Specifically, the rear edge of the top plate 101 coincides with the upper edge of the rear plate 103 and is a crease line around which the top plate 101 can rotate. The front part of the top plate 101 is provided with a bent insertion plate 101a, the insertion plate 101a and the front edge of the top plate 101 form another crease line, the insertion plate can rotate around the crease line, and the insertion plate 101a is inserted into the front side of the slot body when the top plate 101 rotates to be closed with the slot body, so that the outer packing box 10 is stably closed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the packing box is used for packing a cuboid-shaped switch panel or doorbell product, so that the outer packing box 10 is designed to be cuboid, the front panel 104 is parallel to the rear panel 103, the top panel 101 is parallel to the bottom panel 102, and the two side panels 105 are parallel. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the shape and size of the outer box 10 when packaged is not limited to the specific embodiment of the present invention, and can be adjusted according to the shape and size of the packaged object contained therein.
As shown in fig. 2, each of the side plates 105 is provided at an upper edge thereof with a rotatable wing plate 105 a. The wing plate 105a is formed by bending and extending the edge of the side plate 105 inwards. The two wings 105a are folded inward toward the outer pack 10 to close the inner pack 20.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, fig. 7 is a schematic view of the outer box 10 with the top plate 101 and the corresponding wing 105a open and the bottom plate 102 closed; fig. 8 is a schematic view of the outer box 10 with the bottom panel 102 and the corresponding flaps 105a open and the top panel 101 closed; as can be seen, the top end structure and the bottom end structure of the outer box 10 are symmetrical up and down, or the same; the upper side refers to a side corresponding to the top plate 101, and the lower side refers to a side corresponding to the bottom plate 102; thus, the manufacturing and folding processes of the outer packing box 10 are easier.
As shown in fig. 3, the shape of the inner pack 20 is approximately the same as or matched with the shape of the mouth of the outer pack 10 to fit the outer pack 10. Since the package box of the present embodiment is used for packing a rectangular switch panel, the inner package box 20 is a rectangular box body, and can be put into the outer package box 10 through the box opening of the outer package box 10 and taken out through the box opening of the outer package box 10. Preferably, the thickness of the inner pack 20 is lower than the depth of the outer pack 10, so that the packaged goods can protrude from the inner pack 20, and the packaged goods can be conveniently taken out from the inner pack 20. It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, when the package is used to package other articles, the shape of the inner package 20 can be flexibly adjusted according to the shape of the packaged article.
The upper edge of the inner packing box 20 is provided with a plurality of abutting plates 203 which are turned outwards, and the lower parts of the abutting plates 203 are directly or indirectly abutted against the inner wall of the outer packing box 10, so that the inner packing box 20 is separated from the inner wall of the outer packing box 10. The inner packing box 20 is designed as a box body with an open upper end, and each abutting plate 203 is arranged around the box opening of the inner packing box 20 so as to facilitate the access of the packed articles. Generally, the inner packing box 20 is a polygonal slot with an open upper end, and the abutting plate 203 is disposed on each side of the edge of the opening of the inner packing box 20. Preferably, the inner packing box 20 is a rectangular box with an open upper end, and each side of the box opening is provided with one abutting plate 203.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the abutting plate 203 can rotate around the upper edge thereof and the inner pack 20, so as to facilitate the loading of the inner pack 20 into the outer pack 10. The abutting plate 203 may be formed by extending the upper edge of the inner pack 20 directly. If the abutting plate 203 is formed by folding and pressing the upper edge of the inner pack 20, the abutting plate 203 rotates relative to the folding line with the upper edge of the inner pack 20.
The number and shape of the abutting plates 203 may not be limited. The number of the abutting plates 203 is only required to be one for each surface of the inner wall of the outer packing box 10. The shapes of the abutting plates 203 may be the same or different from each other, and the inner pack 20 and the outer pack 10 may be separated from each other. The abutting plate 203 is disposed obliquely, and has an upper portion integrally connected to the inner pack 20 and a lower portion abutting against the inner wall of the outer pack 10. Since the shape of the lower portion of the abutting plate 203 can be set in various ways, the lower portion of the abutting plate 203 can contact with the inner wall of the outer packing box 10 in various ways, such as point contact, line contact or surface contact, as long as the contact and abutting effect can be achieved.
More specifically, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the inner box 20 of the present embodiment includes a polygonal base plate 201 and a plurality of side plates 202, wherein the lower side of each side plate 202 is connected to one side of the base plate 201, and the upper side of each side plate is folded outwards to form the abutting plate 203.
