The invention belongs to the field of sanitation garbage disposal equipment, and particularly relates to a controllable constant temperature box for cooling kitchen garbage.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, the domestic garbage yield of China is increasing day by day, and the classification and treatment of the municipal garbage of China are rapidly developed in recent years. Considering that the kitchen waste can be stored in a centralized way after a waste classification policy is implemented, but the kitchen waste is easy to deteriorate under the condition of not being treated in time due to complex components, so that the treatment effect is influenced. Particularly in summer, the kitchen waste is easy to decay and deteriorate when meeting high temperature, so that a controllable constant temperature box is designed for temporarily storing the kitchen waste barrel, and a wet curtain-fan device is used as a cooling system of the controllable constant temperature box, so that the storage time of the kitchen waste is prolonged. The wet curtain-fan cooling device is widely applied to the field of facility agriculture in China, is developed more mature, and has a simple structure and lower cost compared with other cooling modes such as an air conditioner and the like. For the temporary storage of the kitchen waste bin, the cooling demand is not high, and a wet curtain-fan cooling device is selected to facilitate popularization and use. At present, the domestic waste treatment system is gradually perfected, the centralized treatment of the kitchen waste needs a certain time for transportation, the temperature is too high in summer, and a controllable constant temperature box for cooling the kitchen waste is designed for preventing the kitchen waste from rotting, breeding harmful bacteria, influencing the environment and recycling efficiency before the kitchen waste is recycled.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a controllable constant temperature box for cooling kitchen waste, aiming at solving the defects of the prior art. The temperature reduction system of the controllable constant temperature box is a wet curtain-fan temperature reduction device, the wet curtain device is installed at the rear side of the shell of the controllable constant temperature box, a circulating fan is installed on the opposite side of the shell of the controllable constant temperature box, the temperature reduction effect is generated by utilizing the principle of moisture evaporation heat absorption, and the indoor forced ventilation is realized by utilizing a ventilator to accelerate the moisture evaporation heat absorption. A temperature sensor is placed at a temperature measuring point in the controllable thermostat, the upper limit and the lower limit of the temperature are set, and the operation of a cooling system of the controllable thermostat is controlled by the single chip microcomputer, so that the purpose of keeping the controllable thermostat constant in temperature is achieved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a controllable incubator for cooling kitchen waste comprises an incubator body (1), a cooling system (2) and a temperature control system. The constant temperature box body (1) is used for temporarily storing the kitchen garbage bin, and the cooling system (2) is installed at the lateral wall of the constant temperature box body (1), and the temperature control system comprises a single chip microcomputer control unit and a plurality of temperature sensors, and a wet curtain fan cooling device and a single chip microcomputer control device are matched for use, so that the temperature of the controllable constant temperature box is reduced and maintained within a certain range.
Further, the incubator body (1) comprises an incubator shell (101), a garbage throwing-in opening (102) and a garbage can inlet (103); the outer sliding door of garbage bin entrance installation makes things convenient for the sanitationman to pull the garbage bin to controllable thermostated container in, and the mouth is put in to rubbish directly over the garbage bin entry, and the manual door that pushes in of installation, the resident of being convenient for put in kitchen garbage.
Furthermore, the cooling system (2) is composed of a wet curtain (202), a wet curtain support frame (208), a water distribution system (203), a water pump (209), a water storage tank (201) and a ventilator (210), wherein the wet curtain (202) is installed on one side of the incubator body (1). The circulating water distribution system (203) comprises a water inlet pipe (206), a water outlet pipe (205), a backflow wall (207), wherein the water outlet pipe is provided with atomizing nozzles (204), the backflow wall (207) is communicated with a water storage tank (201), the water storage tank (201) is positioned under a wet curtain (202), the water inlet pipe (206) is connected with a water pump (209), the water pump (209) in the water storage tank (201) reaches the water inlet pipe (206), the water outlet pipe (205) is provided with a plurality of atomizing nozzles (204), and the atomized water is vertically sprayed downwards to the wet curtain (202), wherein the atomizing nozzles (204) are used for increasing the evaporation rate of water, the backflow wall (207) is positioned on two side faces above the water storage tank (201), and the circulating water distribution system aims to circularly utilize water resources so that the water sprayed to the backflow wall (207) flows into the water storage tank (201). The water pump (209) is a centrifugal water pump, the water inlet pipe (206) is communicated with the water pump (209), and the water pump (209) pumps water into the water inlet pipe (206) from the water storage tank (201).
