Detailed Description
In the correlation technique, the outer quick-witted outer shell of air conditioner is usually installed inside the outer machine's of air conditioner shell, its shell can play the installation fixed and guard action to automatically controlled box, avoid environment such as outside wind and rain directly to influence automatically controlled box, and automatically controlled box comprises casing and the circuit components and parts that set up in the casing inside usually, the casing can play installation and guard action to circuit components and parts, for the convenience of the processing of casing, and for the convenience of the assembly and the later maintenance of circuit components and parts, the casing comprises different structures usually, on the casing and when the casing of the outer machine of air conditioner is joined in marriage, there is the gap, perhaps some positions have the opening. However, since the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is applied to an outdoor environment, and may often face extreme weather such as wind, rain, frost, snow, etc., and the outdoor unit of the air conditioner needs to have a part of its internal space communicated with the external atmosphere for heat exchange, and rainwater in the external environment easily enters the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, a middle partition plate is usually arranged in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner to isolate the electronic control box, however, water drops may still bypass the middle partition plate from the top of the middle partition plate and easily contact the electronic control box, and seep into the electronic control box from a shell gap or an opening of the electronic control box, and circuit components inside the electronic control box are easily corroded or cause circuit failure.
In view of this, in the embodiment of the utility model, through the structural improvement of the electric control box, by utilizing the matching of the structure of the electric control box and the internal middle partition plate structure of the air conditioner external unit, the penetration of water drops is blocked by the structure of the shell of the electric control box, and the path of water drops penetrating by bypassing the middle partition plate is prolonged, so that when the air conditioner external unit works, external rainwater is difficult to penetrate from the outside and contact the electric control box, and further water drops cannot enter the electric control box, thereby avoiding the wetting and corrosion of circuit components in the electric control box, improving the waterproof effect and prolonging the service life.
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an electronic control box provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of the electronic control box provided in the embodiment of the present application in cooperation with a middle partition, fig. 3 is a top view of fig. 2, fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along a direction a-a in fig. 3, and fig. 5 is a partial view taken at a position B in fig. 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment provides an electronic control box 100 for controlling an operation of an external air conditioner unit, wherein a middle partition 300 is disposed in the external air conditioner unit, the middle partition 300 can separate a space for placing the electronic control box 100 in the external air conditioner unit, and has a protection and waterproof effect on the electronic control box 100, and at least one side of the electronic control box 100 can be supported on the middle partition 300, that is, the middle partition 300 can support and position the electronic control box 100 in the external air conditioner unit.
The electric control box 100 comprises an enclosure 110 and a circuit assembly 120, a containing cavity is formed inside the enclosure 110, the circuit assembly 120 can be arranged in the containing cavity, the enclosure 110 can improve the installation structure of the circuit assembly 120, and the enclosure 110 can protect the circuit assembly 120 to prevent rainwater or dust outside the electric control box 100 from entering the electric control box 100.
It can be understood that the top of the enclosure 110 may be provided with a first waterproof folded edge 113, the first waterproof folded edge 113 is located on one side of the enclosure 110 facing the middle partition 300, when the enclosure 110 is matched with the middle partition 300, the first waterproof folded edge 113 at least partially wraps the top edge of the middle partition 300, so that when the electronic control box 100 is installed in an air conditioner external unit, rainwater may be prevented from entering the installation space of the electronic control box 100 from the top of the middle partition 300 and contacting the electronic control box 100, thereby preventing external rainwater from entering the electronic control box 100, and ensuring that the circuit assembly 120 in the electronic control box 100 has a dry and clean working environment.
It should be noted that, since the first waterproof fold 113 is in contact with the top of the middle partition 300 and the top of the middle partition 300 is in a half-wrapped state, if rainwater enters from the top of the middle partition 300, the rainwater needs to bypass the first waterproof fold 113, and therefore the first waterproof fold 113 prolongs the rainwater entering path.
In addition, the circuit assembly 120 inside the electronic control box 100 may be directly installed on the inner wall of the accommodating cavity, or may be installed in the accommodating cavity through a bracket or other installation component, and the circuit assembly 120 may include electronic elements such as a control board, a reactor, a wire holder, a filter board, and the like, and specifically, the control function that can be realized according to actual needs is selected and arranged, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
First, the specific structure of the first waterproof fold 113 will be described in detail.
With continued reference to fig. 1 to 5, as a possible implementation manner, the first waterproof flap 113 may include a first extension 1131 and a second extension 1132, and the first extension 1131 and the second extension 1132 may respectively face different positions of the top of the middle partition 300, so as to form a half-wrapped structure.
