The bolt 430 is loosened, the fixing rod 410 is adjusted to have a certain included angle with the supporting portion 300 after being adjusted to a proper angle, the extension rod 420 is installed at one end of the fixing rod 410 through threaded connection, turning of the tool portion in a narrow space is effectively achieved, the problem that the tool cannot touch the fastener when the fastener and the opening are not located on the same vertical plane is solved, and the tool portion is adjusted to move in the horizontal direction by adjusting the included angle between the fixing rod 410 and the fixing pipe 320. Thereby enabling the tool portion to clamp to a fastener at any location.
