The foregoing description is only an overview of the technical solutions of the present invention, and in order to make the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly understood and to implement them in accordance with the contents of the description, the following detailed description is given with reference to the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a nested liquid-cooled cable according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the utility model but are not intended to limit the scope of the utility model.
Referring to fig. 1, a nested liquid-cooled cable 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a positive electrode unit 1, a negative electrode conductor 2, a second insulating sheath 3, and a cooling liquid (not shown). The positive electrode unit 1 comprises a positive electrode conductor 11 and a first insulating sleeve 12 covering the outside of the positive electrode conductor 11, and a first gap 4 is formed between the positive electrode conductor 11 and the first insulating sleeve 12. The second insulating sleeve 3 is wrapped outside the first insulating sleeve 12, and a second gap 5 is formed between the first insulating sleeve 12 and the second insulating sleeve 3. The negative electrode conductor 2 is disposed in the second gap 5. The cooling liquid is filled in the first gap 4 and the second gap 5. Make the cable form nested structure with this, nested structure makes the cable appearance rounder, and non-deformable compares with prior art, does not need additionally to fill the roundness that other materials improve the cable, and the cost is reduced also reduces the external diameter of cable simultaneously.
In this embodiment, the coolant liquid is filled in first space 4 and second space 5, when the stranding, will through external equipment the coolant liquid lets in, the coolant liquid respectively with anodal conductor 11 and negative conductor 2 direct contact, the heat that anodal conductor 11 and negative conductor 2 produced at the during operation can be taken away to the coolant liquid, reduces anodal conductor 11 and negative conductor 2's actual temperature, can avoid the cable to produce insulating thermal breakdown, interphase short circuit tripping operation phenomenon because of the heat is too high at the during operation to avoid consequently arousing the conflagration, also make the cable pass through bigger electric current, improve cable maximum power. The cooling liquid can continuously take away heat generated when the positive electrode conductor 11 and the negative electrode conductor 2 work through circulation, and when the cooling liquid pressure is stable, the positive electrode conductor 11 and the negative electrode conductor 2 belong to a stable state in the cooling liquid. Compared with the prior art, alternate positive conductor 11 in first insulating bush 12, negative conductor 2 sets up in the outside of first insulating bush 12, and makes positive conductor 11 and negative conductor 2 respectively with coolant liquid direct contact to this has realized that the inside and outside two parts of coolant liquid flow, reaches the effect of dual cooling, and the cooling effect is higher. It is noted that the coolant is conventional in the art, and its composition, function and operation are well known to those skilled in the art, and thus will not be described in detail herein.
In this embodiment, the first insulating sleeve 12 and the second insulating sleeve 3 are both PU tubes. The PU material has an insulation effect, and the physical properties of the PU material, such as density, elasticity, rigidity and the like, can be adjusted to required values by modifying a formula, so that the cable can be applied to more environments. The PU material has low density, so that the cable has lighter weight. The PU material has the performances of fire prevention, water prevention, moth prevention, mildew prevention, crack prevention and the like, so that the service life of the cable is prolonged. Because the PU material adopts the compound fiber as the raw material, the PU material is more environment-friendly and can be made into any shape.
In this embodiment, negative pole conductor 2 sets up in the second space 5, specifically, negative pole conductor 2's quantity is a plurality of strands to the package form is around the package to one side is in the 12 outsides of first insulation cover, makes positive pole unit 1 and a plurality of strands negative pole conductor 2's contact is inseparabler, makes the cabling structure of cable more firm, reduces the stranding external diameter, and the package form is simultaneously around the package implementation speed faster to this improves production efficiency.
In the present embodiment, the signal line 6, the CAN line 7, and the ground line 8 are collectively located on one side outside the second insulating sheath 3. In other embodiments, the specific positions of the signal line 6, the CAN line 7 and the ground line 8 may be at any position outside the second insulating sleeve 3, and specifically may be uniformly distributed outside the second insulating sleeve 3 or concentrated at a certain position outside the second insulating sleeve 3, which is not an example here. It should be noted that the signal line 6, the CAN line 7 and the ground line 8 are conventional wires for cabling in the art, and the materials and functions thereof are well known to those skilled in the art, and thus will not be described in detail herein.
The nested liquid cooling cable 20 further comprises a wrapping tape 9 wrapping the outer sides of the signal wire 6, the CAN wire 7 and the ground wire 8. In this embodiment, the tape 9 that winds can be non-woven fabrics, plastic tape or glass fiber tape etc. has the compactness of further strengthening the cable inner structure around tape 9, prevents that inside transposition is loose, with the effect that inner structure cladding takes shape. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the material of the winding belt 9 may be adjusted according to the requirements of the use environment, and may specifically be a mica tape, which is not exemplified herein.
In order to protect the internal structure of the nested liquid cooling cable 20, a sheath 10 is arranged on the outer side of the wrapping tape 9. In this embodiment, the sheath 10 is formed on the outer side of the wrapping tape 9 through a sheath extrusion process, so that the applicable working environment and the range of the laying environment of the cable are further increased. It should be noted that the jacket extrusion process is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
This embodiment is when the stranding, alternate positive conductor 11 earlier and regard as anodal list 1 in first insulating boot 12, set up negative conductor 2 into the stranded, wrap the package outside positive unit 1 with the form of lapping to one side with stranded negative conductor 2, regard positive unit 1 and negative conductor 2 as a whole again, alternate this whole in second insulating boot 2, with remaining signal line 6, CAN line 7 and ground wire 8 cladding in the second insulating boot 3 outside, then at signal line 6, the outside of CAN line 7 and ground wire 8 is wrapped around band 9, at last in the outside of band 9 cladding one deck sheath 10 CAN.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the utility model. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
