本实用新型涉及废水治理领域,具体是一种环境工程多通道废水治理装置。
背景技术
随着我国工业的不断发展,以及生活垃圾等的排放,废水排放量随之增加,导致水资源环境的污染越来越严重,环境工程作为科学治理日益严重的环境问题、改善环境质量、促进环境保护与社会发展,已经成为必不可少的一门行业。
现有常见的废水治理过程,是通过将废水从各个排污点收集,然后通入到废水池内过滤存储治理,然后将粗滤液再通过输送管道输送至混合器内加药混凝,进行二次过滤沉淀,这些沉淀物一般具有二次利用价值,最后经过紫外线和臭氧等杀菌后,消灭水中大肠杆菌等细菌后,可以通过消防栓出水回用,用于浇灌等。
但其中二次过滤时,加药混凝很容易不充分,而且加药的二次沉淀物不便于回收,过滤不充分,很容易造成紫外线投射能力不足,杀菌不彻底。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种环境工程多通道废水治理装置,混凝效率高,二次沉淀物便于回收,滤污效果好,杀菌充分。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种环境工程多通道废水治理装置,包括多通道输送管道,所述多通道输送管道的末端设置有混凝罐,所述混凝罐内转动连接有搅拌轴,所述搅拌轴上设置有多个搅拌叶,多个搅拌叶正对多通道输送管道的出水口设置,所述混凝罐的底部连通在二次沉淀池的上方,所述二次沉淀池通过管道连通泵体,所述泵体通过管道连通过滤器,所述过滤器通过管道连通杀菌容器。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述过滤器包括石英砂过滤器和双介质过滤器,两者之间通过管道连通。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述过滤器包括从下到上的石英砂层、无烟煤层、多孔陶瓷和活性炭层。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述搅拌轴的两侧设置有加药口。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述泵体为污泥抽取泵。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述混凝罐与二次沉淀池之间设置有水阀开关,所述二次沉淀池的入水口处设置有滤袋。

1、本实用新型中,通过在多通道输送管道的出水口设置多个搅拌叶,搅拌叶随搅拌轴转动使混凝罐在混凝时,能够充分混凝。
2、本实用新型中,搅拌叶搅拌混凝过程中,能量利用率高。
3、本实用新型中,通过石英砂过滤器、多介质过滤器两级过滤可以使得过滤更充分,为防水紫外线灯杀菌提供较好的水质,另外防水紫外线灯的延伸设计,可使杀菌更充分。
4、本实用新型中,通过二次沉淀池的二次沉淀,以及滤袋的二次过滤,使得便于对二次沉淀物回收利用。

搅拌轴3的两侧设置有加药口31。
泵体6为污泥抽取泵。
混凝罐2与二次沉淀池5之间设置有水阀开关9,二次沉淀池5的入水口处设置有滤袋10。
杀菌容器8的顶部设置有防水紫外线灯81,防水紫外线灯81一直延伸至杀菌容器8底部。
搅拌轴3与发电机11的转轴驱动连接。
发电机11通过控制器与防水紫外线灯81电联接。
使用时,操作人员打开管道上的阀门,初滤后的水,经过多通道输送管道1输送过后,对搅拌叶4冲击,带动搅拌轴3转动,搅拌轴3转动带动发电机11发电,经过控制器调整后,为防水紫外线灯81供电,从加药口31加入药物混凝,混凝后的水,经过石英砂过滤器、多介质过滤器两级过滤系统除去水中的悬浮物如藻类生物,最后经过防水紫外线灯81消毒,消灭污水中大肠杆菌等细菌,该装置能够有效去除污水中的泥沙等颗粒物、细菌,降低出水CODcr、悬浮颗粒物、细菌等指标,达到城市绿化用水相关水质标准,另外二次沉淀池5中矾花等沉淀物也可通过滤袋10等收集便于再利用。