Furthermore, the temperature control system comprises a temperature sensor, a single chip microcomputer control unit and a relay, wherein the temperature sensor is DS18B20 in model, numerical signals are output, the temperature sensor is placed at each temperature measuring point inside the controllable thermostat to detect the surface temperature of the garbage can, the inlet temperature of the wet curtain (202) and the outlet temperature of the ventilator, the temperature is fed back to the single chip microcomputer control unit, the upper limit and the lower limit of the temperature in the control unit are respectively 25 ℃ and 20 ℃, the work of the controllable thermostat cooling system is realized by controlling the relay to regulate the axial flow fan (201) and the water pump (209), and the temperature in the controllable thermostat is maintained within a set range.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made by taking the accompanying drawings as examples, wherein the embodiments are only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and are used for explaining the present invention, and not representing all the examples and embodiments.
Embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a controllable incubator for cooling kitchen waste comprises an incubator body (1), a cooling system (2), and a temperature control system. The kitchen waste bin is temporarily stored in the shell of the constant-temperature box, and the cooling system (2) mainly comprises a wet curtain (202), a water distribution device (203) and an axial-flow fan (210); the wet curtain (202) is arranged at the lateral rear part of the constant temperature box shell, and the axial flow fan (210) is arranged at the opposite side, so that the purpose of cooling the controllable constant temperature box is realized; the atomized water is evaporated and cooled through the wet curtain, and indoor forced ventilation is carried out by utilizing the ventilator, so that the cooling effect is achieved.
The incubator body (1) comprises an incubator shell (101), a garbage throwing-in opening (102) and a garbage can inlet (103); the outer sliding door of garbage bin entrance installation makes things convenient for the sanitationman to pull the garbage bin to controllable thermostated container in, and the mouth is put in to rubbish directly over the garbage bin entry, installs manual push-in door, and is simple and convenient.
The cooling system (2) consists of a wet curtain (202), a wet curtain support frame (208), a water distribution system (203), a water pump (209), a water storage tank (201) and a ventilator (210), wherein the wet curtain (202) is installed on the lateral rear part of the constant temperature box shell (101), the wet curtain (202) is placed on the wet curtain support frame (208), a water inlet pipe (206), a water outlet pipe (205) and a backflow wall (207) form a circulating water distribution system (203), and the water outlet pipe (205) is provided with an atomizing nozzle (204) to increase the contact area between water mist and the wet curtain (202); the wet curtain support frame (208) is installed above the water storage pool (201), the water pump (209) pumps out water in the water storage pool, the atomizing nozzle (204) of the water outlet pipe (205) sprays atomized water onto the wet curtain (202), and water which is not completely evaporated and water which is sprayed onto the return wall (207) of the water distribution system flow into the water storage pool (201), so that the water resource is recycled.
The temperature control system comprises a temperature sensor and a single chip microcomputer control unit, the temperature sensor selects a digital signal sensor DS18B20, the temperature sensor is placed inside the controllable constant temperature box, and temperature measuring points are distributed on the surface of the ventilating inlet, the ventilating outlet and the garbage can. The maximum and minimum detection temperatures are set to TH=25℃、TLWhen the measured temperature is higher than 25 ℃, giving a command, and starting a ventilator and a water pump; when the actually measured temperature is lower than 20 ℃, a closing command is made, the internal temperature of the controllable constant temperature box is kept within the range, the cooling effect can be achieved, and energy can be saved.
