Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the relevant invention and not restrictive of the invention. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the present invention are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the embodiment provides a pocket-sized picnic stove, wherein a fire bar 1 is arranged at the bottom inside the stove body of the picnic stove and used for placing fuel;
the furnace wall of the furnace body of the picnic furnace is made of double-layer guard plates, and an interlayer cavity 2 is formed; the furnace body is provided with an induced air side wall 3 and a non-induced air side wall 4; an induced draft opening 5 is formed in the bottom of the induced draft side furnace wall 3;
a row of cold air ports 6 leading to the interlayer cavity 2 are formed in the outer part of the air inducing side wall above the air inducing port 5;
a hot air port 7 leading to the interlayer cavity 2 is formed in the non-induced air side wall 3 below the fire bar 1;
and an air outlet 9 is arranged at the furnace mouth 8 in the induced air side wall 3 and the non-induced air side wall 4.
Cold air from the cold air port 6 and hot air from the hot air port 7 both come out from the air outlet 9 at the furnace mouth 8, the cold air and the hot air generate convection premixing in the interlayer cavity 2, the hot air port forms reverse pumping from the bottom of the fuel, and the flue gas generated in the hearth is led to the furnace mouth, and as the flue gas contains combustible substances and the furnace mouth has richer oxygen, the combustible substances are vaporized and combusted at the furnace mouth, so that the combustion is more sufficient; because the flame at the fire hole is fully combusted, the middle part of the hearth does not need to form overhigh temperature, the furnace body is protected, the temperature of the inner wall of the hearth is reduced, and the furnace is more durable.
In the embodiment, the furnace body is provided with the square hearth, so that a larger fuel containing space can be provided; for example, when the special square honeycomb briquette, such as square carbon-based honeycomb briquette, is matched, the combustion effect is better. The square hearth enables the interlayer cavity 2 to be composed of four mutually vertical and communicated parts, and then the air inlet direction can be disturbed, so that cold air and hot air can generate more violent premixing in the interlayer cavity.
In this embodiment, a grid-shaped supporting plate is further arranged above the grate, so that flaky and granular fuels, such as wood, biomass and the like, can be added into the furnace body, and the application range is wider.
In this embodiment, the cold air inlet is triangular, circular or square. Preferably triangular.
In other embodiments, the cooling air port may be in other regular or irregular shapes.
In other embodiments, the furnace mouth is uniformly provided with support bars 15 extending from the side walls of the furnace body to the middle part. The support strip 15 facilitates the stable placement of the cookware and also facilitates the erection of a certain space between the cookware and the fire hole for oxygen to enter.
Example 2
As in fig. 4 and 5; in this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 1, an induced draft fan assembly is detachably mounted outside the induced draft side wall 3; the induced draft fan assembly comprises an induced draft fan 11 and an induced draft plate 12 arranged at an air outlet of the induced draft fan 11; and an air outlet 13 communicated with the air induction port and the cold air port is arranged on the air induction plate 12.
Preferably, the top of the air guiding plate 12 extends with an extension edge, so that the air outlet 13 can be better communicated with the cold air outlet 6.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed.
