Many other devices for restraining a patient's hand have appeared in the prior art. For example, chinese patent No. CN206660241U discloses a hand restraint strap, which includes a hand-shaped supporting plate, wherein the end of the hand-shaped supporting plate extends to the wrist, the fingers at the front end of the hand-shaped supporting plate are separately disposed, a buffer layer is disposed on the upper portion of the hand-shaped supporting plate, a fiber layer is disposed on the lower portion of the supporting plate, hook and loop fasteners for fixing the wrist and the fingers are disposed on the fiber layer, and the hook and loop fasteners at the fingers are disposed at the foremost end of each finger; the buffer layer is provided with corresponding left hand restraint belts and right hand restraint belts, and the buffer layer is provided with corresponding bulging protrusions in palm shape and thumb-forefinger intervals between thumb-forefinger to prevent relative movement of thumb-forefinger. Use this about band of hand, the buffer layer on upper portion gives the better comfortable degree of patient, and the setting of magic subsides can increase the regularly comfort of reinforcement, and the finger separately sets up the hand shape layer board and the protruding setting of uplift and takes the greater travelling comfort for the patient. Therefore, there is a need for an improvement in the prior art to provide a detachable restraining strip that provides a better restraining effect.
Furthermore, on the one hand, due to the differences in understanding to the person skilled in the art; on the other hand, since the inventor has studied a lot of documents and patents when making the present invention, but the space is not limited to the details and contents listed in the above, however, the present invention is by no means free of the features of the prior art, but the present invention has been provided with all the features of the prior art, and the applicant reserves the right to increase the related prior art in the background.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention provides a restraining strip, at least comprising: the patient bed comprises a constraint component and a bed body 13, wherein the constraint component is detachably arranged on a fixed component on the side edge of the bed body 13 and comprises a supporting plate 1 adaptive to the hand of a patient, the area, corresponding to the finger part of the patient, on the supporting plate 1 is limited by a finger part constraint part 2 for constraining the hand movement space of the patient, the area, corresponding to the palm part of the patient, on the supporting plate 1 is limited by a palm part constraint part 3 for constraining the palm movement space of the patient, and the area, corresponding to the wrist part of the patient, on the supporting plate 1 is limited by a wrist part constraint part 4 for constraining the wrist movement space of the patient; the side of the supporting plate 1 opposite to the placing position of the hand of the patient is provided with a restricting plug-in 8 for detachably mounting the restricting component on the bed body 13. Preferably, the supporting plate is an inflexible plate, the upper surface of the supporting plate is provided with five finger restraining parts, five palm restraining parts and five wrist restraining parts, the five finger restraining parts correspond to interphalangeal joints of five fingers respectively, the palm restraining parts correspond to four finger joints at the front part of a palm, and the wrist restraining parts correspond to wrist and palm joints. The patient hand is restrained and fixed through the finger restraining part, the palm restraining part and the wrist restraining part, the hand activity of the patient within a safety range is increased, and then the comfort level of the patient is increased. Preferably, the finger part constraint part is in a belt shape, and two ends of the finger part constraint part are fixedly connected to the hand supporting plate; the palm part restraint piece is in a belt shape, and two ends of the palm part restraint piece are fixedly connected to the supporting plate; the wrist restraint piece comprises two wrist restraint belts, one ends of the two wrist restraint belts are fixedly connected with the supporting plate respectively, and the other ends of the two wrist restraint belts are connected through magic tapes or hasps. The finger part restraint part, the palm part restraint part and the wrist part restraint part are all elastic belts. Preferably, the finger restraining part, the palm restraining part and the wrist restraining part can also be plastic parts matched with the hand in shape, and all the plastic parts are buckled with the supporting plate. According to a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a convex edge 10 is provided on an end surface of the restraint insert 8 opposite to the supporting plate 1, during the insertion of the restraint insert 8 into the restraint insert 10, the restraint insert 8 is clamped between the grooves 11 in the restraint insert 10, and the convex edge 10 is clamped in the sliding groove 12 of the restraint insert 10. Preferably, the upper end of the restraint inserting body is provided with a groove, the lower end of the groove is provided with a sliding groove, the inside of the sliding groove is communicated with the inside of the groove, and the cross section of the groove and the cross section of the sliding groove are combined to form an inverted T shape.
According to a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the restraining insert 10 is of a semi-open configuration, the first end of the restraining insert 8 being able to slide inside the restraining insert 10 through an opening provided on the side of the restraining insert 10.
According to a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the area of the splint 1 corresponding to the wrist of the patient is further provided with a fixing strap 7 for binding only to the wrist of the patient.
According to a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the restraining strip further comprises a patch 5 for detecting a health parameter of the patient.
According to a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a socket 6 for performing a pulse detection process is further provided on the supporting plate 1 at a region corresponding to the wrist portion of the patient.
According to a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the supporting plate 1 comprises a rigid bottom plate 14 and a sponge layer 15 laid on the rigid bottom plate 14, wherein a flexible fabric 16 is laid on the surface of the sponge layer 15. Preferably, the flexible fabric can be gauze or cotton cloth or leather.
According to a preferred embodiment, the shape of the pallet 1 corresponds to the shape of a hand, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
According to a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, said finger restraint 2 is in the form of a band, the two ends of said finger restraint 2 being fixedly connected to said plate 1.
For ease of understanding, the principle of operation of one restraint strap of the present invention is illustrated.
When the restraint strap is used for restraining the hands of a patient, the support plate is firstly inserted into the restraint inserts on the two side edges of the bed body through the restraint inserts arranged on the back of the support plate, and the position of the support plate is adjusted according to the position of the hands of the patient in the lying posture. And then the hand of the patient is placed on the supporting plate, and the corresponding position of the hand of the patient is bound and restrained through the corresponding finger restraint piece, the palm restraint piece and the wrist restraint piece, so that the restraining process of the hand of the patient is realized. According to the utility model, the finger restraining part, the palm restraining part and the wrist restraining part are arranged to restrain and fix the hand of the patient, so that the hand activity of the patient within a safe range is increased, and the comfort of the patient is further increased; (2) according to the utility model, the detachable fixing component structure is arranged, so that the restraining component can be fixed on the bed body, and a better restraining effect is realized.
