The embodiment of the application firstly provides a lithium battery positive and negative pole piece structure, which can enhance the tightness of the fit between the positive and negative pole pieces and can solve the problem of lithium precipitation of the lithium battery
Fig. 1 is a sectional view of a positive electrode sheet provided in an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a negative electrode sheet provided in an example of the present application. Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the positive and negative electrode sheets provided in the embodiment of the present application, which are wound around each other.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the positive and negative electrode plate structures of a lithium battery provided by the present application include: the positive electrode sheet 10 and the negative electrode sheet 20, and the positive electrode sheet 10 and the negative electrode sheet 20 are wound around each other to form a winding core.
As shown in fig. 1, the positive electrode sheet 10 includes an aluminum foil 11, and two opposite sides of the aluminum foil 11 are coated with an a-side positive electrode dressing region 13 and a B-side positive electrode dressing region 14, respectively.
In this application, the length in the anodal dressing district of A side 13 is less than the length in the anodal dressing district of B side 14, and the head end and the tail end in the anodal dressing district of A side 13 all are located within the anodal dressing district of B side 14, with the dressing district dislocation coating on A, B two sides of positive plate 10 afterbody, can be convenient for the dislocation rubberizing on the A, B two sides of follow-up positive plate 10 afterbody.
As shown in fig. 1, the tail end of the a-side positive dressing area 13 is provided with an a-side adhesive paper 15, the tail end of the B-side positive dressing area 14 is provided with a B-side adhesive paper 16, and the a-side adhesive paper 15 and the B-side adhesive paper 16 are arranged in a staggered manner.
In-process that positive plate 10 and negative pole piece 20 convoluteed each other and form the book core, it is a circular arc bending structure to convolute, when A face adhesive tape 15, when B face adhesive tape 16 aligns the setting, its A, B both sides afterbody rubberizing position of positive plate 10 after the coiling can be because A face adhesive tape 15, B face adhesive tape 16 aligns the setting and superposes each other and form the difference in height, and adhesive tape self has certain deflection, the pole piece that is provided with the adhesive tape position becomes harder, therefore A face anodal dressing district 13, the tail end of B face anodal dressing district 14 can be towards the outside perk of book core and tend to resume levelly and smoothly.
In order to avoid the occurrence of the above situation, the A-side adhesive paper 15 and the B-side adhesive paper 16 are arranged in a staggered mode, and compared with the arrangement that the A-side adhesive paper 15 is aligned with the B-side adhesive paper 16, the hardness of the pole piece at the rubberizing position is reduced, so that the pole piece at the rubberizing position becomes softer, the camber degree is better after winding, and the tightness of the lamination between the positive pole piece and the negative pole piece is enhanced.
In addition, the relative positions of the A-side positive dressing area 13 and the B-side positive dressing area 14 can be adjusted through dislocation, so that the process requirement for pole piece rubberizing accuracy is met.
As shown in fig. 2, the negative electrode sheet 20 includes a copper foil 21, and opposite sides of the copper foil 21 are coated with an a-side negative electrode dressing region 23 and a B-side negative electrode dressing region 24, respectively.
In this application embodiment, the head end in A face negative pole dressing district 23, B face negative pole dressing district 24 is parallel and level each other, and the length in A face negative pole dressing district 23 is greater than the length in B face negative pole dressing district 24.
The tail part of the negative plate 20 is provided with a tail part empty copper foil 25, and the tail part empty copper foil 25 is provided with a negative pole tab 22.
As shown in fig. 3, the positive electrode sheet 10 and the negative electrode sheet 20 are wound around each other, and the negative electrode tab 22 is dropped on the a-side adhesive paper 15.
Here, if the a-side adhesive paper 15 and the B-side adhesive paper 16 are aligned, after the positive electrode sheet 10 and the negative electrode sheet 20 are wound around each other, the tail ends of the a-side positive dressing region 13 and the B-side positive dressing region 14 may tilt towards the outside of the winding core and tend to return to flat, and then the tail end of the B-side positive dressing region 14 and the adjacent B-side negative dressing region 24 are not in tight contact, and a gap is formed between the tail end of the B-side positive dressing region 14 and the adjacent B-side negative dressing region 24, that is, at a position C indicated in fig. 3, so that a path for lithium ions in the B-side positive dressing region 14 to migrate to the adjacent B-side negative dressing region 24 is lengthened, which affects the insertion of lithium ions on the negative electrode sheet, and thus the negative electrode sheet corresponding to the edge of the B-side adhesive paper 16 may generate a lithium precipitation phenomenon at the position C.
Further, in order to improve the tightness of the pole piece lamination after the positive pole piece 10 and the negative pole piece 20 are wound with each other and solve the lithium precipitation phenomenon caused by the untight contact of the pole pieces, the negative pole tab 22 of the negative pole piece 20 is dropped on the adhesive paper 15 on the surface A of the positive pole piece 10, and the winding core formed by winding the positive pole piece 10 and the negative pole piece 10 with each other is placed in the shell 30.
