Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an LED chip, in particular to an alternating current flickering LED chip.
Background
In the field of LED decorative lamps, besides the normal constant-brightness effect of conventional LEDs, a plurality of LED lamps are provided with flickering LEDs as the flickering decorative effect. Fig. 3 shows the circuit principle of an IC under conventional dc operation. The DC power supply is electrified to perform internal oscillation, and the LED is driven to flicker according to the set frequency. Because the general use environment of the IC is in a dc state, many decorative lights need rectification filtering to make the decorative light string with the flash IC work, and the cost of designing a capacitor filter in the integrated circuit is relatively high. Therefore, it is an urgent problem for those skilled in the art to develop an ac blinking LED chip.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The utility model provides an alternating current flickering LED chip to solve the defects.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical means: the utility model provides an exchange scintillation LED chip, includes the chip base plate, be equipped with chip inside rectification back negative pole, chip rectification back positive pole, first AC input end, second AC input end and LED drive foot on the chip base plate, positive parallel capacitance after negative pole and chip rectification behind the chip rectification, be connected with LED emitting diode between positive pole and the LED drive foot behind the chip rectification.
The alternating current flickering LED chip is connected with an LED support, the LED support is provided with a first pin, a second pin, a third pin and a fourth pin, the capacitor is connected between the second pin and the third pin, the second pin and the third pin are respectively connected with a negative electrode after rectification in the chip and a positive electrode after rectification in the chip, and the LED driving pin and the first alternating current input end are respectively connected with the first pin and the fourth pin; the LED lamp is characterized in that epoxy resin coating layers are arranged outside the alternating current flickering LED chip and the LED support, and the epoxy resin coating layers are exposed out of the first pin and the fourth pin.
When the LED driving circuit works, the negative electrode after the rectification of the chip and the positive electrode after the rectification of the chip are connected with the capacitor in parallel, and the filtering is carried out, so that the LED chip can be completely used under the condition of alternating current (only the negative driving of the LED is explained here, and the positive driving is not specifically explained).
Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the advantages that:
1. the utility model carries out rectification in the integrated circuit, can still enable the chip to work under the condition of alternating current and drives the LED to flicker. Because the cost of designing capacitor filtering in the integrated circuit is higher, the capacitor filtering is used outside the LED chip, and the requirement of working under a complete alternating current state is met.
2. The utility model solves the problem that a flashing LED is needed to be used in a decorative lamp or under the condition of commercial power, rectification and filtering are not needed, and the LED works directly through a resistor or after other voltage reduction, thereby simplifying the requirements on the use environment to a great extent and enabling the LED to be used in multiple fields.
