It is understood that the second driving member 334 can be directly disposed on the top side wall of the storage barrel 31, and the second driving member 334 can also be disposed in the area of the machine body 10 near the feeding hole 311 of the storage barrel 31, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The second driving member 334 may also be various types of motors, such as a servo motor, a reduction motor, a rotating motor, and the like, and correspondingly, the heating member 333 may be directly connected to the output shaft of the motor, or may be connected to the output shaft of the motor through a transmission structure, such as a connecting rod, a combination of connecting rods, or a gear; of course, the second driving member 334 may be various types of electromagnetic valves or electromagnets, and the heating member 333 is connected to a piston rod of the electromagnetic valve or a movable iron core of the electromagnet, which is not limited in this embodiment.
As an implementation manner, the second driving member 334 includes a first motor and a second motor located at two opposite sides of the feeding hole 311, the heating member 333 includes a first heating rod and a second heating rod, the first motor is in driving connection with the first heating rod, the second motor is in driving connection with the second heating rod, the first motor and the second motor respectively drive the first heating rod and the second heating rod to move to a first position in opposite directions to weld the trash bag 32, and the first motor and the second motor respectively drive the first heating rod and the second heating rod to move to a second position in opposite directions to open the trash bag 32. This embodiment is favorable to fusing the disposal bag more fast through two stick removals that generate heat in opposite directions, improves and seals efficiency.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3, one end of the storage barrel 31 is open, the open end of the storage barrel 31 is configured as a feeding port 311, a sliding rod 335 is disposed across the feeding port 311 on an end edge of the open end of the storage barrel 31 or a side wall of the storage barrel 31 near the open end, a second driving member 334 (i.e., a first motor and a second motor) is slidably connected to the sliding rod 335, and heat generating members 333 (i.e., a first heat generating rod and a second heat generating rod) are respectively mounted on the first motor and the second motor, and the first motor and the second motor move along a length direction of the sliding rod 335, so as to drive the first heat generating rod and the second heat generating rod to move towards or away from the sliding rod 335.
It will be appreciated that the sliding bar 335 straddles the feed opening 311, on the one hand, facilitating the sliding movement of the second driving member 334, and on the other hand, does not hinder the movement of the kitchen waste from the feed opening 311 into the interior of the storage tub 31.
Of course, in another embodiment, the sliding rod 335 may be replaced by a ball screw and a sliding block sleeved on the ball screw, the ball screw is connected to the second driving member 334, and the heat generating member 333 is mounted on the sliding block.
As an implementation manner, the storage barrel 31 is provided with a limiting portion 312 inside, the limiting portion 312 is located between the first bearing portion 331 and the bottom surface of the storage barrel 31, and a gap is formed at a contact portion of the limiting portion 312 and the first bearing portion 331. This embodiment is favorable to the stable first bearing part of location, is favorable to first bearing part reliably to bear rubbish and rotate.
The limiting part 312 may be disposed on the bottom surface of the storage barrel 31, or may be disposed on the inner wall of the storage barrel 31; the position-limiting portion 312 may be a protrusion, a baffle, or a stopper rod with any shape, as long as the position-limiting portion 312 stably positions the first bearing portion 331 and prevents the first bearing portion 331 from turning over under the gravity of the garbage bag 32 and garbage, which is not limited in this embodiment.
It can be understood that a gap is formed between the first bearing portion 331 and the limiting portion 312, which is beneficial to reducing the resistance of the first bearing portion 331 in the rotation process, and avoiding the problem that the first bearing portion 331 is clamped and cannot rotate.
As an implementation manner, one end of the limiting portion 312 near the first bearing portion 331 is a cambered surface. One end of the limiting portion 312 close to the first bearing portion 331 is an arc surface, which is beneficial to positioning and stabilizing the bearing portion and reducing the rotation resistance of the first bearing portion 331.
As an implementation manner, the position-limiting portion 312 includes at least two protruding pillars, the at least two protruding pillars are uniformly distributed at intervals in an area of the bottom surface of the storage barrel 31 near the edge of the first carrying portion 331, and the protruding pillars extend from the bottom surface of the storage barrel 31 toward the first carrying portion 331.
Wherein, two at least protruding columns interval evenly distributed with store the bucket 31 bottom surface, be favorable to first supporting part 331 atress even balance, when supporting spacing first supporting part 331, guarantee that the plane of supporting part 331 place is parallel with the bottom surface of storing bucket 31 all the time, be favorable to first supporting part 331 to reliably rotate.
The embodiment is simple to process, and the first bearing part 331 can be reliably positioned and stabilized.
