Background
Cesarean section is a common and important operation in the field of obstetrics, is widely applied, is an effective means for solving dystocia and some obstetric complications, and plays an important role in saving the lives of mothers and babies. In recent years, with the release of the two-fetus policy, high-risk pregnancies such as advanced pregnancy, placenta prearrangement, placental prematurity and the like are increased, and the cesarean section yield is increased. The cesarean section technology is well known by medical staff, but various surgical complications in the near term and the long term still exist in the practical application of the cesarean section. Postpartum hemorrhage is the most common complication which causes death of pregnant and lying-in women, fetal membrane residue is an important reason of late postpartum hemorrhage, and proper treatment of residual fetal membrane in cesarean section operation can promote uterine involution, and shorten vaginal hemorrhage time of the puerpera after cesarean section operation and occurrence of late postpartum hemorrhage.
Most of the currently adopted methods adopt a dry gauze pad or a gauze roll to wipe the uterine cavity twice after the placenta is delivered in the caesarean section, and the rough surface of the dry gauze is large, which is beneficial to removing the placenta fragments and decidua tissues remained in the uterine cavity. However, when the decidua tissue is more remained or the fetal membranes and the placentas are adhered, the tissue on the surface can only be erased by wiping the decidua tissue with dry gauze, and the decidua tissue also needs to be removed by using forceps and pincers of an oval forceps, so that the time is consumed, postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine hypodynamia is easily generated, and even though the decidua is not thick, the aim of completely removing the decidua tissue is difficult to achieve due to the limited capability of the dry gauze for absorbing the blood and the tissue.

a connecting groove 12 is annularly arranged on the inner wall of the mounting groove 3, and a first clamping block 15 and a second clamping block 16 which are in an arc shape are arranged in the groove;
one end of the first clamping block 15 and one end of the second clamping block 16 are rotatably connected and fixed in the mounting groove 12, and the other ends are connected by a movable buckle;
a raised mounting buckle 17 is arranged in the middle of the inner wall of one end of the opening of the first clamping block 15, and mounting bulges 18 are arranged on two sides of the mounting buckle 17;
one end of the opening of the second clamping block 16 is provided with a U-shaped mounting groove 19 matched with the mounting buckle 17;
and the groove body of the mounting groove 19 is provided with a connecting hole 20 matched with the mounting bulge 18.
The working process of the device is as follows; when the toothbrush is used, the handle 11 is pressed, the first brush body 1 enables the brush head 10 to extend out of the bottom end of the second brush body 2 by compressing the first spring 7, the limiting block 8 is clamped in the limiting through hole 14 at the lower end, and the brush head 10 completely extends out of the bottom of the second brush body 2; after the first brush body 1 is used, the limiting block 8 is pressed towards the first brush body 1 from the limiting through hole 14 through the button mechanism, at the moment, the limiting block 8 approaches to the limiting groove 13, the first brush body 1 slides towards the top end of the second brush body 2 under the elastic force of the first spring 7, the limiting hole 8 is clamped in the limiting through hole 14 at the top end, and at the moment, the brush head 10 is completely positioned in the second brush body 2; then the first clamping block 15 and the second clamping block 16 are opened, gauze is wrapped at the bottom of the second brush body 2, the gauze is fixed in the mounting groove 3 through the first clamping block 15 and the second clamping block 16, and the gauze clamping degree is adjusted by adjusting the position relation of the mounting protrusion 18 and the connecting hole 20.
Furthermore, two limiting through holes 14 are arranged along the axial direction of the second brush body 2.
It should be noted that, by providing two limiting through holes 14, the brush head 10 is always in a clamping state inside or outside the cavity of the second brush body 2, thereby improving the stability of connection.
Furthermore, the button mechanism comprises a connecting plate 4, one side of the connecting plate 4 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the second brush body 2, and the other side of the connecting plate is provided with a second spring 5 and a pressing block 6.

Furthermore, one end of the second spring 5 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 4, and the other end of the second spring is fixedly connected with the pressing block 6.
Further, the brush head 10 is a silica gel brush head and is detachably connected with the first brush body 1.
It should be noted that the brush head 10 may also be a brush head with bristles or a brush head made of other materials, and because of the advantage that silica gel is not allergic to human body, the device uses a silica gel brush head.
Further, the first clamping block 15 and the second clamping block 16 are both plastic clamping blocks.
Further, the inner walls of the first clamping block 15 and the second clamping block 16 are provided with a connecting groove 12.
It should be noted that, on the mounting groove 3, the connecting grooves 12 and the connecting blocks 21 which are mutually matched are annularly arranged on the inner walls of the first clamping block 15 and the second clamping block 16, so that the clamping area with gauze is increased, and the gauze can be firmly fixed on the second rod body 2.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