The first end of the first extension 1131 may be connected to the top edge of the enclosure 110, and the second end of the first extension 1131 may extend toward the outside of the enclosure 110, and the enclosure 110 is matched with the middle partition 300, the first extension 1131 is located above the top of the middle partition 300, the second extension 1132 may be connected to the second end of the first extension 1131, and the second extension 1132 may extend toward the bottom of the enclosure 110, that is, the second extension 1132 is a side edge blocking the top of the middle partition 300.
It can be understood that, when the electrical control box 100 is applied to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner and is located in an outdoor environment, external rainwater or vapor may contact the outer wall of the enclosure 110 by first bypassing the second extension 1132 from the end of the second extension 1132 and then upward bypassing the middle partition 300 through the first extension 1131, so that the overall water seepage path is longer, and in this process, water drops need to flow upward against gravity, which makes the difficulty greater, so that the electrical control box 100 has a better waterproof effect in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
In addition, the end of the second extension 1132 may be provided with a first bending portion 1133, and the first bending portion 1133 may be bent away from the direction of the enclosure 110 relative to the second extension 1132, i.e. the first bending portion 1133 may be deflected towards the outside of the enclosure 110, so as to increase the water blocking area of the first waterproof fold 113, and further improve the waterproof effect.
It should be noted that the first bending portion 1133 may be formed by bending the end of the second extension 1132, and the bending angle of the second extension 1132 may be smaller than or equal to 90 °, for example, 10 °, 30 °, 50 °, 70 °, 90 °, and the like, so as to form a structure extending obliquely downward to the outside of the enclosure 110, and accordingly, the covered waterproof region may also extend obliquely downward, and thus, the waterproof region may have a wider waterproof region.
The first extension 1131 and the second extension 1132 may be long-strip-shaped plate structures, which are convenient for processing and at the same time enable the electronic control box 100 to have a relatively regular edge shape, so that the electronic control box 100 is more convenient to mount in an air conditioner external unit, and interference is avoided, the length direction of the first extension 1131 and the second extension plate surface may extend along the length direction of the edge of the enclosure 110, and the width direction thereof may have different folding angles relative to the enclosure 110.
For example, the first extension 1131 may extend in a horizontal direction, and the second extension 1132 may extend in a vertical direction, so that the first extension 1131, the second extension 1132 and the entire cross section of the outer wall of the enclosure 110 form an inverted "U" -shaped structure, so that the first extension 1131, the second extension 1132 and the outer wall of the enclosure 110 may jointly enclose to form a first water-resisting groove 1134, and at least a part of the structure at the top of the middle partition 300 may be plugged into the first water-resisting groove 1134.
It can be understood that, when assembling electronic control box 100, the top of middle partition 300 can abut against the bottom of first water-stop groove 1134, that is, electronic control box 100 is set up on middle partition 300 through first extension 1131, thereby making middle partition 300 support enclosure 110, and simultaneously, second extension 1132 and enclosure 110 are the opposite two side walls of first water-stop groove 1134, and second extension 1132 can block one side of middle partition 300 deviating from enclosure 110, so that whole can also provide spacing for the installation setting of electronic control box 100. In addition, the first water-stop groove 1134 isolates the edge of the middle separator 300, which may be permeable to water, from the external space, thereby providing a waterproof effect.
In order to facilitate heat dissipation of the circuit component 120 inside the electric control box 100, the side wall of the enclosure 110 facing the middle partition 300 can be provided with a vent 1111, and the accommodating cavity can be communicated with other spaces of the air conditioner external unit through the vent 1111, so that air in the accommodating cavity can be circulated with external air, heat generated during operation of the circuit component 120 can be taken away by flowing air flow, and a heat dissipation effect is achieved.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the air in the accommodating chamber can flow by arranging a driving unit in the accommodating chamber, or by using a driving unit outside the electronic control box 100, so that the air in the accommodating chamber forms positive pressure or negative pressure, and thus the air flow is driven to flow under the action of the difference between internal pressure and external pressure, and when the temperature of the flowing air flow is lower than the working temperature of the circuit assembly 120, the flowing air flow can exchange heat with the circuit assembly 120, absorb the heat of the circuit assembly 120, and achieve the heat dissipation effect. The driving unit may be a fan, and the specific heat dissipation manner is not limited in this embodiment.
