22 has increased, but utilizes the length that spotlight 22 increases along first direction X through handle portion 13, and that is handle portion 13 does not additionally increase the position, thereby makes the compactness of whole explosion-proof multipurpose hand lamp, and occupation space is little, and reduces casing 10 material. In addition, the weight of the whole explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp is further reduced by providing the lightening groove 131 at the handle part 13, so that the explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp is convenient to carry.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the lamp head portion 11, the lamp body portion 12 and the handle portion 13 are integrally connected, that is, the whole housing 10 is an integrally connected structure, and may be integrally formed by injection molding or CNC machining, for example. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the base portion 11, the body portion 12 and the handle portion 13 may be formed separately and then connected by welding or screw locking, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the light-focusing assembly 20 further includes a light-focusing plate 21, a light-focusing lamp 22, at least two reflecting cups 23, a lamp cap 25 and at least two first lenses 24.
The base part 11 has a base cavity 111 and a light outlet 112, the light outlet 112 is disposed on a side of the base cavity 111 facing the light emitted from the spotlight 22, and the light outlet 112 is communicated with the base cavity 111. The light-gathering plate 21 and at least two of the reflective cups 23 are accommodated in the lamp cap cavity 111, and the lamp cap cover 25 and at least two of the first lenses 24 are mounted at the light outlet 112.
The at least two spot lights 22 are respectively attached to the light-gathering plate 21, the at least two reflecting cups 23 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the at least two spot lights 22, the reflecting cups 23 are covered on the spot lights 22, and the reflecting cups 23 are used for gathering light rays emitted by the spot lights 22 and emitting the light rays to the light-emitting side.
At least two first lenses 24 are respectively arranged on one side of the reflection cup 23, which is far away from the light-gathering plate 21. That is, the spotlight 22, the reflective cup 23 and the first lens 24 are sequentially disposed along the light emitting direction of the spotlight 22, so that the light emitted from the reflective cup 23 can be further converged by the first lens 24, and the light condensing effect from the base 11 is better.
The cap 25 is mounted at the light outlet 112 of the cap 11, and at least two first lenses 24 are respectively mounted on the cap 25. That is, the first lens 24 is mounted through the cap cover 25, so that the first lens 24 is firmly mounted.
Specifically, the base cap 25 is fixed to the end surface of the base portion 11 having the light outlet 112 by a fastener and a sealing member, the base holder 26 is further mounted inside the base cap 25, and the first lens 24 is mounted between the base holder 26 and the base cap 25.
Through holes are formed in the positions, corresponding to the three reflecting cups 23, of the lamp holder 26 and the lamp holder cover 25, and the outer edge of the lamp holder 26 and the inner edge of the lamp holder cover 25 are fixed in a sealing mode through fasteners and sealing elements; the holder 26 and the cap 25 enclose three through holes to form receiving grooves 261, and the edges of the three first lenses 24 are respectively received and fixed in the three receiving grooves 261.
In one embodiment, the number of the spot lamps 22, the reflective cups 23 and the first lenses 24 is three, and the three spot lamps 22, the three reflective cups 23 and the three first lenses 24 are disposed in a one-to-one correspondence. The arrangement of the three spotlights 22 makes the spotlight emitted by the spotlight component 20 strong, and meets the spotlight requirement of the user. It should be understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the number of the spotlights 22 may also be two, four, five or more according to actual design requirements, and correspondingly, the number of the reflective cups 23 and the first lenses 24 may also be two, four, five or more, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 6, the reflector cup 23 includes a cup 231 and a support ring 232. The cup 231 has a cup shape, the cup 231 has a large end and a small end which are oppositely arranged, and the inner diameter of the cup 231 is gradually increased from the small end to the large end. The small end of the cup 231 is fixed to the light collection plate 21 by a fastener to mount the reflector cup 23 in the lamp head cavity 111. The support ring 232 is annularly arranged outside the large end of the cup 231, the support ring 232 and the cup 231 are coaxially arranged, and the support ring 232 uniformly extends along the axial direction of the cup 231, that is, the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the support ring 232 are kept unchanged along the axial direction of the cup 231. One end of the support ring 232 is integrally connected with the cup 231, and the other end of the support ring 232 is connected with the cup 231 through a plurality of connecting ribs 233. This embodiment sets up the design of support ring 232 through the main aspects outside at cup 231 for the main aspects structure of anti-light cup 23 is more durable, under the condition of equal material thickness, lets anti-light cup 23 harder, makes anti-light cup 23 non-deformable, thereby has improved the life of whole explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the support ring 232 and the cup 231 may be connected by welding, and are not limited herein.
