The purification and dust removal device for environmental engineering is provided in this embodiment for solving the relatively poor problem of purification and dust removal device filter effect among the prior art.
According to one aspect of the application, a purifying and dedusting device for environmental engineering is provided, which comprises a dedusting box, and a filtering mechanism, a fixed bottom plate, a suction fan, an installation shell and a nozzle which are arranged on one side of the dedusting box, wherein one side inside the dedusting box is fixedly connected with a second clapboard, the top of the second clapboard is fixedly connected with a first clapboard, the right side of the dedusting box is penetrated and fixedly connected with the suction fan, a plurality of first fixed blocks are fixedly connected between the second clapboard and the dedusting box, the filtering mechanism comprises placing frames, each placing frame is placed on the top of the first fixed block, a sliding block is slidably connected inside the placing frame, a first sliding groove matched with the sliding block is formed inside the placing frame, the dedusting box is fixedly connected with the installation shell, one side of the bottom of the installation shell is fixedly connected with a water guide pipe, and the first fixed plate is fixedly connected inside the installation shell, dust removal case left side fixed connection L type fixed plate, L type fixed plate left side fixed connection second motor, second motor output end fixed connection threaded rod, threaded rod surface threaded connection screw slider.
Furthermore, dust removal bottom of the case portion fixed connection PMKD, PMKD bottom fixed connection travelling wheel, the quantity of travelling wheel is four, just the even distribution of travelling wheel is four ends at PMKD bottom.

Through the above-mentioned embodiment of this application, adopted filtering mechanism, solved the relatively poor problem of purification and dust removal device filter effect, guaranteed the practicality of device simultaneously.

The filtering mechanism in this embodiment can be applied to various kinds of wastewater, for example, a domestic wastewater treatment apparatus is provided in this embodiment, and the filtering mechanism in this embodiment can be used to filter domestic wastewater.
A domestic wastewater treatment device comprises a settling tank, wherein the top end of the settling tank is connected with a feed inlet, the top end of the settling tank is positioned at one side of the feed inlet and is provided with an air pump, the output end of the air pump is connected with an air inlet pipe, the top end of the air inlet pipe is provided with an air outlet hole, the inner wall of the settling tank is provided with a motor, the output end of the motor is connected with a lead screw, the outer wall of the lead screw is sleeved with a scraper, one side of the inner part of the settling tank, which is positioned at the lead screw, is connected with a fixed rod, one side of the settling tank is connected with a fixed plate, the bottom end of the fixed plate is provided with an electric push rod, the output end of the electric push rod is connected with a rotating door, one side of the settling tank, which is positioned below the fixed plate, is connected with a collecting box, the other side of the settling tank is provided with a filter tank, the top end of the filter tank is provided with a water pump, the output end of the water pump is connected with a copper pipe, the inside of rose box is provided with the filter screen, the inside below that is located the filter screen of rose box is provided with the activated carbon board, the bactericidal lamp is installed to the inner wall of rose box, the inside of rose box is located the bottom and installs the heater, one side of rose box is connected with the water valve. The intake pipe runs through in the top of setting tank and extends to the inside of setting tank, the top of intake pipe is provided with multiunit venthole, multiunit the venthole equidistance distributes on the intake pipe top, and the outside air of being convenient for is abundant fully contacts with the inside waste water of setting tank. The bottom end of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the fixed plate through the connecting seat, and the output end of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the rotating door through the connecting seat, so that the electric push rod can control the rotating door to be opened and closed conveniently. The inner wall of setting tank is provided with the pivot, the turndoor rotates with the setting tank through setting tank inner wall pivot and is connected, and the turndoor of being convenient for rotates. The copper pipe runs through in the inner wall of setting tank and extends to the inside of setting tank, the output of water pump passes through the copper pipe and is connected with the rose box, and the water pump of being convenient for passes through the copper pipe and carries the inside waste water of setting tank to the rose box inside. The inner wall of the scraper is provided with threads matched with the screw rod, the scraper is connected with the screw rod in a sliding mode through the threads, and the scraper can move on the outer wall of the screw rod conveniently.