As a practical matter, the sidewall of the storage tub 31 has a transparent region, and an upper edge of the transparent region in the height direction of the storage tub 10 is flush with the maximum capacity scale line of the storage tub 31.
It is understood that the side wall of the storage barrel 31 may be a transparent region, and of course, the region of the side wall of the storage barrel 10 near the maximum volume scale line may also be a transparent region, which is advantageous for a user to observe the amount of kitchen waste inside the storage barrel 31. Compare in current through design pressure sensor or weighing transducer, this embodiment is through the transparent design of storage bucket 31, and simple structure saves the cost, can reliably monitor the inside rubbish stock of storage bucket 31, and the clearance of being convenient for in time pack prevents that rubbish from spilling over.
As an implementation manner, an installation cavity is opened in an area below the processing barrel 21 inside the machine body 10, the storage barrel 31 is located inside the installation cavity, and the storage barrel 31 can be pulled out or pushed into the installation cavity, the bottom opening of the processing barrel 21 is configured as the discharge hole 211, and the top opening of the storage barrel 31 is configured as the feed hole 311. Storage bucket 31 sets up in organism 10 inside and is located the processing barrel 21 below in this embodiment, is favorable to keeping organism 10 outward appearance pleasing to the eye to storage bucket 31 need not to set up the lid, and production and processing is simple, and dry back rubbish relies on gravity to discharge to storage bucket in simultaneously, need not to set up power device (for example take out the sediment pump), saves the cost.
Wherein, it can pull out or push the installation intracavity portion to store bucket 31, is favorable to conveniently clearing up the rubbish of packing among the storage bucket 31.
The storage barrel 31 and the inner wall of the installation cavity can be connected in any sliding manner, such as a guide rail, a sliding rod, a sliding block, and the like, and of course, the storage barrel 31 and the inner wall of the installation cavity can also be pulled out or pushed in by a clearance fit manner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In an implementation manner, the top side wall of the storage barrel 31 is provided with a containing groove 313, the containing groove 313 extends along the peripheral side of the storage barrel 31, the garbage bag 32 is placed in the containing groove 313, and the interior of the garbage bag 32 is in open communication with the bottom of the treatment barrel 21.
It will be appreciated that the trough 313 extends around the perimeter of the receptacle 31 to facilitate spreading apart of the garbage bag 32 to facilitate sealing of the garbage. Wherein the opening portion of the holding groove 313 may be directed toward the upper portion, that is, toward the processing tub 21; of course, the opening of the storage tank 313 may face the inside of the storage tub 31, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. This embodiment is favorable to kitchen garbage to deposit to the disposal bag in, convenient packing.
As an achievable way, the garbage can further comprises a third driving element 212, the inner wall of the processing barrel 21 is provided with a second bearing part 213 connected with the third driving element 212, the second bearing part 213 is used for bearing the kitchen waste, and the second bearing part 213 is driven by the third driving element 212 to rotate, so that the kitchen waste can be poured into the storage barrel 31.
It will be appreciated that the third drive member 212, like the first drive member 332 and the second drive member 334, may be any type of motor, solenoid valve, etc.
The second bearing part 213 may be a tray, a baffle plate or a small bucket arranged inside the disposal container 21, as long as it can be used for bearing the kitchen waste, and preventing the kitchen waste from directly falling into the storage container 31.
The third bearing portion and the third driving element 212 may be directly connected or connected through a transmission mechanism, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In an implementation manner, the second bearing part 213 includes a baffle, one end of the baffle is connected to the third driving element 212, the free end of the baffle is in clearance fit with the inner wall of the processing barrel 21, the plane of the baffle is perpendicular to the plane of the side wall of the processing barrel 21, the third driving element 212 drives the baffle to rotate, and the free end of the baffle can move between the third position and the fourth position.
Wherein, the rotation of the baffle can be 90 degrees with the horizontal line (i.e. the direction parallel to the bottom surface of the processing barrel 21) as the rotating shaft; of course, the rotation of the baffle can also be that the baffle rotates towards the bottom of the processing barrel 21 by taking the joint with the third driving member 212 as a rotating shaft.
The third position may be a position where the plane of the baffle is parallel to the bottom surface of the processing tub 21, and the fourth position may be a position where the plane of the baffle is perpendicular to the bottom surface of the processing tub 21. When the garbage is treated by the treating barrel 21, the free end of the baffle plate is at the third position, when the garbage is treated by the treating barrel 21, the baffle plate is driven by the third driving member 212 to rotate to the fourth position towards the bottom surface of the treating barrel 21, the treated garbage is poured into the storage barrel 31, then the baffle plate is driven by the third driving member 212 to rotate to the third position from the fourth position, and the steps are repeated, so that the garbage is treated and packaged.