In the present embodiment, three reflection cups 23 are provided and mounted on the light collection plate 21, respectively. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present application, the three reflective cups 23 may be connected in sequence and integrally formed, so as to reduce the manufacturing cost of the three reflective cups 23.
In one embodiment, the lamp cap 25 and the handle portion 13 are respectively provided with a first hanging ring opening 251 and a second hanging ring opening 132, so that the explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp can be hung up through the hanging ring by passing through the first hanging ring opening 251 or the second hanging ring opening 132 when in use, and is convenient to carry and rest.
Specifically, the first hooking ring opening 251 is formed on the lamp cap 25 in a concave manner, and the first hooking ring opening 251 penetrates through two adjacent sides of the lamp cap 25, for example, in fig. 4, a first hooking ring opening 251 is formed on one edge of the lamp cap 25 along the first direction X; the first hooking opening 251 penetrates the front side and one side in the first direction X of the lamp head cover 25, respectively. The first ring opening 251 of the embodiment of the present application is formed in the lamp cap 25 in a concave shape without protruding the lamp cap 25, which not only makes the appearance of the lamp cap 25 good, but also makes the first ring opening 251 not damaged when the explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp falls down.
Referring to fig. 5, a protrusion 133 is protruded from an end of the handle 13 away from the base 11, and the second ring opening 132 is disposed through the protrusion 133.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 7, the light focusing assembly 20 further includes a mounting frame 27, a control plate 28, a key plate 29 and a button 50. The mounting frame 27, the control board 28 and the key board 29 are mounted in the lamp head cavity 111, and the light gathering board 21, the control board 28 and the key board 29 are respectively mounted on different sides of the mounting frame 27; the light-gathering plate 21 is electrically connected with the control board 28, and the key plate 29 is electrically connected with the control board 28; a button 50 for pressing the control key sheet 29 is also mounted on the grip portion 13 or the base portion 11. The control of the different lights is achieved by pressing the buttons 50, for example by pressing the different buttons 50 to turn on spot or flood, or to turn on which side flood, or to implement a warning light 60.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4, the cap cavity 111 extends to the end where the handle portion 13 is connected to the cap portion 11. The button 50 is arranged on the handle portion 13, the supporting rib 113 is convexly arranged on the portion, located on the handle portion 13, of the lamp holder cavity 111, the supporting surface 1131 is arranged on the supporting rib 113, the inclined surface 2721 is arranged on one side, facing the supporting surface 1131, of the mounting frame 27, the inclined surface 2721 is tightly abutted to the supporting surface 1131 when the mounting frame 27 is pushed along the second direction Y, and the key board 29 is abutted to the button 50. The setting of the cooperation butt of holding surface 1131 and inclined plane 2721 is passed through to this embodiment for when installation spotlight component 20, can directly promote spotlight component 20 along second direction Y, make holding surface 1131 support tightly with inclined plane 2721, can realize spotlight component 20's installation, need not to set up extra fastener again, saved the process of counterpointing and big screw.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 4 and 7, the lamp head cavity 111 is L-shaped, the mounting frame 27 is also L-shaped, the mounting frame 27 includes a horizontal portion 271 and a vertical portion 272, the horizontal portion 271 is located at the lamp head portion 11, the vertical portion 272 is located at the handle portion 13, the control board 28 and the light collecting board 21 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the horizontal portion 271, the key board 29 is located at the vertical portion 272, the button 50 and the support rib 113 are respectively located at two opposite sides of the mounting frame 27, during clamping, the mounting frame 27 is respectively abutted between the button 50 and the support rib 113, and the support surface 1131 is abutted to the inclined surface 2721.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 8, the lamp portion 12 has a battery compartment 121 and two floodlight cavities 122; the battery compartment 121 is provided in the middle and is used for accommodating the battery 40; the two floodlight cavities 122 are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the battery compartment 121 along the third direction Z, and one floodlight assembly 30 is respectively accommodated in each of the two floodlight cavities 122; the first direction X, the third direction Z and the second direction Y are mutually vertical in pairs. The explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp in this embodiment when using, not only can send the spotlight from the front, can also send out floodlight from two sides on the third direction Z, and the front spotlight shines intensely, and the floodlight irradiation range of side is wide to satisfy user's the demand of not shining.
