the water spraying direction of the cleaning water spray head (14) faces to the bottom of the isosceles trapezoid where the motion track of the steel belt (1) is located;
the water storage plate (13) is provided with a plurality of strip-shaped holes (15).

the air injection direction of the air injection head (44) is inclined downwards, and the air injection direction faces to the side part of the isosceles trapezoid where the motion track of the steel strip (1) is located.