Of course, the filter mechanism of the embodiment can also be applied to various dust removing devices. The description is omitted, and the dust removing device of the embodiment of the application is introduced below.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a purifying and dedusting device for environmental engineering comprises a dedusting box 1, and a filtering mechanism, a fixed bottom plate 3, a suction fan 20, an installation shell 26 and a nozzle 35 which are arranged on one side of the dedusting box 1, wherein one side inside the dedusting box 1 is fixedly connected with a second partition plate 6, the top of the second partition plate 6 is fixedly connected with a first partition plate 5, the right side of the dedusting box 1 is penetrated and fixedly connected with the suction fan 20, a plurality of first fixed blocks 7 are fixedly connected between the second partition plate 6 and the dedusting box 1, the filtering mechanism comprises a placement frame 8, each placement frame 8 is placed on the top of the first fixed block 7, a sliding block 15 is slidably connected inside the placement frame 8, a first sliding groove 13 matched with the sliding block 15 is formed inside the placement frame 8, the installation shell 26 is fixedly connected inside the dedusting box 1, a water guide pipe 19 is fixedly connected on one side of the bottom of the installation shell 26, the first fixed plate 24 of the inside fixed connection of installation shell 26, dust removal case 1 left side fixed connection L type fixed plate 28, L type fixed plate 28 left side fixed connection second motor 29, second motor 29 output fixed connection threaded rod 30, threaded rod 30 surface threaded connection screw slider 34.
The bottom of the dust removal box 1 is fixedly connected with a fixed bottom plate 3, the bottom of the fixed bottom plate 3 is fixedly connected with four traveling wheels 4, the number of the traveling wheels 4 is four, and the traveling wheels 4 are uniformly distributed at four ends of the bottom of the fixed bottom plate 3; the inside of the placing frame 8 is symmetrically and fixedly connected with an inserting rod 9, and a dust filter screen 10, an active carbon filter screen 11 and a polymer filter screen 12 are sequentially inserted into the surface of the inserting rod 9; the sliding block 15 penetrates through and is connected with a fixed rod 14 in a sliding mode, a first spring 16 is sleeved on the surface of the fixed rod 14, the top of the first spring 16 is fixedly connected with a first sliding groove 13, and the bottom of the first spring 16 is fixedly connected with the sliding block 15; the bottom of the sliding block 15 is fixedly connected with a clamping rod 18, the clamping rod 18 penetrates through the placing frame 8 and is clamped with the second fixing block 17, and a clamping hole matched with the clamping rod 18 is formed in the second fixing block 17; the first fixing plate 24 penetrates through and is connected with the sliding rod 23 in a sliding mode, one side of the sliding rod 23 is lapped with the eccentric wheel 22, the top of the eccentric wheel 22 is fixedly connected with the output end of the first motor 21, and one side of the first motor 21 is fixedly connected with the top of the dust removal box 1; a piston plate 27 is slidably connected inside the mounting shell 26, a sliding rod 23 is fixedly connected to the right side of the piston plate 27, a plurality of second springs 25 are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the right side of the piston plate 27, and a first fixing plate 24 is fixedly connected to the other side of each second spring 25; the bottom of the threaded sliding block 34 is fixedly connected with a limiting block 31, the limiting block 31 penetrates through and is connected with the L-shaped fixing plate 28 in a sliding mode, and a second sliding groove 32 matched with the limiting block 31 is formed in the L-shaped fixing plate 28; one side of the top of the threaded sliding block 34 is rotatably connected with a rotating rod 33, the other side of the rotating rod 33 is rotatably connected with a nozzle 35, and the nozzle 35 is fixedly connected with the dust removal box 1 through a hose; one side of the dust removal box 1 is provided with a visual window 2.
