In particular, the fan assembly 30 may enable air heated by the second heating element 22 to more quickly enter the second food container 42, thereby increasing the heating efficiency and frying efficiency of the food material within the cooking chamber 402. Also, a different cooking function can be realized compared to a cooking manner in which the first heating member 41 directly heats the first food container 41.
Specifically, the bottom wall of the second food container 42 is spaced from the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 101 by a certain gap, and the side wall of the second food container 42 is spaced from the side wall of the accommodating cavity 101 by a certain gap, so that an air duct is formed between the second food container 42 and the wall of the accommodating cavity 101, the air flow resistance is reduced, the air can sufficiently circulate in the accommodating cavity 101 and the cooking cavity 402, and the uniformity and efficiency of heating the food materials in the cooking cavity 402 are improved.
Therefore, by replacing the first food container 41 or the second food container 42 fitted in the pot body assembly 10 and corresponding the smoother first heating element 21 or the second heating element 22, the cooking appliance 100 can work in different cooking modes to realize different cooking functions, so that the cooking appliance 100 can meet more cooking requirements to realize different cooking effects.
In some alternative embodiments, when the first food container 41 is placed in the accommodating cavity 101, the processing cavity 403 of the first food container 41 is not communicated with the accommodating cavity 101 (i.e. neither the top wall nor the side wall of the first food container 41 is provided with the through hole structure), and the first heating member 21 can heat the first food container 41, so that the first food container 41 is heated and the food material in the processing cavity 403 is heated.
In other alternative embodiments, when the second food container 42 is placed in the accommodating cavity 101, the cooking cavity 402 of the second food container 42 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 101, for example, at least one of the top wall, the bottom wall and the side wall of the second food container 42 may be provided with an opening communicated with the accommodating cavity 101. Air heated by the second heating member 22 in the accommodating chamber 101 may enter the cooking chamber 402 to heat the food material in the cooking chamber 402.
Specifically, the upper end of the second food container 42 is opened to form a pick-and-place opening, when in an air frying cooking mode, an air gap is formed between the outer peripheral wall of the second food container 42 and the side wall of the accommodating cavity 101 at a certain interval, the fan assembly 30 operates to drive airflow to flow in the accommodating cavity 101, hot air heated by the second heating element 22 can flow into the air gap from the air passage 102, then enters the cooking cavity 402 from the pick-and-place opening of the second food container 42, then flows out from the ventilation hole 401 of the second food container 42, and flows to the second heating element 22 through the air gap 201 to be heated again, so that the heating circulation flow of the air is realized. Therefore, the air can fully and circularly flow in the accommodating cavity 101 and the cooking cavity 402, the range of the air flowing through the cooking cavity 402 is larger, and the uniformity and the heating efficiency of food materials in all areas in the cooking cavity 402 can be improved.
The cooking appliance 100 is formed into a pressure air frying integrated machine, has two cooking modes of pressure cooking and air frying cooking, and is high in practicability.
In the pressure cooking mode, the first heating member 21 is attached to the bottom wall of the first food container 41, and the fan assembly 30 is not operated. The first heating member 21 may heat the food material in the first food container 41, and may change the air pressure in the first food container 41 to form a positive pressure (i.e., the pressure in the first food container 41 is greater than the external pressure) or a negative pressure (i.e., the pressure in the first food container 41 is less than the external pressure). Under the pressure cooking mode, the food can be stewed, boiled, stewed and the like, the food cooking efficiency is high, and the nutrition extraction effect is better. Alternatively, the first heating member 21 may be heated from at least one of the bottom and the side of the food material.
Under the air fry cooking mode, the second food container 42 can be a fry basket, the second heating element 22 can be heated by the air in the containing cavity 101, and the hot air enters the cooking cavity 402 of the second food container 42 to realize the treatments such as baking, frying and air frying of the food materials, so that the food materials are heated uniformly and the baking effect is good.
According to the cooking appliance 100 of the embodiment of the utility model, the structure, the volume and the weight of the pot cover are simplified, the operation of a user is more convenient, the cooking and the food containing of the first food container 41 and the second food container 42 are not limited, the use is convenient, the user experience is improved, and the fan assembly 30 is beneficial to improving the temperature uniformity and the heating efficiency of each area in the containing cavity 101 and the second food container 42 in the second cooking mode, so that the cooking efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the cooking appliance 100 is further provided with a temperature limiting device disposed in the accommodating chamber 101, and the temperature limiting device is used for controlling the operating temperature of the first heating member 21 or the second heating member 22. The temperature limiting device is suitable for being connected with the heating element, and the heat of the heating element can be quickly transferred to the temperature limiting device, so that the temperature limiting device can sense the temperature of the heating element at the joint. The temperature limiting device is provided with an upper limit temperature and a lower limit temperature, controls the heating element to stop heating when the temperature of the heating element is increased to the upper limit temperature, and controls the heating element to heat when the temperature of the heating element is decreased to the lower limit temperature. Furthermore, because the first heating member 21 or the second heating member 22 is installed on the pot body assembly 10, only the temperature limiting device for controlling the temperature of the heating member is needed to be installed, so that the structure of the temperature limiting device is simplified, the installation and the installation of the temperature limiting device are facilitated, and the cost of the temperature limiting device is reduced. 1. A cooking appliance having a first cooking mode and a second cooking mode, the cooking appliance comprising:
a pan body assembly defining a receiving cavity;
the cooking container is arranged in the accommodating cavity;

2. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the first heating element or the second heating element is adapted to be electrically connected to a power strip of the pan body assembly.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 1 wherein either the first heating element or the second heating element is removably disposed within the receiving cavity.
4. The cooking appliance of claim 3, wherein the pan body assembly comprises:
a housing having a mounting cavity;
the outer pot is arranged in the mounting cavity, the outer pot defines the accommodating cavity, and the first heating element or the second heating element is suitable for being supported on the bottom wall or the side wall of the outer pot.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 1, further comprising a fan assembly disposed within the pan body assembly.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 5 wherein the fan assembly is spaced from the first and second heating elements, respectively.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein the fan assembly comprises:
a fan;
the motor is in transmission connection with the fan, and the motor is located below the fan.
8. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the first heating member is formed as a first heating plate, and the second heating member is formed as a second heating plate, and an air passing hole is formed at a central portion of the second heating plate.
9. The cooking appliance of claim 1, wherein the cooking container comprises:
a first food container supported on the first heating element when the cooking appliance is in the first cooking mode;
a second food container having a bottom wall or a side wall with ventilation holes communicating with the cooking cavity, the second food container being supported on the second heating element when the cooking appliance is in the second cooking mode.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, further comprising:
a lid assembly having a viewable area.
