Claims (8)
1.单跨横墙增设钢拉杆、圈梁构造柱加固砌体结构,其特征在于:包括外加构造柱边柱(1)、外加构造柱角柱(7)、外加圈梁(2)、钢拉杆(3)、锚筋(4);所述的外加构造柱角柱(7)分布在房屋四角;所述的外加构造柱边柱(1)分布在外墙与横墙交接处,楼梯间和不规则平面的对应转角处设置;所述的外加构造柱角柱(7)、外加构造柱边柱(1)、外加圈梁(2)及钢拉杆(3)连接成闭合系统;所述的外加构造柱角柱(7)、外加构造柱边柱(1)沿房屋全高贯通;所述的外加构造柱角柱(7)、外加构造柱边柱(1)的混凝土强度等级不低于C30;所述的外加圈梁(2)设置高度与楼屋盖持平,外加构造柱角柱(7)、外加构造柱边柱(1)与外加圈梁(2)整体浇注,沿楼四周形成闭合整体;沿单跨横墙布置的所述钢拉杆(3)的两端锚入外加构造柱边柱(1)、外加圈梁(2)和原墙体内;所述的钢拉杆在单跨横墙锚固时,端头采用方形钢垫板(5)及螺母紧固,并埋入外加圈梁(2)内;所述的单跨横墙钢拉杆(3)之间采用花篮螺丝(6)紧固连接;所述的钢拉杆(3)、锚筋(4)在墙体锚孔中的锚浆采用水泥基料防锈砂浆进行灌浆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单跨横墙增设钢拉杆、圈梁构造柱加固砌体结构,其特征在于:所述的外加构造柱角柱(7)、外加构造柱边柱(1)不单独设置基础,伸入室外地面下500mm或与埋深小于500mm的基础圈梁相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单跨横墙增设钢拉杆、圈梁构造柱加固砌体结构,其特征在于:所述的外加构造柱边柱(1)采用240mm×180mm或300mm×150mm的截面,外加构造柱角柱(7)采用边长为600mm的L形等边角柱,厚度不小于120mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单跨横墙增设钢拉杆、圈梁构造柱加固砌体结构,其特征在于:所述的外加构造柱角柱(7)、外加构造柱边柱(1)转角处纵向钢筋(8)采用12φ12,并采用双排布置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的单跨横墙增设钢拉杆、圈梁构造柱加固砌体结构,其特征在于:钢拉杆(3)在单跨横墙锚固时,端头采用方形钢垫板(5)及螺母紧固,钢拉杆(3)端头套丝,并采用螺母紧固连接,所述的方形钢垫板(5)为80mm×80mm×8mm的冷轧钢板,埋入外加圈梁(2)内深度不小于50mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的单跨横墙增设钢拉杆、圈梁构造柱加固砌体结构,其特征在于:所述的单跨横墙钢拉杆(3)距横墙间距不大于100mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的单跨横墙增设钢拉杆、圈梁构造柱加固砌体结构,其特征在于:所述的外加圈梁(2)的混凝土强度等级不低于C30,钢筋采用HPB300或HRB335等级的热轧钢筋,所述的外加圈梁(2)截面高度不小于180mm,宽度不小于120mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的单跨横墙增设钢拉杆、圈梁构造柱加固砌体结构,其特征在于:所述的锚筋(4)的锚孔直径为18mm~25mm,锚入深度为150mm~200mm。
