技术领域
本实用新型涉及轧钢技术领域,尤其是一种用于热送钢坯板式横移链的导轮装置。
背景技术
冶金棒材、线材轧钢企业随着碳排放持续收严,节能减排是企业发展的必由之路,钢坯原料热送是趋势。热送钢坯原料长10-11m,温度≥1000℃,板式输送链机构投资省,被大多数钢厂选用。因板链传动中心距≥8m以上,被动侧板链下扰严重,解决下扰问题的关键是板链间隔2-3m之间安装导向托轮,热坯拔爪安装在导轮上方(如图1所示),导轮工作直径设计为Ф160mm。导轮采用轴承作为回转支撑,因环境温度高,润滑脂易被高温烘烤碳化造成卡死。另由于整机板链导轮数量多,采用人工加注润滑脂,工时长影响生产。导轮工作直径为Ф160mm,导轮轴承防尘盖为卡槽镶入式结构,无法承受轴向力易松脱,传动销轴与链板安装困难等问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用于热送钢坯板式横移链的导轮装置,它可以解决现有的板式输送链机构中导轮因环境温度高,润滑脂易被高温烘烤碳化造成卡死及由于整机板链导轮量多,采用人工加注润滑脂,工时长影响生产,另导轮轴承防尘盖为卡槽镶入式结构,无法承受轴向力易松脱,传动销轴与链板安装困难等诸多的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:这种适用于热送钢坯板式横移链的导轮装置包括导轮、带石墨自润滑铜套、导轮隔套、链板隔套、销轴;所述销轴穿装在热送钢坯板式横移链两侧的链板上,所述带石墨自润滑铜套嵌入所述导轮内孔后套入所述销轴的两端;每一侧的所述导轮和所述链板之间设置有所述导轮隔套;所述链板隔套套装在两侧的所述链板之间的所述销轴上。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案是:所述销轴一端设有止推防尘卡台,另一端设有螺纹和插销孔;所述销轴一端套入所述带石墨自润滑铜套后所述止推防尘卡台嵌入所述导轮,所述销轴另一端套入所述带石墨自润滑铜套后在所述导轮端面装入封套,然后用锁紧圆螺母旋紧,再将防脱插销插入所述插销孔。
进一步:所述导轮的直径为φ160;所述带石墨自润滑铜套为外径φ80,内径为φ60;所述带石墨自润滑铜套套入所述销轴后与所述销轴形成回转支撑关系。
进一步:所述销轴采用45钢,硬度HB170-217。
由于采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本实用新型导向轮采用铜套带石墨自润滑,无需加油,具有耐高温特征,磨损消耗少。
2、本实用新型支撑轴一端带防尘盖,另一端通过隔圈防尘,安装方便。
3、本实用新型销轴无轴肩设计,与链板连接快速、方便,利于维护,轴端带防尘台阶,无需配置防尘端盖,另一端设计为螺纹小圆螺母带插销固定,防止铜套脱落,结构牢靠。
4、本实用新型具有结构简单、结实耐用、维护简单等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明:

图3、图4和图5的适用于热送钢坯板式横移链的导轮装置,包括导轮1、带石墨自润滑铜套2、导轮隔套3、销轴9、封套10、锁紧圆螺母11、插销12;
销轴9一端设有止推防尘卡台9-1,另一端设有螺纹和插销孔9-2;组装时将带石墨自润滑铜套2装配到导轮1内圈,销轴9的套入导轮1和带石墨自润滑铜套2组件内,即穿过带石墨自润滑铜套2,止推防尘卡台9-1嵌入导轮1,然后装入导轮隔套3,再穿过链板4和链板5,套入链板隔套6以及链板7和链板8,再套入一个导轮隔套3和套有带石墨自润滑铜套2的导轮1,最后装入封套10,然后旋上锁紧圆螺母11,将防脱插销12插入插销孔9-2,完成导轮装置的装配。带石墨自润滑铜套2外径为φ80,内径为φ60;带石墨自润滑铜套2套入销轴9后与销轴9形成回转支撑关系;销轴9采用45钢,硬度HB170-217。
导轮的直径为φ160,导轮通过板链带动,沿板链导槽运动,导轮在板链被动侧托平板链,防止板链下垂造成板链出现卡阻故障,带石墨自润滑铜套2因带含有润滑石墨和辅助润滑脂,无需加油,石墨耐高温烘烤,解决停机人工加油问题,确保连续生产。
销轴9为光轴无轴肩设计,在更换磨损导轮1时,实现快速更换。销轴9采用圆螺母固定配防松脱插销,结构牢靠,解决长期运行销轴脱出风险。

1.一种适用于热送钢坯板式横移链的导轮装置,其特征在于:包括导轮(1)、带石墨自润滑铜套(2)、导轮隔套(3)、链板隔套(6)、销轴(9);所述销轴(9)穿装在热送钢坯板式横移链两侧的链板上,所述带石墨自润滑铜套(2)嵌入所述导轮(1)内孔后套入所述销轴(9)的两端;每一侧的所述导轮(1)和所述链板之间设置有所述导轮隔套(3);所述链板隔套(6)套装在两侧的所述链板之间的所述销轴(9)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于热送钢坯板式横移链的导轮装置,其特征在于:所述销轴(9)一端设有止推防尘卡台(9-1),另一端设有螺纹和插销孔(9-2);所述销轴(9)一端套入所述带石墨自润滑铜套(2)后所述止推防尘卡台(9-1)嵌入所述导轮(1),所述销轴(9)另一端套入所述带石墨自润滑铜套(2)后在所述导轮(1)端面装入封套(10),然后用锁紧圆螺母旋紧,再将防脱插销(12)插入所述插销孔(9-2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的适用于热送钢坯板式横移链的导轮装置,其特征在于:所述导轮的直径为φ160;所述带石墨自润滑铜套(2)外径φ80,内径φ60;所述带石墨自润滑铜套(2)套入所述销轴(9)后与所述销轴(9)形成回转支撑关系。
4.根据权利要求3所述的适用于热送钢坯板式横移链的导轮装置,其特征在于:所述销轴(9)采用45钢,硬度HB170-217。
