As shown in FIG. 13, a handle 29 is fixedly connected to the top of the cathode plate 3, and both ends of the handle 29 are hung by L-shaped hooks 28. The carding assembly 26 comprises two clamping plates 30 which are symmetrically arranged and can move reversely along the width direction of the mounting frame 23, the clamping plates 30 are positioned below the L-shaped hooks 28 and arranged along the length direction of the mounting frame 23, a second driving mechanism for driving the two clamping plates 30 to move reversely is arranged on the mounting frame 23, and the opening and closing of the two clamping plates 30 are controlled through the second driving mechanism, so that the carding or loosening of the cathode plate 3 is realized. Under the driving of the third forward and reverse rotation motor 44, the left sliding sleeve 47 and the right sliding sleeve 48 move towards or away from each other along the second guide rod 46 along with the rotation of the threaded shaft 45, so as to realize the opening and closing between the two clamping plates 30.

(3) the cart traveling mechanism and the trolley traveling mechanism of the out-in-tank overhead traveling crane 7 operate to drive the in-out-tank lifting appliance mechanism 10 to move towards the direction close to the water glass tank 11, when the lifting appliance component 25 at the right end is positioned right above the water glass tank 11, the lifting mechanism of the in-out-in-tank overhead traveling crane 7 firstly drives the in-out-tank lifting appliance mechanism 10 to primarily descend through a lifting steel wire rope 19, then the gear and rack driving mechanism drives the lifting appliance mounting rack 27 at the right end to move downwards so that the L-shaped lifting hook 28 enters the upper part of the interior of the water glass tank 11, the first driving mechanism drives the two L-shaped lifting hooks 28 to move oppositely along the lifting appliance mounting rack 27 to lift and fix the upper part of 1X47 cathode plates 3, after the lifting is finished, the gear and rack driving mechanism drives the lifting appliance mounting rack 27 to move upwards, the lifting mechanism of the in-out-tank overhead traveling crane 7 drives the in-out-in-tank lifting appliance mechanism 10 to ascend through the lifting steel wire rope 19, thereby lifting 1X47 cathode plates 3 in the water glass tank 11 upwards to finish the tank discharging operation of the water glass tank 11; (4) the cart traveling mechanism and the trolley traveling mechanism of the in-out trough overhead traveling crane 7 operate to drive the in-out trough lifting appliance mechanism 10 to move towards the direction close to the electrolytic tanks 2, when the lifting appliance component 25 at the left end is positioned right above one of the electrolytic tanks 2, the lifting mechanism of the in-out trough overhead traveling crane 7 firstly drives the in-out trough lifting appliance mechanism 10 to primarily descend through the lifting steel wire rope 19, then the gear and rack driving mechanism drives the lifting appliance mounting rack 27 at the left end to move downwards to enable the L-shaped lifting hook 28 to enter the upper part inside the electrolytic tank 2, the first driving mechanism drives the two L-shaped lifting hooks 28 to move oppositely along the lifting appliance mounting rack 27 to lift and fix the upper parts of 1X47 cathode plates 3, the gear and rack driving mechanism drives the lifting appliance mounting rack 27 to move upwards, the lifting mechanism of the in-out trough overhead traveling crane 7 drives the in-out trough lifting appliance mechanism 10 to ascend through the lifting steel wire rope 19, thereby lifting 1X47 cathode plates 3 in the electrolytic bath 2 upwards to finish the operation of discharging the electrolytic bath 2; (5) the slewing bearing 32 drives the mounting frame 23 to rotate 180 degrees under the driving of the stepping motor 33, so that the positions of two lifting appliance assemblies 25 at the left end and the right end are interchanged, the lifting appliance assembly 25 on which the cathode plate 3 processed by the immersion liquid of the water glass tank 11 is hung rotates to be positioned right above the electrolytic tank 2, and the lifting appliance assembly 25 on which the cathode plate 3 processed by the electrolytic tank 2 is hung rotates to the right side;
