图4显示了现有技术中用于安装背对背角接触球轴承的方法。通过以适当的力击打确定内部间隙大小。但是,由于无法控制击打力和击打方向,因此难以确定球轴承内的间隙。这导致滚珠轴承在水平面上发生倾斜,并且内部间隙无法在各点保持均匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是确定背对背角接触球轴承内部的间隙大小。在安装所述背对背角接触球轴承时,必须控制内部间隙大小,以满足制造商0.005mm距离规范要求。通常,通过以适当的力击打确定内部间隙大小。但是,由于无法控制击打力和击打方向,因此难以确定间隙。这导致滚珠轴承在水平面上发生倾斜,并且内部间隙无法在各点保持均匀。因此发明了所述背对背角接触球轴承的内隔圈。

1.背对背角接触球轴承的内隔圈,其特征在于,具有螺纹外表面(1),螺纹一端设有光滑凸肩(5),所述光滑凸肩小于球轴承以使得当通过螺纹(22)拧紧所述背对背角接触球轴承的内隔圈时,所述凸肩(5)会穿过所述螺纹(22)击打球轴承的外圈表面(23);内表面(6)上下侧设有内螺纹(3),用于旋转带有内六角帽的六角螺钉,以便在获得所需位置后进行紧固;内表面(6)倾斜,以便使用工具上下拧紧带内六角帽的六角螺钉;前表面(4)光滑,并在左右两侧均设有凹槽(2),用于内外拧紧所述背对背角接触球轴承的内隔圈;后表面(7)光滑,防止角接触球轴承的外圈倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背对背角接触球轴承的内隔圈,其特征在于:前表面(4)的凹槽(2)数量可以超出两个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背对背角接触球轴承的内隔圈,其特征在于:内表面(6)的内螺纹(3)数量可以超出两个。