In order to ensure that the baffle can bear garbage and can move in the treatment barrel 21, when the baffle is at the third position, a gap exists between the abutting part of the free end of the baffle and the inner wall of the treatment barrel 21, and the distance between the position of the end of the baffle connected with the third driving member 212 on the side wall of the treatment barrel 21 and the bottom surface of the treatment barrel 21 is larger than or equal to the width of the baffle.
Baffle simple structure among this embodiment, easily processing, baffle surface area is big simultaneously, is favorable to improving the drying efficiency of rubbish.
In other embodiments, the second bearing portion 213 may further include at least two baffles, and correspondingly the third driving member 212 includes motors with the same number of baffles, each motor is connected to one end of one baffle, and the free ends of each baffle abut against each other and are movable between the fifth position and the sixth position. The fifth position is a position where the free ends of the baffles are abutted against each other, and the sixth position is a position where the plane of each baffle is parallel to the plane of the sidewall of the processing barrel 21.
As an implementation manner, the processing assembly includes a hot air assembly 22, the hot air assembly 22 includes an air duct disposed inside the machine body 10, a heating body 221 is disposed in the air duct, and at least two portions of the air duct are communicated with the inside of the processing barrel 21.
The heating body 221 is used for heating air and sending the air into the processing barrel 21, drying and converting the kitchen waste in the processing barrel 21, and discharging gas generated in the process of drying the kitchen waste through the air duct. This embodiment is favorable to further improving kitchen garbage's drying efficiency.
The heating body 221 may be a heating wire, a heating plate, etc., and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited thereto.
It can be understood that, in order to improve the drying efficiency, the heating body 221 is disposed at a region of the air duct near to the inside of the tub 21 to reduce heat loss.
As a realizable manner, the outer wall of the machine body 10 is provided with an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12, which are respectively communicated with the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12, the hot air assembly further includes an air inlet fan 222 and an exhaust fan, the air inlet fan 222 is disposed in an area of the air channel near the air inlet 11, and the exhaust fan is disposed in an area of the air channel near the air outlet 12.
Wherein, the air inlet 11 on the outer wall of the machine body 10 is used for the outside air to enter the inside of the processing barrel 21; an air outlet 12 on the outer wall of the machine body 10 is used for guiding out the air discharged from the processing barrel 21.
It can be understood that the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 can also be used for dissipating heat of the machine body 10, so as to dissipate heat generated by the components in the machine body 10 during operation, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the normal operation of the machine body 10 and prolonging the service life of the processor.
The air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 are arranged on the side wall of the machine body 10 deviating from the user during normal use, so that the appearance of the machine body 10 and the use safety of the user are ensured while air guiding is realized. The air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12 may be, but not limited to, one, two, or more than two openings, and the shape of the openings is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application, for example: circular, square, triangular or circular arc, etc.
Due to the action of the air inlet fan 222 and the exhaust fan, the air flow and the air flow are increased, so that the temperature of each part inside the treatment barrel 21 is uniform, and the drying efficiency is further improved. The air intake fan 222 and the exhaust fan may be various types of blowers or fans, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In an implementable manner, the treatment assembly further comprises a temperature detection member, which is mounted inside the treatment tub 21. The temperature detecting member may be any temperature sensor, such as but not limited to an NTC sensor. The temperature detection part is used for detecting the temperature inside the treatment barrel 21 so that a user can conveniently master the drying degree of the kitchen garbage inside the treatment barrel 21 in real time.
In a specific embodiment, in the process of drying the kitchen waste, the temperature inside the treatment tank 21 gradually rises, after the highest temperature is reached, the temperature inside the treatment tank 21 is kept unchanged for a period of time, after the heating body 221 stops heating, the temperature inside the treatment tank 21 gradually decreases, and the kitchen waste can be discharged into the garbage bag 32 until the temperature decreases to room temperature or lower, which is beneficial to ensuring the safety of garbage packaging and avoiding the unsafe accident that the garbage ignites the garbage bag.
In an implementation manner, the processing assembly further includes a purifying assembly 23, and the purifying assembly 23 is disposed in the air duct and is used for purifying the gas discharged from the processing barrel 21.
The purification assembly 23 is arranged in the air duct and is used for purifying the gas discharged by the treatment barrel 21; the purification component 23 may be one or more of a device containing activated carbon or other adsorbing materials, an ultraviolet device, an ozone device, and a device containing purification catalysts (such as microorganisms, decomposition enzymes, etc.), and is used for adsorbing or reacting and converting the gas discharged from the treatment barrel 21, so that the discharged gas is non-toxic, harmless and odorless.
