Background
In the process of high-rise building construction, a construction elevator is important conveying equipment for realizing vertical transportation. The construction elevator sets up construction elevator basis on the roof of basement usually to the installation of construction elevator, but the roof bearing capacity of basement is limited, consequently need set up back roof device in the basement, returns roof device upper end butt basement roof, lower extreme butt basement bottom plate, with the bottom plate of conducting the basement with the load when construction elevator uses, ensures the structural security of basement roof.

the two sides of the upper surface of the lifting plate are fixedly connected with connecting sleeves, the two sides of the lower surface of the top plate are fixedly connected with connecting rods, and the lower ends of the connecting rods are inserted into the connecting sleeves and fixedly installed with the connecting sleeves through split bolts;
a plurality of damping springs are installed to the upper surface equidistance of roof, damping spring's top fixedly connected with mounting panel, the both sides of roof lower surface all are pegged graft and are had the installation screw rod that runs through the mounting panel.

Referring to fig. 2, in order to improve the stability of lifter plate 6 when going up and down, the equal fixedly connected with stopper 17 in both ends of lifter plate 6, spacing groove 18 has all been seted up to the inside wall of two supporting seats 3, stopper 17 and 18 sliding connection of spacing groove, when lifter plate 6 goes up and down, stopper 17 can slide in spacing groove 18 to play limiting displacement to the both ends of lifter plate 6.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in order to improve the stability of roof 2, the equal fixedly connected with support sleeve 19 of lateral wall of two supporting seats 3, the equal fixedly connected with bracing piece 20 in both ends of roof 2 lower surface, bracing piece 20 slides and pegs graft in support sleeve 19, it has positioning bolt 21 to peg graft in support sleeve 19's upper end, when installing roof 2, insert bracing piece 20 in support sleeve 19, when roof 2 follows lifter plate 6 and goes up and down, bracing piece 20 just slides in support sleeve 19, play the limit support effect to the both ends of roof 2, after roof 2 rises to suitable height, can twist tight positioning bolt 21 and fix bracing piece 20, improve the stability of roof 2.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a plurality of damping springs 12 are installed on the upper surface of the top plate 2 at equal intervals, the top of the damping springs 12 is fixedly connected with the same mounting plate 13, after the mounting plate 13 is fixed with the top plate of the basement, the damping springs 12 can play a damping and buffering role on the mounting plate 13 and the top plate 2, mounting screws 14 penetrating through the mounting plate 13 are inserted into two sides of the lower surface of the top plate 2, through holes 25 matched with the mounting screws 14 are formed at positions of the top plate 2 close to the two damping springs 12 at the two ends, the inner diameter of each through hole 25 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of each mounting screw 14, so that the mounting screws 14 can move up and down in the through holes 25, threaded holes 26 matched with the mounting screws 14 are formed at positions of the two damping springs 12 at the two ends of the mounting plate 13 close to the two ends, and when the mounting screws 14 pass through the through holes 25 and the threaded holes 26 from bottom to top, and will install screw rod 14 and be connected with the basement roof, make mounting panel 13 fixed with the basement roof, make the device carry out the back jack to the basement roof, when basement roof atress vibrations, the basement roof can drive mounting panel 13 displacement downwards, at this moment, mounting screw rod 14 can reciprocate in through-hole 25, and make mounting panel 13 and roof 2 between damping spring 12 receive the extrusion, make damping spring 12 subduct vibrations, reach the absorbing purpose, improve the anti-seismic performance of structure, the life of extension fixture.
The implementation principle of the application is as follows: when in use, the connecting rod 10 on the top plate 2 is inserted into the connecting sleeve 9 on the lifting plate 6, the supporting rod 20 is inserted into the supporting sleeve 19, then the connecting rod 10 and the connecting sleeve 9 are fixed by using the split bolt 11, then the bottom plate 1 and the basement bottom plate are fixed through the mounting hole 24, then the worm 8 can be controlled by using the crank 15 to rotate, the worm 8 drives the two worm wheels 7 to rotate, the two worm wheels 7 drive the two screw rods 5 to rotate simultaneously, the two screw rods 5 drive the lifting plate 6 to ascend, the lifting plate 6 drives the top plate 2 and the mounting plate 13 to ascend, when the mounting plate 13 is in close contact with the basement top plate, the crank 15 stops rotating, the positioning bolt 21 is screwed tightly to fix the supporting rod 20, then the mounting screw rod 14 passes through the through hole 25 and the threaded hole 26 from bottom to top and is connected with the basement top plate 14, make mounting panel 13 and basement roof fixed, can accomplish the installation of device, make the device carry out the back-lifting to the basement roof.
