The temperature adjusting sheet comprises a top layer, a bottom layer and a heating layer, wherein the heating layer is arranged between the top layer and the bottom layer, and the heating layer is heated to a preset temperature during working.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings, which are illustrative of the present invention and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Example 1.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the temperature-adjustable cheongsam of the present embodiment includes a cheongsam body 1, a temperature-adjustable sheet 2, a first elastic region 3, and a second elastic region 4.
The temperature control piece 2 in this embodiment is disposed inside the cheongsam body 1, and covers at least a part of the back region and a part of the chest region of the cheongsam body 1. The temperature control sheet 2 can provide warm keeping for the back area and the chest area when being heated. In this embodiment, a power supply (not shown) may be disposed on the temperature control sheet 2 to supply power to the temperature control sheet 2. The power supply may be of a flattened design, for example, a flattened battery may be used. In some embodiments, the power source is disposed at the edge of the thermal control patch 2, so that the thickness of the power source and the thickness of the thermal control patch 2 are not overlapped in use, thereby preventing the power source from being too prominent on the outer portion of the cheongsam body 1. In some embodiments, the power source is disposed at the skirt of the cheongsam body 1 to eliminate the influence of the power source on the cheongsam wearing. Referring to fig. 8, in some embodiments, the on/off of the temperature control plate 2 is controlled by the control switch 25, and the preset temperature for heating the temperature control plate 2 is adjusted. The control switch 25 can be integrated with the disc buckle, that is, the control switch 25 is made into a disc buckle type and plays a role of the disc buckle. Referring to fig. 9, a knob is provided on the control switch 25 so that it can adjust the aforementioned preset temperature.
In some embodiments, the temperature control sheet 2 may be disposed in the abdominal region of the cheongsam body 1.
In this embodiment, the temperature control piece 2 extends from the shoulder region of the cheongsam body 1 to the chest region of the cheongsam body 1 along the back region of the cheongsam body 1, and forms an integrated structure.
The temperature adjusting sheet 2 of this embodiment includes a top layer 21, a bottom layer 22 and a heating layer 23, the heating layer 23 is disposed between the top layer 21 and the bottom layer 22, and the heating layer 23 is heated to a preset temperature during operation. In some embodiments, the predetermined temperature is greater than 15 degrees and less than 33 degrees. Both the top layer 21 and the bottom layer 23 in this embodiment may be made of breathable fabric so that heat can escape from the temperature control sheet 2.
In this embodiment, the heating layer 23 is provided with a carbon fiber heating wire, the carbon fiber heating wire is arranged along the back region of the cheongsam body 1, the shoulder region of the cheongsam body 1 extends to the chest region of the cheongsam body 1, and the carbon fiber heating wire is arranged in parallel in the extending direction of the carbon fiber heating wire. In some embodiments, the carbon fiber heating wire is only provided with 1 heel, and the carbon fiber heating wire is wound to the above state. In some embodiments, 2 or more than 2 carbon fiber heating wires are arranged, and the carbon fiber heating wires are arranged in parallel, so that when one carbon fiber heating wire is damaged, the work of other carbon fiber heating wires is not influenced. The plurality of carbon fiber heating wires are arranged in parallel, so that the back area, the shoulder area and the chest area of the cheongsam body 1 can be normally heated as long as the carbon fiber heating wires can normally heat. In this embodiment, the carbon fiber heating wire itself and the heating principle itself are prior art, and are not described herein again.
In this embodiment, the buffer layer 24 is disposed between the top layer 21 and the bottom layer 22, and the buffer layer 24 is disposed around the carbon fiber heating wire to prevent the outline of the carbon fiber heating wire from being protruded outside the temperature adjustment sheet 2. And the buffer layer 24 can perform a heat conduction function to conduct heat generated from the carbon fiber heating wire, so as to increase the area of the warm-keeping region.
In this embodiment, the temperature control piece 2 is detachably fixed to the inside of the cheongsam body 1, so that the temperature control piece 2 can be detached in a scene without heating. In some embodiments, the temperature control sheet 2 is adhered to the inside of the cheongsam body 1 by a hook and loop fastener. In some embodiments, the temperature control sheet 2 is fixed to the inside of the cheongsam body 1 by a fastener.
The first elastic region 3 in this embodiment extends along the abdomen region of the cheongsam body 1 to the back region of the cheongsam body 1 and forms a ring shape, thereby providing a binding force to a corresponding part of the body to help perform the abdominal crunch.
In some embodiments, the first elastic regions 3 are only disposed on the left and right sides of the abdomen of the cheongsam body 1.
The second elastic region 4 in this embodiment covers at least a part of the hip region and the abdomen region of the cheongsam body 1 to provide a binding force to the corresponding part of the body, thereby assisting hip and abdomen contraction.
In this embodiment, the first elastic region 3 is provided with an elastic band, the elastic band has a first end and a second end in the length direction thereof, the first end and the second end of the elastic band are not fixed inside the cheongsam body 1 and form a free portion, that is, the first end and the second end have a movable space, the first end is provided with a first positioning unit 31, the second end is provided with a second positioning unit 32, and the first positioning unit 31 is matched with the second positioning unit 32.
In this embodiment, the second positioning units 32 are provided with a plurality of sets along the length direction of the elastic belt, so that when the first positioning unit 31 is matched with different second positioning units 32, the elastic belt has a plurality of sets of waist sizes for users to select. In some embodiments, the first positioning unit 31 and the second positioning unit 32 are arranged in a row to adjust the installation positions of the two. In some embodiments, the first positioning unit 31 and the second positioning unit 32 employ hook and loop fasteners to adjust the connection position of the first end and the second end.
In this embodiment, the second elastic region 4 is disposed inside the cheongsam body 1, the second elastic region 4 includes a hip elastic region 41 disposed in the hip region and an abdomen elastic region 42 disposed in the abdomen region, and the hip elastic region 41 is connected to the abdomen elastic region 42.
In this embodiment, the second elastic region 4 and the first elastic region 3 at least partially overlap, and the second elastic region 4 and the first elastic region 3 are formed by different members. When the second elasticated area 4 at least partially overlaps the first elasticated area 3, the excrescence of flesh is prevented from leaking out between the second elasticated area 4 and the first elasticated area 3. Specifically, the first elastic region 3 and the second elastic region 4 overlap in the abdomen region of the cheongsam body 1. In some embodiments, the first elastic region 3 is joined to the second elastic region 4 such that there is no gap between the two to prevent the flesh from being exposed.
In this embodiment, the first elastic region 3 and the second elastic region 4 are respectively fixed to the cheongsam body 1 through hook and loop fasteners, and the split structure is adopted by the cheongsam body 1, and the first elastic region 3 and the second elastic region 4 are respectively fixed to the cheongsam body 1 through hook and loop fasteners.
The first elastic region 3 in this embodiment is made of a breathable fabric.
In some embodiments, the first elastic region 3 is fixed on the cheongsam body 1 (non-detachable), and is spliced on two sides of the abdomen region of the cheongsam body 1.
Referring to fig. 8, in an embodiment, armholes 11 are disposed on two sides of the cheongsam body 1, and sleeves 12 are connected to the armholes 11. The sleeve 12 can adopt the mode of dismantling the connection to be fixed with armhole 11, for example adopt the magic subsides to fix sleeve 12 and armhole 11. Thus, the practicability of the cheongsam is improved, and the wearing mode with sleeves or without sleeves can be selected according to requirements.