Since the ventilation opening 1111 is provided, external rainwater and dust may be introduced into the receiving chamber from the ventilation opening 1111, and therefore, the waterproof cover 130 may be provided outside the ventilation opening 1111, and the waterproof cover 130 may be blocked on the ventilation opening 1111 and cover the ventilation opening 1111, which may be effective together.
To facilitate assembly of the waterproof cover 130, the waterproof cover 130 may be mounted on the middle partition 300 and may be disposed on a side of the middle partition 300 facing away from the enclosure 110, and at least a part of an edge of the waterproof cover 130 may be inserted into the first water-stop groove 1134.
For example, the ventilation opening 1111 may be disposed near the top of the sidewall of the enclosure 110, and the waterproof noise may be correspondingly disposed near the upper end of the middle partition 300, and the top edge of the waterproof noise may be inserted into the first water-stop groove 1134, so that a shielding structure is formed at the upper edge of the waterproof cover 130, and the waterproof water drops enter the receiving cavity from the ventilation opening 1111.
In order to facilitate the processing and forming of the enclosure 110 and the assembling of the circuit assembly 120 inside the enclosure 110, the enclosure 110 may be designed into a square structure, and the enclosure 110 may include a main housing 111 and a top cover 112, where the main housing 111 may be used to form a side wall of the enclosure 110, that is, the top of the main housing 111 may be disposed to be open, and the top cover 112 may be disposed on the top of the main housing 111 and together with the main housing 111 to form an accommodating cavity.
It is understood that the main housing 111 and the top cover 112 can be connected in different manners, for example, they can be connected by welding, or they can be detachably mounted by fasteners such as screws, which is not limited in this embodiment.
When adopting the detachable mode to connect, can improve assembly efficiency, the later stage maintenance of also being convenient for, and in order to avoid rainwater or dust to get into from main casing body 111 top and hold the intracavity, top cap 112 circumference edge can extend to main casing body 111's top circumference edge outside, and top cap 112's area of coverage is greater than the open area size in top of main casing body 111 promptly to make top cap 112 have better water-proof effects.
As an alternative embodiment, the first waterproof fold 113 may be disposed on the top of the side wall of the main housing 111, that is, the edge of the top cover 112 may exceed the first waterproof fold 113, so that the edge of the top cover 112 may form a waterproof structure outside the first waterproof fold 113, further improving the waterproof effect.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a top cover in an electronic control box according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 7 is a partial view of a position C in fig. 6.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, at least one side edge of the top cover 112 may be provided with a first flange 1121, and the first flange 1121 may be folded toward the main housing 111, so that water drops may be prevented from infiltrating into the electronic control box 100 from between the top cover 112 and the main housing 111.
For example, the first flanges 1121 may be disposed on different circumferential sides of the top cover 112 to ensure that each side of the top cover can have a good waterproof effect, and when the electronic control box 100 is assembled to an external unit of an air conditioner, the front side of the top cover 112 faces a front panel of the external unit of the air conditioner, and the front panel of the external unit of the air conditioner can be designed to be a detachable structure, so as to facilitate assembly and maintenance of the external unit of the air conditioner, therefore, the second flanges 1122 may be disposed at the ends of the first flanges 1121 on the front side of the top cover 112, and the second flanges 1122 extend in a direction away from the main housing 111, so that the water blocking area at the edge of the top cover 112 can be enlarged, and the waterproof effect can be further improved.
Further, the first turned-over edge 1121 and the second turned-over edge 1122 can be formed by bending a metal plate, and the size of the covering surface of the second turned-over edge 1122 and the covering surface of the second turned-over edge 1122 can be designed according to the installation space of the electronic control box 100, which is not specifically limited herein.
In a possible implementation manner, a side of the top cover 112 facing away from the main housing 111 may be provided with a waterproof gasket (not shown in the figure), and the waterproof gasket at least partially covers a top of the top cover 112, so that water drops can penetrate into the interior of the electronic control box 100 from the top of the top cover 112, and at the same time, the waterproof gasket can also play a role in damping vibration when the electronic control box 100 is assembled.
Wherein, can set up the mounting groove at the upper surface of top cap 112, waterproof gasket can establish in the mounting groove, and in order to guarantee waterproof and damping effect, waterproof gasket can partly bulge in this mounting groove, and the cover area of waterproof gasket can cover the most region of top cap 112 as far as possible, and the edge of waterproof gasket can be close to the edge of top cap 112.
Since the electrical control box 100 is applied to an air conditioner external unit and needs to be matched with a structure of the air conditioner external unit to achieve a waterproof effect, the air conditioner external unit is taken as an example for description.