The lower end of the abutting plate 203 abuts against the bottom plate 102 of the outer packing box 10 directly or indirectly, and the width B of the abutting plate 203 is greater than the thickness a of the inner packing box 20, so as to form a hidden accommodating space between the bottom plate 102 of the outer packing box 10 and the base plate 201 of the inner packing box 20, and form an open accommodating space between the base plate 201 of the inner packing box 20 and the box opening of the outer packing box. The hidden accommodating space is used for packaging spare and accessory parts, such as screws, double-sided adhesive, data lines, signal lines and other spare and accessory parts; the open accommodating space is used for packaging a main body part (such as a switch) of a packaged article; therefore, when the top plate 101 is opened, the user only sees the packaged objects contained between the box openings of the inner packing box 20 and the outer packing box 10, and does not see the parts hidden in the hidden containing space hidden below, so that the overall appearance is more concise, and the user experience is improved. Meanwhile, because the hidden accommodating space below the inner packing box 20 exists, when the packing box falls, if the bottom of the outer packing box 10 is pressed by the contact with the ground, the hidden accommodating space can play a good buffering role so as to prevent the packed articles from being pressed and reduce the damage to the packed articles caused by the pressing.
Further, in order to prevent the user from neglecting the packaged articles in the hidden accommodating space without knowing the internal structure of the package box, the base plate 201 of the inner package box 20 may further be provided with at least one observation hole (not shown) penetrating through the base plate 201 of the inner package box 20, so that the open accommodating space is communicated with the hidden accommodating space, and further, after the user takes out the packaged articles in the open accommodating space, the user can find the spare parts in the hidden accommodating space through the observation hole, so as to prevent the articles from being lost and leaked.
The enclosing plates 202 are formed by bending and extending the edges of the substrate 201 upward, and the lower edge of each enclosing plate 202 coincides with one edge of the substrate 201. The lower edge of the coaming 202 is a crease line with the base plate 201, and the coaming 202 can rotate around the crease line. The side edges of two adjacent enclosing plates 202 are overlapped but not connected, so that the enclosing plates 202 are in a flexible rotating state, and packaged articles can be conveniently placed in the inner packing box 20.
Similarly, in this embodiment, the abutting plate 203 is also formed by folding, specifically, the upper edge of each of the surrounding plates 202 is folded outwards to form the abutting plate 203, so that the abutting plate 203 can rotate around the folding line of the surrounding plate 202. In order to ensure that each side surface of the inner packing box 20 is separated from the inner wall of the outer packing box 10, the abutting plates 203 are arranged on four side surfaces of the inner packing box 20, and each abutting plate 203 is arranged in pairs in an opposite manner, so that the two opposite side surfaces of the inner packing box 20 are better separated from the inner wall of the outer packing box 10. Preferably, the abutting plates 203 are shaped like an isosceles trapezoid, so that two adjacent abutting plates 203 are prevented from interfering with each other.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to solve the labeling problem of the external packing box 10, a labeling mark 1011 is provided on a surface of the external packing box 10, and the labeling mark 1011 may be provided on any surface of the external packing box 10. The labeling mark 1011 in this embodiment is disposed on the top plate 101, and the labeling mark 1011 in this embodiment is configured to be L-shaped; note that, the fact that the labeling mark 1011 is L-shaped means that: the shape of the label tag 1011 is similar to the shape of a capital letter L, and in a specific embodiment, the label tag 1011 includes a first positioning portion 10111 and a second positioning portion 10112; wherein the first positioning portion 10111 and the second positioning portion 10112 are provided as linear indentations or cutting lines, and one end of the first positioning portion 10111 is connected to one end of the second positioning portion 10112 and is vertically disposed, in addition, the lengths of the first positioning portion 10111 and the second positioning portion 10112 are different, as in the illustrated example of the present embodiment, the length of the first positioning portion 10111 is longer than the length of the second positioning portion 10112, so that the labeling mark 1011 as a whole travels in a shape similar to "L", in the process of labeling, the characteristics can be utilized to prevent the fool so as to prevent the labels from being reversely labeled, furthermore, the labeling mark 1011 can be positioned by using the right-angled features similar to the "L" shape formed by the first positioning portion 10111 and the second positioning portion 10112, and fool-proofing is achieved by using the features of the L shape with two sides of different lengths; in this embodiment, the number of the labeling marks 1011 is two, and the two labeling marks 1011 are symmetrically arranged relative to the midline of the top plate 101. After the packaged article is accommodated in the external packing box 10, the labeling machine is used for positioning and labeling through the two labeling marks 1011, so that information contents such as characters and patterns related to the packaged product are directly and intuitively displayed in front of consumers. Typically, the labeling indicia 1011 are indentations or slits. Among the above technical scheme, through the setting of labeling mark 1011 for the packing carton is fixing a position the calibration to the label more easily at the in-process of labelling, prevents that the label from pasting askewly. Of course, in other embodiments, the shape, number and arrangement position of the labeling markers 1011 may be adjusted as needed.
