Abstract
本实用新型涉及暖通空调技术领域,具体是一种暖通空调用的过滤装置,包括装置本体,所述装置本体内设有以连接管在上部连通的过滤腔和负离子腔,所述负离子腔内设有负离子发生器,所述过滤腔底部设有连通的进气管,所述负离子腔上部设有连通的出气管;所述过滤腔内插设有过滤芯,所述过滤芯包括第一滤网、第二滤网和活性炭。本实用新型通过将HEPA滤网和活性炭和负离子进行结合,对空气中的颗粒物、有害有毒物质等进行吸附过滤,再利用负离子对空气进行净化消毒,解决了过滤法无法消毒净化的问题和负离子无法去除空气中的灰尘等问题,而且过滤芯可抽拉式拉出进行更换,便于清洗滤网和更换再生活性炭,更环保经济。

本实用新型涉及暖通空调技术领域,具体是一种暖通空调用的过滤装置。
背景技术
暖通空调是具有采暖、通风和空气调节功能的空调器。由于暖通空调封闭的室内环境,导致室内空气不循环,室内的空气污染物逐步累积,降低了室内空气的质量,同时室内装饰中建筑材料的使用,造成室内散发大量有害气体。长期生活在空气质量不高的室内环境中,容易引发人类多种疾病,并且发病率逐年上升。随着人们健康意识和环境意识的提高,室内空气污染问题已经引起了人们的高度重视。
一般来说,室内空气净化的主要手段有:通风换气式、过滤式、光催化、静电以及负离子、吸附式、催化净化式等多种方式。现有的暖通空调过滤装置多采用消毒水过滤,如专利号CN 209564761 U一种暖通空调用的过滤装置,该专利就是使用水对暖通空调的空气进行过滤。但是利用消毒水过滤空气存在一定弊端,过滤掉的空气中的有毒有害物质有限,过滤后的空气含有浓烈的消毒水气味等。现有技术对于暖通空调的空气过滤手段有限。
实用新型内容
针对目前暖通空调的过滤装置的现有问题,本实用新型提出了一种暖通空调用的过滤装置,实现去除空气中有害物质和灰尘等,使用负离子净化空气并杀菌,便于拆洗更换等目的。
本实用新型提出的技术方案如下:一种暖通空调用的过滤装置,包括装置本体,所述装置本体内设有以连接管在上部连通的过滤腔和负离子腔,所述负离子腔内设有负离子发生器,所述过滤腔底部设有连通的进气管,所述负离子腔上部设有连通的出气管;所述过滤腔内插设有过滤芯,所述过滤芯位于所述连接管水平位置和所述进气管水平位置之间,所述过滤芯包括底部的第一滤网和顶部的第二滤网,所述第一滤网和所述第二滤网之间填充有活性炭。
进一步地,所述第一滤网和所述第二滤网均为HEPA滤网。
进一步地,所述第一滤网和所述第二滤网插设连接所述过滤芯。
进一步地,所述连接管内设有单向阀,所述单向阀进气口位于所述过滤腔,所述单向阀出气口位于所述负离子腔。
进一步地,所述过滤腔侧面对应所述过滤芯开设有开口,所述开口与所述过滤芯接触处设有密封条。
进一步地,所述进气管位于所述过滤腔的一端端口密封,所述进气管位于所述过滤腔的部分沿所述进气管设有多列喷头,每列所述喷头朝向不同,所述喷头连通所述进气管。
进一步地,所述活性炭主要包含椰维炭,所述过滤芯设有包裹所述活性炭的格栅盒,所述格栅盒设有有换料口。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为:通过过滤芯上的HEPA滤网和活性炭的结合,将空气中的灰尘、细微颗粒、有害有毒物质等进行吸附过滤,然后利用负离子发生器产生负离子对空气进行净化消毒,解决了过滤法无法消毒净化的问题和负离子无法去除空气中的灰尘等问题,对于净化空气中的甲醛、细菌、病毒等空气污染物等有较大改善,而且过滤芯可抽拉式拉出进行更换,便于清洗滤网和更换再生活性炭,更环保经济。

