Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a water wash air device 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a front view of a first plate 100 of the water wash air device 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a rear view of the first plate body 100 of the water wash air device 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the water washing air device 10 includes a first plate body 100, a water washing part 200, and a connection passage 300. The washing part 200 includes a blower and a water tank, and the type of the blower is not particularly limited thereto. Under the effect of fan, the air passes through washing portion 200, first air outlet 210, connecting channel 300 and second air outlet 130 in proper order to outwards export through the second exhaust vent. That is, the washing part 200 includes a blower and a water tank, the water tank includes an air inlet therein, and the blower includes a first air outlet 210. When the air washing device 10 works, the motor in the water tank can control the rotating fan blades to rotate, and the rotating fan blades can convert water in the water tank into a water curtain. When the motor of the fan works, the air outside the water washing device can enter the water tank through the air inlet, and after the air passes through the water curtain, the air in the water tank can be discharged through the first air outlet 210, so that the air can be purified and humidified.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, another embodiment of the present invention provides a water washing air device 10, which includes a first plate 100 (shown in fig. 2 and 3), a water washing part 200, and a connection passage 300. The washing portion 200 is used for cleaning air passing through the washing portion 200, the washing portion 200 has a first air outlet 210, and both the washing portion 200 and the first air outlet 210 are close to the first lateral side 110 of the first plate 100. In this embodiment, two lateral ends of the first board body 100 are respectively referred to as a first lateral side 110 of the first board body 100 and a second lateral side 120 of the first board body 100, that is, the first side 110 and the second side 120 are disposed opposite to each other, and there is no sequence in which the first side 110 is opposite to the second side 120. The proximity of the first side 110 of the first plate 100 to both the washing portion 200 and the first outlet 210 is limited by the internal space of the washing air device 10, which is also beneficial to saving the internal space of the washing air device 10.
The connecting channel 300 is communicated with the first air outlet 210, the connecting channel 300 extends towards the second lateral side 120 of the first plate body 100, and a second air outlet 130 is formed on the first plate body 100, and the second air outlet 130 is close to the first side 110. The connection channel 300 is used for the washed air to flow from the first air outlet 210 to the second air outlet 130, and the connection channel 300 extends toward the second side 120 to guide the washed air to the middle of the first plate 100 as much as possible, so that the air is uniformly discharged from the two transverse ends of the first plate 100. Although the connection passage 300 extends toward the second side 120, the second outlet 130 is close to the first side 110 due to the limitation of the inner space of the water washing air device 10.
It can be seen that the connection channel 300 extends toward the second side 120 to guide the water-washed air as much as possible toward the middle of the first plate 100, so that the air is uniformly discharged from both lateral ends of the first plate 100.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the second outlet 130 is larger than the first outlet 210; the cavity of the connection channel 300 is gradually enlarged while the connection channel 300 extends toward the second side 120. The connection channel 300 with the gradually enlarged cavity is used for gradually diffusing air to the second side 120 in the connection channel 300, and is used for enabling the air to reach a uniform state at the second air outlet 130, so that the air outlet of the second air outlet 130 is uniform.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the connecting channel 300 includes a first sidewall 310 and a first sidewall 310. The second sidewall 320 is close to the second side 120, the second sidewall 320 forms a cavity with the first sidewall 310, and the connecting channel 300 extends toward the second side 120 while the second sidewall 320 gradually inclines toward the second side 120 to form a gradually enlarged cavity. Based on the above embodiments, the water washing air device 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention further includes the second plate 400, and as shown in fig. 4, the water washing air device 10 includes the first plate 100, the water washing portion 200, the connecting channel 300, and the second plate 400. The water washing part 200 includes a blower, and the type of the blower is not particularly limited herein. Under the action of the fan, the air passes through the washing portion 200, the first air outlet 210, the connecting channel 300, the second air outlet 130 and the air-distributing holes 410 on the second plate 400 in sequence, and is output outwards through the air-distributing holes 410.
The air washing device 10 further includes a second plate 400, as shown in fig. 5, the second plate 400 is provided with a plurality of air homogenizing holes 410. As shown in fig. 6, the second plate 400 covers the first plate 100, a distance exists between the second plate 400 and the first plate 100 to form a diffusion channel 600, and an extending direction of the diffusion channel 600 is the same as an air outlet direction of the second air outlet 130. The diffusion channel 600 is closed except for the first air outlet 210 and the air-uniformizing hole 410, and the closed diffusion channel 600 can prevent the water-washed air from being mixed with the external air, and can also form a certain air pressure in the diffusion channel 600. The diffusion channel 600 is used to diffuse the air further toward the second side 120 therein so that the air reaches the air-out balance at both lateral sides.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the specific sealing manner of the diffusion passage 600 is not particularly limited, and for example, the water washing air device 10 further includes a sealing plate 500, the sealing plate 500 is located between the first plate body 100 and the second plate body 400, and the sealing plate 500 has an opening as large as the second outlet port 130. In fig. 8, the upper and lower edges of the sealing plate 500 each extend toward the second plate body 400 with a boss (the upper and lower are only the upper and lower in the drawing), and the bosses are fitted with the openings of the diffusion passages 600, that is, the upper and lower bosses cover the openings of the diffusion passages 600, respectively. It is clear that this is only one way of sealing the diffusion channel 600.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, from the first side 110 to the second side 120, the distance between the second plate 400 and the first plate 100 is uniformly increased and then uniformly decreased, that is, along the air outlet direction of the second air outlet 130, the length of the diffusion channel 600 is increased and then decreased. The air is diffused from the second air outlet 130 to the second side 120, and the distance between the second plate 400 and the first plate 100 is uniformly increased and then uniformly decreased, so that the air pressure in the diffusion channel 600 is ensured to be as uniform as possible, and the air outlet on the two lateral sides is ensured to be uniform.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the main body shape of the first plate body 100 is planar, and the shape of the second plate body 400 is arc-shaped to form the diffusion channel 600. Such a diffusion channel 600 formed by the shapes of the first plate body 100 and the second plate body 400 has a simple and compact structure.
In some embodiments, the wind uniforming holes 410 are arranged in an array, and from the first side 110 to the second side 120, the wind uniforming holes 410 are uniformly increased and then uniformly decreased. The air is diffused from the second air outlet 130 to the second side 120, so the air homogenizing holes 410 are arranged in an array, and from the first side 110 to the second side 120, the air homogenizing holes 410 are uniformly increased and then uniformly reduced, thereby further ensuring that the air outlet at the two transverse sides is uniform
In some embodiments, the washing section 200 includes a water tank adjacent the first side 110; the first outlet 210 and the second outlet 130 are located above the water tank. The mutual position relationship of the water tank, the first air outlet 210 and the second air outlet 130 is beneficial to the compact structure of the air washing device 10.
