Because the roll shafts at the two ends of the dry wiping roll 411 penetrate through the dry adjusting box 421 and are rotationally connected with the dry adjusting box 421, the dry adjusting box 421 moves to drive the dry wiping roll 411 to move simultaneously, so that the function of adjusting the height of the dry wiping roll 411 is achieved, and the effect of adjusting the distance between the dry wiping roll 411 and the conveying roll 11 is achieved; thereby achieving the effect of adapting to the thickness of different lenses.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 1 of the application is as follows: the processed lens is conveyed to a cleaning component 2 by a conveying component 1, and the cleaning component 2 cleans the lens by using foam water; the conveying assembly 1 conveys the lens cleaned by the foam water to the washing assembly 3, and the washing assembly 3 cleans the lens by using clean water; the conveying assembly 1 conveys the lens cleaned by clear water to the drying assembly 4, the drying assembly 4 erases the water on the surface of the lens, and the scrubbing work of the lens is finished; conveying assembly 1, clean subassembly 2, washing component 3, dry component 4 cooperation are washd the lens, have reduced the step of artifical washing lens, have improved the cleaning efficiency of lens.
Example 2.
Referring to fig. 5, the embodiment of the present application differs from embodiment 1 in that: the dry wiping part 41 comprises a plurality of dry wiping rollers 411 and a plurality of dry wiping gears 413, and one dry wiping roller 411 corresponds to one dry wiping gear 413; a roller shaft at one end of the drying wiping roller 411 is fixedly connected with one drying wiping gear 413; each dry wiping gear 413 is in meshed transmission connection with the adjacent dry wiping gear 413; the output end of the drying driving motor 412 is fixedly connected with the roller shaft of one of the drying wiping rollers 411.
The embodiment of example 2 is: the drying driving motor 412 drives one of the drying wiping rollers 411 to rotate, and the drying wiping roller 411 drives a drying wiping gear 413 fixedly connected with the drying wiping roller to rotate. Each dry wiping gear 413 is in meshed driving connection with its adjacent dry wiping gear 413, so that all dry wiping gears 413 rotate synchronously. One dry wiping roller 411 corresponds to one dry wiping gear 413, and all the dry wiping rollers 411 rotate synchronously. The provision of the plurality of dry wiping rollers 411 reduces the occurrence of moisture adhering to the surface of the lens after drying.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present application, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited by the above embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the present application shall be covered by the protection scope of the present application.