如图1-2所示,本实用新型提出的一种暖通空调用的过滤装置,包括装置本体1,所述装置本体1内设有以连接管2在上部连通的过滤腔6和负离子腔4,所述负离子腔4内设有负离子发生器5,所述过滤腔6底部设有连通的进气管7,所述负离子腔4上部设有连通的出气管9;所述过滤腔6内插设有过滤芯11,所述过滤芯11位于所述连接管2水平位置和所述进气管7水平位置之间,所述过滤芯11包括底部的第一滤网12和顶部的第二滤网13,所述第一滤网12和所述第二滤网13之间填充有活性炭15。
所述第一滤网12和所述第二滤网13均为HEPA滤网。HEPA(HighefficiencyparticulateairFilter),中文意思为高效空气过滤器,达到HEPA标准的过滤网,对于0.3微米的有效率达到99.999%,HEPA网的特点是空气可以通过,但细小的微粒却无法通过。
所述第一滤网12和所述第二滤网13插设连接所述过滤芯11,便于拆卸滤网进行清洗。
所述连接管2内设有单向阀3,所述单向阀3进气口位于所述过滤腔6,所述单向阀3出气口位于所述负离子腔4,使得过滤后的空气可以直接受负离子发生器5添加负离子。利用一定浓度的空气负离子来净化空气及消毒,是因为负离子极易与空气中微小污染颗粒相吸附,成为带电的大离子,沉落在地面等的表面,从而使空气得到净化。负离子能使细菌蛋白质表层的电性两级颠倒,促使细菌死亡,达到消毒与灭菌的目的。而且负离子对人体有益,改善人在室内密封环境下的使用感受。
所述过滤腔6侧面对应所述过滤芯11开设有开口16,所述开口16与所述过滤芯11接触处设有密封条17,空气可以密封在过滤腔6内,按预设路线行进,不会溢出,也不会有外来空气不经过滤进入装置本体1。
所述进气管7位于所述过滤腔6的一端端口密封,所述进气管7位于所述过滤腔6的部分沿所述进气管7设有多列喷头8,每列所述喷头8朝向不同,所述喷头8连通所述进气管7,喷头8将空气向多方向喷出,更有利于其有效接触第一滤网12和活性炭15。
所述活性炭15主要包含椰维炭,椰维炭是一种新型的活性炭15,其孔径大小比直径较小的活性炭15净化效果更明显;所述过滤芯11设有包裹所述活性炭15的格栅盒14,所述格栅盒14设有有换料口,这样更方便更换失效的活性炭15。
本实用新型的使用方法为:空气经进气管7进入装置本体1,先由进气管7上的喷头8喷向方向,上升遇到过滤芯11,先由第一滤网12进行过滤到灰尘等悬浮物,再由活性炭15进一步吸收有害气体、细菌病毒和颗粒物,再通过第二滤网13过滤掉遗漏的直径更小的颗粒物;过滤后的空气从连接管2经单向阀3进入负离子腔4,负离子发生器5产生大量负离子,对空气进行杀菌消毒处理,并随着空气的流动从出气管9进入空气循环中。
上述实施例中,由于电路、控制技术等均为成熟的现有技术,此处不予赘述。

1.一种暖通空调用的过滤装置,其特征在于:包括装置本体,所述装置本体内设有以连接管在上部连通的过滤腔和负离子腔,所述负离子腔内设有负离子发生器,所述过滤腔底部设有连通的进气管,所述负离子腔上部设有连通的出气管;所述过滤腔内插设有过滤芯,所述过滤芯位于所述连接管水平位置和所述进气管水平位置之间,所述过滤芯包括底部的第一滤网和顶部的第二滤网,所述第一滤网和所述第二滤网之间填充有活性炭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的暖通空调用的过滤装置,其特征在于:所述第一滤网和所述第二滤网均为HEPA滤网。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的暖通空调用的过滤装置,其特征在于:所述第一滤网和所述第二滤网插设连接所述过滤芯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的暖通空调用的过滤装置,其特征在于:所述连接管内设有单向阀,所述单向阀进气口位于所述过滤腔,所述单向阀出气口位于所述负离子腔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的暖通空调用的过滤装置,其特征在于:所述过滤腔侧面对应所述过滤芯开设有开口,所述开口与所述过滤芯接触处设有密封条。
6.根据权利要求1所述的暖通空调用的过滤装置,其特征在于:所述进气管位于所述过滤腔的一端端口密封,所述进气管位于所述过滤腔的部分沿所述进气管设有多列喷头,每列所述喷头朝向不同,所述喷头连通所述进气管。