When the dust removal device is used, the electric elements appearing in the application are externally connected with a power supply and a control switch, when the dust removal device is used, the first motor 21 is started, the output end of the first motor 21 drives the eccentric wheel 22 fixedly connected with the first motor to rotate, the eccentric wheel 22 rotates for the first half circle to extrude the sliding rod 23, the sliding rod 23 moves towards the right side, the sliding rod 23 drives the piston plate 27 on the left side to move leftwards, the piston plate 27 extrudes the second spring 25, under the action of the one-way valve, the piston plate 27 pumps water into the mounting shell 26 through the water guide pipe 19, when the eccentric wheel 22 rotates for the second half circle, the extrusion borne by the sliding rod 23 disappears, the second spring 25 resets to drive the piston plate 27 to move leftwards rapidly, and under the action of the one-way valve in the mounting shell 26, the water is sprayed out of the nozzle 35, so that the function of facilitating dust removal is realized; when the positions with different heights need to be purified, the second motor 29 is started, the output end of the second motor 29 drives the threaded rod 30 fixedly connected with the second motor to rotate, the threaded rod 30 drives the threaded slider 34 in threaded connection with the threaded rod to move to the left, the threaded slider 34 drives the limiting block 31 fixedly connected with the bottom to slide in the second sliding chute 32, the limiting block 31 prevents the threaded slider 34 from synchronously rotating along with the threaded rod 30, the rotating rod 33 in rotational connection with the threaded slider 34 is driven to move to the left when the threaded slider 34 moves to the left, and meanwhile, the nozzle 35 in rotational connection with the rotating rod 33 is driven to gradually rise by the other side of the rotating rod 33, so that the function of facilitating dust removal of different heights is realized, and the function of facilitating adjustment is realized; in order to further improve the dust removal effect, the suction fan 20 is started, the suction fan 20 sucks air into the dust removal box 1, when the air passes through the dust filter screen 10, larger-particle dust in the air is filtered, then the air enters the activated carbon filter screen 11, the activated carbon filter screen 11 filters and absorbs the peculiar smell in the air, in addition, when the air passes through the polymer filter screen 12, the polymer filter screen 12 filters the bacteria in the air, thereby greatly improving the filtering effect, when the filter screen needs to be replaced, the slide block 15 is pulled upwards, the slide block 15 drives the clamping rod 18 fixedly connected with the bottom to slide on the fixed rod 14, meanwhile, the sliding block 15 extrudes the first spring 16, when the clamping rod 18 is separated from the clamping relation with the second fixed block 17, the sliding block 15 is pulled towards the right side, the placement frame 8 is pulled out, so that the function of convenient replacement is realized, and meanwhile, the reasonability of the structure is reflected.
The application has the advantages that:
1. in order to realize the function of facilitating dust removal, when the dust removal device is used, the output end of the first motor drives the eccentric wheel fixedly connected with the first motor to rotate, the eccentric wheel extrudes the sliding rod when rotating for the first half circle, the sliding rod moves towards the right side, the sliding rod drives the piston plate on the left side to move leftwards, meanwhile, the piston plate extrudes the second spring, under the action of the one-way valve, the piston plate pumps water into the installation shell through the water guide pipe, when the eccentric wheel rotates for the second half circle, the extrusion on the sliding rod disappears, the second spring resets to drive the piston plate to move leftwards rapidly, and under the action of the one-way valve in the installation shell, the water is sprayed out of the nozzle, so that the function of facilitating dust removal is realized;
2. in order to realize the function of convenient adjustment, when the positions with different heights need to be purified, the output end of the second motor drives the threaded rod fixedly connected with the second motor to rotate, the threaded rod drives the threaded slider in threaded connection with the threaded rod to move to the left, the threaded slider drives the limiting block fixedly connected with the bottom to slide in the second chute, the limiting block prevents the threaded slider from synchronously rotating along with the threaded rod, the rotating rod in rotational connection with the threaded slider is driven to move to the left when the threaded slider moves to the left, and meanwhile, the nozzle in rotational connection with the rotating rod is driven to gradually rise by the other side of the rotating rod, so that the function of convenient dust removal for different heights is realized, and the function of convenient adjustment is realized;
2. this application is rational in infrastructure, in order to further improve the effect of dust removal, the suction fan inhales the dust removal incasement with the air, the air is when the dust filter screen, give the dust of the great granule in the air and filter down, then the air gets into in the active carbon filter screen, the peculiar smell of active carbon filter screen in with the air is given and is filtered the absorption, in addition the air is when polymer filter screen, the bacterium of polymer filter screen in with the air is given and is filtered down, filterable effect has greatly been improved, when needs change the filter screen, upwards stimulate the slider, the kelly that the slider drove the bottom rigid coupling slides on the dead lever, slider extrusion first spring simultaneously, when the kelly breaks away from the joint relation with the second fixed block, to right side pulling slider, will place the frame and pull out after that, the function of being convenient for changing has been realized, the rationality of structure has been embodied simultaneously.
It is well within the skill of those in the art to implement, without undue experimentation, the present application is not directed to software and process improvements, as they relate to circuits and electronic components and modules.