The embodiment is beneficial to purifying the gas discharged in the drying process of the kitchen waste, effectively avoids environmental pollution and harm to the health of users, and ensures that the kitchen waste treatment is cleaner and more environment-friendly.
As an implementable manner, the kitchen waste disposer further includes: and the control unit 40, the control unit 40 includes a controller disposed inside the machine body 10, a control button 41 disposed on an outer wall of the machine body 10, and a display panel 42, and the controller is electrically connected to the processing assembly and the sealing assembly respectively.
The control unit 40 may be a control system in a general sense, and is used for controlling the kitchen waste disposer to work, so as to realize different functions.
The controller may be an MCU controller or a PLC controller, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment. It can be understood that the controller, the first driving member 332, the second driving member 334, the third driving member 212, the heating body 221, the air intake fan 222, the exhaust fan, the temperature detecting member and the purifying assembly 23 are used for controlling the operation thereof, and the drying and the automatic packaging of the kitchen waste are realized.
The control buttons 41 may be a power-on button, a heating button, a pulverizing button, a stirring button, a purge button, a pack button, and the like. When the garbage drying and crushing machine is used, a user can dry, crush, purify, pack and the like garbage by operating different buttons; the control button 41 may be disposed on an outer wall of the machine body 10, and of course, may also be directly disposed on an outer wall of the storage barrel 31, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
The display panel 42 can display the temperature, the working state and other working parameters inside the body 10, so as to facilitate the user to check, and the user can know the working state of the processor in real time according to the information displayed by the display panel 42 and can adjust the working state of the processor according to the information displayed by the display panel 42.
The kitchen waste disposer of the present application will be described in detail below by way of an example.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a top cover 13 is disposed on the machine body 10, the top cover 13 can be automatically and light-inductively opened or closed, a processing barrel 21 is disposed inside the machine body 10, an opening at the bottom of the processing barrel 21 is configured as a discharge port 211, a storage barrel 31 is disposed below the processing barrel 21 inside the machine body 10, an opening at the top end of the storage barrel 31 is configured as a feed port 311, and the storage barrel 31 is slidably connected with the inside of the machine body 10, so that the storage barrel 31 can be pulled out of or pushed into the side wall of the machine body 10;
a first rotating motor (a third driving member 212) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the treatment barrel 21, a baffle (a second bearing part 213) is connected to a driving shaft of the first rotating motor, and the free end of the baffle is abutted against the inner wall of the treatment barrel 21 and has a gap;
a second rotating motor (a first driving piece 332) is arranged on the bottom surface of the storage barrel 31, a tray (a first bearing part 331) is connected to a driving shaft of the second rotating motor, convex columns (limiting parts 312) are uniformly arranged on the bottom surface of the storage barrel 31 at intervals, the convex columns are located below the edges of the tray, and a gap is formed between the convex columns and the tray; the top end of the storage barrel 31 is provided with a containing groove 313, the containing groove 313 is used for placing and stacking garbage bags 32, a slide bar 335 is arranged on the machine body 10 across the open position of the top end of the storage barrel 31, two opposite ends of the slide bar 335 are provided with a first stepping motor and a second stepping motor (a second driving piece 334), the first stepping motor and the second stepping motor are respectively connected with a first heating rod and a second heating rod (a heating piece 333), and the first stepping motor and the second stepping motor respectively drive the first heating rod and the second heating rod to do linear reciprocating motion along the length direction of the slide bar 335;
when the user uses the garbage bag, the top cover 13 is opened, kitchen waste is thrown in, the top cover 13 is closed, the control button 41 on the outer wall of the machine body 10 is operated, the air inlet fan 232, the exhaust fan and the heating body 231 work, hot air dries the garbage in the treatment barrel 21, the purification component 23 works to purify gas discharged in the process of drying the kitchen waste and then discharges the gas from the air outlet 12, when the temperature detection component detects that the temperature in the treatment barrel 21 is reduced to room temperature, the control button 41 is operated to control the first rotating motor to drive the baffle to rotate, the dried garbage is poured into the storage barrel 31, when the user observes that the garbage in the storage barrel 31 is full, the control button 41 is operated, the second rotating motor drives the tray to rotate, the opening part of the garbage bag 32 is contracted and screwed, and simultaneously the first heating rod and the second heating rod are respectively driven to move oppositely by the first stepping motor and the second stepping motor, screw up out the butt fusion and fusing to disposal bag 32, the user pulls out storage bucket 31 and takes out the good disposal bag 32 of packing, pushes storage bucket 31 again, and the first stick that generates heat of control and second generate heat the stick and get back to the original position, and disposal bag 32 struts the cover again and establishes inside storage bucket 31, gets into the next processing packing circulation.

