It will be understood that terms such as "having," "including," and "comprising," as used herein, do not preclude the presence or addition of one or more other elements or groups thereof.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a unilateral limb restraining strip comprising: a support body 100 having a length direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction intersecting each other; for supporting a patient's limb; the support body 100 is, for example, a cuboid, and the support body may be made of, for example, a silicone material with a certain hardness, so that it is possible to prevent the support body from being too hard or too soft, and the patient from being damaged by pressure sores and the like at the supported part.
Flexible side wings 200 provided on both sides in the length direction of the support body 100, the flexible side wings 200 having, for example, a certain width to be suitable for wrapping a patient's limb; thereby playing the role of fixing the limbs of the patient. The flexible side flaps 200 may be semi-wrapped or may be fully wrapped around the patient's limb. The flexible side wings 200 are made of warm-keeping materials such as single-layer cotton cloth, double-layer cotton cloth or cotton pads in winter. The fabric can be replaced by breathable and cool fabric in summer. Of course, disposable nonwoven fabrics may also be used. The flexible side wings 200 are for example detachably connected to the support body 100.
And a pair of belt members 300 disposed on the flexible side wings 200, the pair of belt members 300 being symmetrically connected to the flexible side wings 200. As shown in fig. 1, the strap member 300 includes four straps that are sewn to the flexible side flaps 200, respectively. Four straps are fixedly attached to the flexible side flaps at intermediate locations, such as by stitching, thereby further facilitating the flexible side flaps to encircle a portion of a patient's limb. Wherein, the strip on one side of the flexible side wing 200 is provided with a buckle with a shape like a Chinese character 'ri' for adjusting tightness, and the flexible side wing 200 is stably bound on the limb of the patient by the matching of the two strips. The strip on the other side of the flexible side flap 200 is, for example, one strip, but can also be cut in two along the strip from the free end to the connecting section and fixed by means of a knot. As shown in fig. 3, the strap member 300 is, for example, arranged at the free end of the flexible side flap 200. The belt member 300 can also be used for suspending limbs, such as femoral intramedullary nail operation, putting of a bone traction table and suspension body position of arms, and is convenient and quick. The health care provider can adjust the limb height and position by adjusting the length of the strap member 300.
When the single-side limb restraint strap is used, medical staff firstly pad the support body 100 below the limb of a patient, then wrap the limb of the patient by using the flexible lateral wings 200, and adjust the tightness or the hanging height by using the strap members 300. Thereby make the patient can stably keep the operation position at the operation in-process, reduce the patient and press the sore and take place the probability, prevent that the position warp and influence the operation and go on or the condition such as accident damage takes place.
In one embodiment, the support body 100 is made of a hard silicone material. Preferably silica gel with Shore hardness of 45-60 degrees. Of course, other materials that facilitate sterilization and support may be used. As shown in fig. 2, the supporting body 100 has a slope, wherein the distal end is slightly higher than the proximal end, so as to promote blood backflow and better conform to physiological characteristics. The traditional restraint cushion is mostly made of soft cushions, the soft cushion is easy to deform in the using process, and particularly, pressure sores are easy to occur when the operation process is long. The supporting body 100 is made of silica gel with the Shore hardness of 45-60 degrees, deformation is not prone to occurring in the using process, and the silica gel material has excellent biocompatibility, heat resistance and air permeability, so that the comfort of a patient can be improved, and pressure sores can be effectively prevented from occurring in advance.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the flexible side wings 200 are removably attached to the support body 100. One end of the band member 300 is fixed at a middle position of the side portion 201. As shown in fig. 1, one end of the strap member 300 is spaced from the side edges, thereby facilitating the flexible side flap 200 to better wrap around the patient's limb. The flexible wings 200 are, for example, configured to be extracted from the support body 100, thereby enabling a detachable connection to the support body 100, thereby enabling a more convenient adjustment of the relative position of the support body 100, while facilitating a detachable cleaning and sterilization.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the flexible side flap 200 includes: the middle connecting part 202 is a sleeve body and is sleeved on the support body 100; and two side portions 201, which are cushions, respectively connected to the middle connection portion 202. The middle connecting portion 202 is made of the same material as the two side portions 201, for example, and may be made of a single cotton cloth. The length of the intermediate connecting portion 202 may be equal to the length of the support body 100, or may be only one third to two thirds of the length of the support body 100. The middle connection portion 202 is used for connecting the two side portions 201 to the support body 100. The middle connecting part 202 is set to be in a sleeve shape, so that medical personnel can conveniently and quickly install or disassemble the flexible side wings 200, the table opening time is reduced, and the operation efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the flexible side flap 200 includes:
an intermediate connection portion 202 embedded in the support body 100;
two side portions 201, each connected to the intermediate connecting portion 202 and extending out through the support body 100, wrap around a limb of a patient during surgery. The intermediate connection part 202 may be formed in a sheet shape to be embedded in the support body 100 for processing convenience.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the supporting body 100 is provided with a connecting through-slit 101, and the intermediate connecting portion 202 is detachably connected to the supporting body 100 through the connecting through-slit 101. The connecting through-slit 101 extends through the support body 100 in the width direction of the support body 100, the connecting through-slit 101 facilitating the detachment of the flexible lateral wing 200. The middle connecting part 202 is arranged in the connecting through seam 101 in a penetrating way, so that the relative positions of the two side parts 201 of the flexible side wings 200 can be adjusted according to the body size of a patient or the requirement of a surgery, and the limb of the patient can be better fixed.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the flexible side flap 200 includes:
two side portions 201 symmetrically disposed at both sides of the support body; both sides have an enlarged tip 2011 connected to the support body, the enlarged tip 2011 being inlaid on the support body 100. The supporting body 100 may also be provided with a groove 103 capable of being clamped with the expanded end 2011, and the groove 103 is provided with a locking structure 104 to fix the two side portions 201 on the supporting body 100. Therefore, medical staff can detach the support body 100 more quickly, and the position of the support body 100 can be changed at any time in the operation process, so that a more proper operation position is provided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-3, the two sides 201 are made of an outer cotton sock filled with insulation. The two side portions 201 may also be made of other heat insulating materials such as sponge pads, wool cloths, etc. Besides the thermal insulation material, the air-permeable and cool material can also be made into the material for improving the comfort of the patient in summer.