Wherein, between battery compartment 121 and lamp holder chamber 111, between battery compartment 121 and two floodlight chambeies 122, connecting channel has all been seted up between lamp holder chamber 111 and two floodlight chambeies 122 to form the electricity of battery 40 and main control board 28 through connecting channel, form the electricity of battery 40 and two floodlight subassemblies 30 and be connected, form the electricity of main control board 28 and two floodlight subassemblies 30 and be connected.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8, the floodlight assembly 30 includes a floodlight panel 31, a diffuser plate 32, a second lens 33, a sealing ring 34 and a frame 35. Floodlight lamp plate 31 is installed in floodlight chamber 122, is equipped with floodlight on the floodlight lamp plate 31, and the light-emitting side of floodlight is located to diffuser plate 32, and one side of floodlight is kept away from to diffuser plate 32 is located to second lens 33, also is that diffuser plate 32 and second lens 33 locate the light-emitting side of floodlight in proper order, and diffuser plate 32 is used for diverging the light that floodlight sent, and second lens 33 is used for further diffusing and throwing away the light that floodlight sent. The sealing ring 34 abuts against the diffusion plate 32, the second lens 33 and the outer end face of the floodlight cavity 122, the frame 35 is installed on the outer end face of the floodlight cavity 122, and the frame 35 is pressed on the edge of the second lens 33.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 9, the sealing ring 34 includes a body portion 341, a first retaining ring 342, and a second retaining ring 343. The main body 341 is ring-shaped, the second lens 33 is disposed outside the outer end surface of the floodlight cavity 122, and the main body 341 abuts between the second lens 33 and the outer end surface of the floodlight cavity 122. The body 341 is recessed toward the inner edge of the second lens 33 to form a step 3411, a peripheral edge of the diffuser 32 is provided on the step 3411, and the peripheral edge of the diffuser 32 is abutted between the step 3411 and the second lens 33. The first limiting ring 342 is protruded from the inner edge of the main body 341 away from the second lens 33, and the first limiting ring 342 is used for abutting against the inner side wall of the floodlight cavity 122 to form the positioning of the sealing ring 34 in the floodlight cavity 122. The second limiting ring 343 is protruded from an outer edge of the main body 341 facing the second lens 33, and the second limiting ring 343 is used for limiting an outer edge of the second lens 33, so as to facilitate positioning and mounting of the second lens 33. This application passes through the setting of sealing washer 34, and in addition frame 35 is to the edge locking of second lens 33 to can install second lens 33 and diffuser plate 32, and can realize the sealed installation of second lens 33 and diffuser plate 32, make this explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp's water-proof effects just, and the mounting means is simpler, simple structure.
Referring to fig. 9, the opposite sides of the body portion 341 are wavy, so as to improve the abutting elasticity between the body portion 341 and the outer end surfaces of the second lens 33 and the floodlight cavity 122, respectively, and further improve the sealing effect.
In one embodiment, the explosion-proof multipurpose hand lamp further comprises a warning light 60, the warning light 60 is mounted on an end of the lamp body 12 away from the lamp body 12, i.e. on the tail end, the warning light 60 is connected to the battery 40 and the main control board 28, respectively, and the warning light 60 is used for giving an alarm. The warning light 60 has two kinds of luminous modes of often brightening and twinkling, when meetting danger, through pressing button 50 so that warning light 60 sends the light that twinkles to remind the place ahead of following people or thing attention, can not be close to, thereby reduce danger, and then make this explosion-proof multipurpose portable lamp's usage more, application range is wider.
The side of the battery compartment 121 facing away from the lamp head cavity 111 is provided with a mounting opening, the mounting opening is provided with a battery cover 70, and the battery 40 is mounted and dismounted by the switch of the battery cover 70.
The warning lamp 60 is mounted on the battery cover 70. The battery cover 70 is further provided with two sockets 80, the two sockets 80 are respectively electrically connected with the control board 28, the two sockets 80 are respectively connected with the battery 40, one socket 80 is used for charging terminal equipment such as a mobile phone, and the other socket 80 is used for charging the battery 40 by using a power supply.