1. Kitchen garbage processor which characterized in that includes: the machine body (10), wherein a processing unit and a packing unit are arranged on the machine body (10);
the treatment unit comprises a treatment barrel (21) and a treatment component, wherein the treatment barrel (21) is positioned inside the machine body (10) and is provided with a discharge hole (211), and the treatment component is used for drying the garbage inside the treatment barrel (21);
the packing unit is including storage bucket (31), disposal bag (32) and seal subassembly (33), storage bucket (31) have feed inlet (311), feed inlet (311) with discharge gate (211) intercommunication, disposal bag (32) are located inside storage bucket (31), seal subassembly (33) are including first bearing part (331), first bearing part (331) are used for bearing disposal bag (32), first bearing part (331) are located inside and can drive storage bucket (31) disposal bag (32) wind storage bucket (31) are followed the central line of direction of height and are rotated, so that the opening of disposal bag (32) is in the closed condition.

The kitchen waste disposer of claim 1, wherein the sealing assembly (33) further comprises a first driving member (332), the first driving member (332) is disposed at the center of the bottom of the storage barrel (31), and the first driving member (332) is drivingly connected to the first bearing portion (331).
3. The kitchen waste disposer of claim 1, wherein the sealing assembly (33) further comprises a heat generating member (333), the heat generating member (333) being disposed at the feed opening (311) and being movable between a first position to weld the opening of the garbage bag (32) and a second position to expand the garbage bag (32).
4. The kitchen waste disposer of claim 3, wherein the sealing assembly (33) further comprises a second driving member (334), the second driving member (334) is in driving connection with the heat generating member (333), and the second driving member (334) drives the heat generating member (333) to reciprocate linearly in a direction crossing the feeding opening (311).
5. The kitchen waste disposer of claim 4, wherein the second drive member (334) includes a first motor and a second motor disposed on opposite sides of the feed inlet (311), the heat generating member (333) includes a first heat generating rod and a second heat generating rod, the first motor is drivingly connected to the first heat generating rod, the second motor is drivingly connected to the second heat generating rod, the first motor and the second motor respectively drive the first heat generating rod and the second heat generating rod to move toward each other to the first position to weld the garbage bag (32), and the first motor and the second motor respectively drive the first heat generating rod and the second heat generating rod to move away from each other to the second position to expand the garbage bag (32).

The kitchen waste disposer of claim 1, wherein the storage barrel (31) is provided with a limiting part (312), the limiting part (312) is located between the first bearing part (331) and the bottom surface of the storage barrel (31), and a gap is formed between the limiting part (312) and the first bearing part (331).
7. The kitchen waste disposer of claim 6, wherein one end of the limiting part (312) close to the first bearing part (331) is a cambered surface.
8. The kitchen waste disposer of claim 6, wherein the position-limiting part (312) comprises at least two protruding columns, the at least two protruding columns are uniformly distributed at intervals on the bottom surface of the storage barrel (31) near the edge of the first carrying part (331), and the protruding columns extend from the bottom surface of the storage barrel (31) toward the first carrying part (331).
9. The kitchen waste disposer of claim 1, wherein the side wall of the storage barrel (31) has a transparent region, and the upper edge of the transparent region in the height direction of the storage barrel (31) is flush with the maximum capacity scale line of the storage barrel (31).

The kitchen waste disposer of any one of claims 1-9, wherein the interior of the housing (10) is provided with a mounting cavity in an area below the disposing barrel (21), the storage barrel (31) is located in the mounting cavity, the storage barrel (31) can be pulled out or pushed into the mounting cavity, the bottom of the disposing barrel (21) is open and configured as the discharging port (211), and the top of the storage barrel (31) is open and configured as the feeding port (311).

The kitchen waste disposer of claim 10, wherein a top side wall of the storage barrel (31) is provided with a holding groove (313), the holding groove (313) extends along the periphery of the storage barrel (31), the garbage bag (32) is placed in the holding groove (313), and the interior of the garbage bag (32) is in open communication with the bottom of the disposal barrel (21).

The kitchen waste disposer of claim 10, further comprising a third driving element (212), wherein a second bearing part (213) connected to the third driving element (212) is disposed on an inner wall of the disposing barrel (21), the second bearing part (213) is used for bearing kitchen waste, and the second bearing part (213) is driven by the third driving element (212) to rotate, so as to pour the kitchen waste into the storage barrel (31).
