本实用新型涉及铜冶炼技术领域,具体为一种铜冶炼烟气处理装置。
背景技术
在铜冶炼的生产加工过程中,会产生出大量的烟气,铜冶炼烟气治理是指消除或减少铜冶炼过程中产生的烟气污染,并使其中的有价组分得到综合利用的过程。烟气中主要含有SO2、SO3、CO和CO2等气态污染物,以及颗粒污染物(主要成分是金属氧化物和非金属氧化物)等。铜冶炼烟气除尘流程有干法流程、湿法流程和干湿混合流程。干法流程采用的除尘装置有重力沉降室、旋风除尘器、袋式除尘器和电除尘器等,回收的是干烟尘。湿法流程采用的湿式除尘器有文丘里职'除尘器、冲击式除尘器、泡沫除尘器和湍球塔等,回收的是泥浆,湿法除尘中存在过滤网容易堵塞等问题,以及湿法除尘后直接排放的话容易造成不溶水有害气体的溢出,需要进一步的净化处理。

为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种铜冶炼烟气处理装置,包括喷淋室、进烟管、排气管、填料层、沉淀池,所述喷淋室的侧面固定连接有进烟管,所述喷淋室的内部设有填料层,所述喷淋室的底部固定连接有连接管一,所述连接管一的内部活动卡接有过滤网,所述过滤网侧面设有把手块,所述喷淋室的底部一侧设有排污管,所述排污管上设有活动阀门,所述排污管的底部固定连接有沉淀池,所述连接管一底部固定连接有循环水池,所述循环水池的底部一侧通过连接管二固定连接有水泵,所述水泵的一端连接有输水管,所述输水管的一端贯穿喷淋室侧壁伸入喷淋室内部,所述输水管位于喷淋室内部的段位上设有若干组雾化喷头,所述喷淋室的侧面固定连接有连接管三,所述连接管三的一端与二次净化室相连通,所述二次净化室内部设有活性炭吸附层,所述二次净化室的顶部设有排气管。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本铜冶炼烟气处理装置,通过过滤网使烟气中的灰尘杂物及反应中生产的沉淀物与液体分离,经过滤的液体经连接管一进入循环水池内循环利用,杂物及沉淀物经排污管进入沉淀池内,过滤网可从连接管一内部取出,方便清洗更换,提高了该装置的实用性;填料层能使烟气与碱液接触更充分,初步净化后的烟气再经活性炭吸附层的二次过滤吸附,使不溶于碱液的有害成分能够在二次净化室内吸附过滤,提高净化率。

在使用时:烟气经进烟管5进入喷淋室1内部,通过碱液添加管10向循环水池3内添加碱液,并控制水泵12工作,将混合后的液体通过输水管13输送至喷淋室1内部,利用雾化喷头14进行喷洒,填料层7能使烟气与碱液接触更充分,通过过滤网9使烟气中的灰尘杂物及反应中生产的沉淀物与液体分离,经过滤的液体经连接管一8进入循环水池3内循环利用,杂物及沉淀物经排污管6进入沉淀池2内,通过拉动把手块18可将过滤网9从连接管一8内部取出,方便清洗更换,提高了该装置的实用性,初步净化后的烟气经连接管三19进入二次净化室4,吸风机15可以提高烟气的进入效率,再经二次净化室4内部活性炭吸附层16的二次过滤吸附,使不溶于碱液的有害成分能够被吸附过滤掉,提高净化率。

1.一种铜冶炼烟气处理装置,包括喷淋室(1)、进烟管(5)、排气管(17)、填料层(7)、沉淀池(2),其特征在于:所述喷淋室(1)的侧面固定连接有进烟管(5),所述喷淋室(1)的内部设有填料层(7),所述喷淋室(1)的底部固定连接有连接管一(8),所述连接管一(8)的内部活动卡接有过滤网(9),所述过滤网(9)侧面设有把手块(18),所述喷淋室(1)的底部一侧设有排污管(6),所述排污管(6)上设有活动阀门,所述排污管(6)的底部固定连接有沉淀池(2),所述连接管一(8)底部固定连接有循环水池(3),所述循环水池(3)的底部一侧通过连接管二(11)固定连接有水泵(12),所述水泵(12)的一端连接有输水管(13),所述输水管(13)的一端贯穿喷淋室(1)侧壁伸入喷淋室(1)内部,所述输水管(13)位于喷淋室(1)内部的段位上设有若干组雾化喷头(14),所述喷淋室(1)的侧面固定连接有连接管三(19),所述连接管三(19)的一端与二次净化室(4)相连通,所述二次净化室(4)内部设有活性炭吸附层(16),所述二次净化室(4)的顶部设有排气管(17)。
