Referring to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 4, in some embodiments, the water inlet end of the water outlet pipe 23 is provided with a downwardly disposed water inlet 233, and the filter element 25 is attached below the water inlet 233 to ensure that the water in the filter box 24 enters the water inlet end of the water outlet pipe 23 after being filtered by the filter element 25.
Referring to fig. 6 in conjunction with fig. 4, in some embodiments, the filter cartridge 24 includes an integrally formed sleeve 241, a mounting portion 243, and a connecting tube 242.
The sleeve 241 is sleeved on the water outlet pipe 23, and the sleeve 241 is matched with the water outlet pipe 23, so that the filter box 24 can be stably sleeved on the water outlet pipe 23 without shaking, and the filter piece 25 of the filter box 24 can be conveniently replaced.
In some embodiments, the sleeve 241 is removably received over the outlet tube 23, so that when the cover 22 is opened and the outlet tube 23 and the filter cartridge 24 are removed, the filter cartridge 24 can be removed separately, further facilitating replacement of the filter element 25 in the filter cartridge 24.
Fig. 8 is an enlarged schematic view of the region B in fig. 4.
Referring to fig. 8 in combination with fig. 4, in some embodiments, a clamping portion 2411 extending radially outward from the sleeve 241 is convexly disposed on the sleeve 241, a clamping hook 225 extending radially and bending along the sleeve 241 is convexly disposed on the box cover 22, and the clamping hook 225 and the box cover 22 form a clamping groove in a clamping manner. When the sleeve 241 rotates around the axis of the sleeve 241, the clamping portion 2411 can be clamped in the clamping groove to fix the sleeve 241 on the water outlet pipe 23 and prevent the filter box 24 from separating from the water outlet pipe 23. When the sleeve 241 rotates around the axis of the sleeve 241 in the opposite direction, the clamping portion 2411 can be disengaged from the clamping groove, so that the filter box 24 can be conveniently detached from the water outlet pipe 23.
It should be noted that, in some other embodiments, the sleeve 241 may also be directly sleeved on the water outlet pipe 23 in an interference fit manner.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7 in combination with fig. 4, the mounting portion 243 is disposed below the sleeve 241, the bottom of the mounting portion 243 is recessed upward to form a mounting groove 2431, and the filter element 25 is detachably disposed in the mounting groove 2431 to mount the filter element 25 through the mounting groove 2431. The opening at the bottom of the mounting portion 243 serves as a filtering port 2401 to ensure that water in the water storage cavity 211 enters the filter cartridge 24 after being filtered by the filtering member 25 in the mounting groove 2431.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, the filter 2401 at the bottom of the mounting portion 243 is close to the bottom of the box 21 and spaced from the bottom of the box 21. Therefore, even when the water level in the water storage cavity 211 is low, the water at the bottom of the box body 21 can smoothly flow into the filter box 2 from the filter port 2401 and flow out into the ice maker through the water outlet pipe 23, and the water in the water storage cavity 211 is fully utilized.
Fig. 9 is an enlarged schematic view of region C in fig. 4. Fig. 10 is a schematic view of the filter element of fig. 9 removed.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10 in conjunction with fig. 4, in some embodiments, a plurality of clamping ribs 2432 are protruded from an inner wall of the mounting groove 2431 near the filter port 2401, and are circumferentially spaced around the inner wall of the mounting groove 2431, and the clamping ribs 2432 are clamped to the bottom surface of the filter element 25, so that the filter element 25 can be limited in the mounting groove 2431 by the clamping ribs 2432. When the filter member 25 needs to be replaced, the filter member 25 may be moved to disengage the filter member 25 from the rib 2432 on the inner wall of the mounting groove 2431 side, and then the filter member 25 may be taken out. The filter member 25 may be pressed and deformed to separate the filter member 25 from the rib 2432, and then the filter member 25 may be taken out.
Referring to fig. 7 and 10, in some embodiments, the water inlet end of the water inlet pipe extends downward into the mounting groove 2431 and abuts against the filter element 25. When filtering piece 25 installs in mounting groove 2431, filtering piece 25's bottom surface is spacing in mounting groove 2431 by card muscle 2432, and filtering piece 25's top surface can closely laminate in the water inlet 233 department of intaking the end, guarantees that water reentrants in the water pipe after filtering through filtering piece 25.
Referring to fig. 10, in some embodiments, a plurality of communication holes 2433 are formed in a side wall of the mounting groove 2431, the communication holes 2433 communicate with an inner space of the mounting groove 2431, and the communication holes 2433 cooperate with the filter ports 2401 to increase water inflow of the filter cartridge 24.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6, the connection pipe 242 has an outward expanding structure gradually expanding from top to bottom. The connection pipe 242 is provided between the bushing 241 and the mounting portion 243. Since the mounting portion 243 is larger than the sleeve 241, the connecting pipe 242 having the outwardly expanded structure is used for connection, and thus the material for manufacturing the filter cassette 24 can be saved. And the structural strength of the mounting portion 243 at the lower end of the connection pipe 242 is secured.

Referring to fig. 11 in combination with fig. 2, in some embodiments, a U-shaped fixing seat 212 is protruded downward from the bottom surface of the box body 21, and an opening of the fixing seat 212 faces a water outlet 234 of the second water outlet section 232. The bottom surface of the first refrigeration chamber 121 is convexly provided with a fixed block, when the water storage box 2 is placed into the first refrigeration chamber 121 and the water outlet 234 of the second water outlet section 232 is communicated with the water inlet connection pipe of the water pump 3, the fixed block can extend into the fixed seat 212 through the opening of the fixed seat 212, so that the water storage box 2 is fixed in the first refrigeration chamber 121.
Referring to fig. 11 in combination with fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, a notch 213 is formed below a side of the box body 21 away from the water outlet 234 of the second water outlet section 232, and a groove 214 is recessed upwards on a side of the box body 21 facing the notch 213, the groove 214 is used as a handle, and when the first cooling chamber 121 in the water storage box 2 needs to be taken out, the groove 214 can be inserted into the notch 213 to facilitate taking out the water storage box 2.
Based on the technical scheme, the embodiment of the utility model at least has the following advantages and positive effects.
