the electric air valve and the electric heater are arranged at a channel below the heat recovery device, the electric air valve is used for opening or closing the channel, and the electric heater is used for heating air;
the heating and refrigerating device is arranged in the box body, is positioned behind the ion waterfall air purifying device and is close to the air supply outlet, and is used for heating or reducing the temperature of air;
the air feeder is arranged in the box body, is positioned behind the heating and refrigerating device and close to the air supply outlet, and is used for discharging purified air through the air supply outlet; and
the controller is installed in the box body, connected with the ion waterfall air purification device, the electric air valve, the electric heater, the exhaust fan and the air feeder and configured to control the opening of the electric air valve, the opening of the electric heater and the opening of the exhaust fan when a drying module of the ion waterfall air purification device is opened.
Optionally, the fresh air treatment equipment integrating ion waterfall air purification further comprises a primary filter, wherein the primary filter is arranged in the box body and located at the front end of the air return opening and used for filtering indoor return air.
Optionally, the fresh air processing equipment integrated with ion waterfall air purification further comprises a humidification and dehumidification device, and the humidification and dehumidification device is installed in the box body, is located behind the heating and refrigeration device and in front of the air feeder and is used for humidifying air or dehumidifying air.
Optionally, a PM2.5 concentration sensor is arranged at an air outlet of the ion cascade air purification device, the PM2.5 concentration sensor is connected to the controller, and the controller is configured to receive a signal of the PM2.5 concentration sensor and control an automatic cleaning module of the ion cascade air purification device to be opened according to the received signal.
Optionally, the controller is configured to: after a PM2.5 concentration sensor at an air outlet of the ion waterfall purification device detects that the concentration of PM2.5 in the purified air is higher than a set value XPM2.5out for a period of time, the blower and the ion waterfall purification module are controlled to stop supplying power and operate, and meanwhile, an automatic cleaning module of the ion waterfall air purification device is controlled to be started.
Optionally, the fresh air inlet and the air outlet are arranged from top to bottom, and the air supply inlet and the air return inlet are arranged from top to bottom.

An electric air valve and an electric heater 12 are arranged at a passage below the heat recovery device 4, the electric air valve is used for opening or closing the passage, and the electric heater is used for heating air. The heating and refrigerating device is arranged in the box body, is positioned behind the ion waterfall air purification device 3 and is close to the air supply outlet 9, and is used for heating or reducing the temperature of the air. The blower 8 is installed in the box body, is positioned at the rear of the heating and cooling device and close to the air supply outlet 9, and is used for discharging purified air through the air supply outlet 9. The controller is installed in the box body, is connected with the ion waterfall air purification device 3, the electric air valve, the electric heater, the exhaust fan and the blower 8, and is configured to control the opening of the electric air valve, the opening of the electric heater and the opening of the exhaust fan when the drying module of the ion waterfall air purification device 3 is opened.
The ion waterfall air purification device 3 can be an automatic cleaning system with a notice number of CN212550751U, a proprietary name of Beijing letter and clean energy new energy technology service company, and a name of an ion waterfall air purifier with a built-in water tank. The ion waterfall air purification device 3 can also be an automatic cleaning system of an ion waterfall air purifier with an external water tank, wherein the publication number is CN212652278U, the patent right is Beijing letter and clean energy new energy technology service Co., Ltd. The heat recovery device 4 may be a plate heat recovery core, or other heat recovery device 4 commonly available on the market. The heating and cooling device is a machine with cooling and heating functions which is common in the market.
The working process of the embodiment:
outdoor fresh air enters the box body through the fresh air inlet 2, then the air is purified through the air purification module of the ion waterfall air purification device 3, flows to the heat recovery section through the air outlet of the ion waterfall air purification device 3, heat in the exhaust air is recovered through the heat recovery device 4, after precooling in summer and preheating in winter, temperature adjustment is carried out through the refrigerating and heating device 11, and the air is sent to the indoor space through the air feeder 8. Indoor return air is sucked into the box body from a return air inlet 7 by an exhaust fan 6, and is exhausted to the outside through an exhaust outlet 1 after heat exchange is carried out between the indoor return air and fresh air through a heat recovery device 4.
Further, after the cleaning of the automatic cleaning module of the ion waterfall air purification device 3 is completed, the exhaust fan 6 and the electric heater are started, the electric air valve is opened, air sucked from the indoor is heated by the electric heater and then sent into the air purification module of the ion waterfall air purification device 3, the air purification module is dried together with the drying module, and the air with water vapor is exhausted to the outdoor through the fresh air port 2.
It can be seen that this application has not only integrated ion waterfall air purification device 3 and can realize ion waterfall air purification, and with ion waterfall purification device's stoving module and the exhaust fan 6 of this application, electronic blast gate and electric heater 12 integration an organic whole moreover, can increase the stoving amount of wind, improve drying efficiency, shorten the stoving time, reduce the time of stopping to send new trend. Furthermore, the fresh air treatment equipment integrating ion waterfall air purification further comprises a primary filter 5 which is arranged in the box body and positioned at the front end of the air return opening 7 and used for filtering indoor return air. Furthermore, a PM2.5 concentration sensor is arranged at an air outlet of the ion cascade air purification device 3, the PM2.5 concentration sensor is connected with the controller, and the controller is configured to receive a signal of the PM2.5 concentration sensor and control an automatic cleaning module of the ion cascade air purification device 3 to be opened according to the received signal.
More specifically, the controller is configured to: after a PM2.5 concentration sensor at an air outlet of the ion waterfall purification device detects that the concentration of PM2.5 in the purified air is higher than a set value XPM2.5out for a period of time, the blower 8 and the ion waterfall purification module are controlled to stop supplying power and operate, and meanwhile, an automatic cleaning module of the ion waterfall air purification device 3 is controlled to be opened. The ion waterfall air purification device 3 enters a self-cleaning state, pressurized tap water flows into the two-stage cleaning device through the connecting pipeline, the pressurized tap water is sprayed out from the cleaning nozzle at high pressure to clean the air purification module, the nozzle is controlled by the cleaning nozzle position control device to move along a set route, each area of the whole air purification module can be cleaned, and the cleaning water flows into the bottom water receiving tray and is discharged out of the box body from the water outlet. After cleaning, starting the exhaust fan 6 and the electric heater, opening the electric air valve, heating the air sucked from the room by electric heating, then sending the air into the purification module, drying the purification module, and discharging the air with water vapor to the outside through the fresh air port 2 until the temperature and humidity sensor arranged in the purification device detects that the temperature and humidity in the device reach the drying target set value. After drying, the air supply fan 8 and the ion waterfall purification module recover power supply operation, the electric air valve is closed, and the equipment recovers fresh air supply.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the fresh air inlet 2 and the exhaust outlet 1 are arranged vertically, and the supply air outlet 9 and the return air inlet 7 are arranged vertically, so that the structure is compact.