After the battery is charged, the positive plate 10 and the negative plate 20 can expand, but are limited by the shell 30, the negative electrode tab 22 and the surface adhesive paper 15A can generate inward extrusion force on the surface-B positive dressing area 14 on the opposite side of the surface adhesive paper 15A, so that the tail end of the surface-B positive dressing area 14 at the position C is in closer contact with the adjacent surface-B negative dressing area 24, a gap between the tail end of the surface-B positive dressing area and the adjacent surface-B negative dressing area is avoided, and the problem of lithium precipitation of the battery due to the fact that the pole pieces are not in close contact is well solved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the negative electrode tab 22 may be disposed on the opposite side of the a-side negative electrode dressing region 23, that is, the negative electrode tab 22 is located on the side of the B-side negative electrode dressing region 24, so that the negative electrode tab 22 is in direct contact with the casing 30 and is subjected to the maximum inward pressing force of the casing 30.
It should be understood that the negative electrode tab 22 may also be disposed on the opposite side of the B-side negative electrode dressing region 24, that is, the negative electrode tab 22 is located on the side of the a-side negative electrode dressing region 23, and the application is not limited to which side of the copper foil 21 the negative electrode tab 22 is located.
Optionally, the material used for the housing 30 may be steel, aluminum, or the like, which is not limited in this application.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the length of the negative electrode dressing area 23 on the a side is greater than that of the negative electrode dressing area 24 on the B side, and a sufficient length can be reserved for the tail empty copper foil 25, so as to facilitate cutting of the tail empty copper foil 25 and/or flexible selection of the position where the negative electrode tab 22 is disposed on the tail empty copper foil 25.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, in order to make the winding core more flat and uniform, the tail end of the a-side adhesive paper 15 does not exceed the head end of the B-side adhesive paper 16.
For example, the end of the a-side adhesive 15 may be aligned with the head end of the B-side adhesive 16.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the head end of the a-side positive dressing area 13 is aligned with the head end of the B-side positive dressing area 14, the head end of the a-side positive dressing area 13 is attached with the a-side adhesive paper 15, and the head end of the B-side positive dressing area 14 is attached with the B-side adhesive paper 16.
Through set up a plurality of adhesive tapes on positive plate 10, avoided on empty copper foil directly corresponds empty aluminium foil, thereby can effectively prevent to cut the probability that the burr at back aluminium foil 11 and copper foil 21 edge impaled the battery diaphragm and take place interior short circuit.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, a first empty aluminum foil 17 is disposed at the head of the positive electrode plate 10, a second empty aluminum foil 171 is disposed between the head and the tail of the positive electrode plate 10, and the positive electrode tab 12 of the positive electrode plate 10 is disposed on the first empty aluminum foil 17 or the second empty aluminum foil 171.
Here, the positive electrode tab 12 may be provided on the first empty aluminum foil 17 or the second empty aluminum foil 171, and is not limited to the a-side or the B-side.
When the positive electrode tab 12 is arranged at the head, the self-discharge and cycle performance of the lithium battery are better than those when the positive electrode tab 12 is arranged at the middle or one quarter of the position. In actual production, the position of the positive electrode tab 12 on the aluminum foil 11 can be designed according to requirements.
In addition, a tail empty aluminum foil 172 is left at the tail of the positive electrode plate 10.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the head of the negative electrode sheet 20 is provided with a head-empty copper foil 26.
Here, positive plate 10, negative pole piece 20 all leave empty foil at head and/or afterbody, and the head end and the tail end in the empty copper foil 26 of head and the negative pole piece A, B two sides dressing district of negative pole piece 20 do not have the empty foil of direct correspondence positive plate 10, can make the pole piece cut the in-process and can not cut the dressing district, reduce the powder phenomenon that falls of dressing in the follow-up manufacturing process by a wide margin, the dressing that effectively prevents follow-up dropping pierces through the interior short circuit that the battery diaphragm caused the book core, the emergence of the battery from the bad condition of discharging has been avoided, the electrical property and the security performance of battery have been improved by a wide margin.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to save the use amount of the adhesive, the head and the tail of the copper foil 21 of the negative electrode sheet 20 are exposed. The negative electrode sheet 20 was cut with a cutter directly onto the copper foil 21 without damaging the other components of the negative electrode sheet 20.
Alternatively, adhesive tapes may be disposed on opposite sides and/or the same sides of the positions of the positive and negative electrode tabs 12 and 22.
Here, since the positive electrode tab 12 is welded to the aluminum foil 11 and the negative electrode tab 22 is welded to the copper foil 21, burrs are likely to be generated at the welded portion, and in order to reduce the potential safety problem that the burrs pierce the separator to cause short circuits, adhesive tapes are usually provided at the welded portions of the positive electrode tab 12 and the negative electrode tab 22, respectively.
The present application does not limit the setting of the position of the gummed paper at the welding position of the positive electrode tab 12 and the negative electrode tab 22. For example, as shown in fig. 1, adhesive tapes (not shown) may be provided on both sides of the welded portion of the positive electrode tab 12, and only on the back side of the welded portion of the negative electrode tab 22.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1, the length of the gummed paper in the present example may be the same for processing convenience.
It should be understood that in other embodiments, the length of the gummed paper at each position may be different, and the application is not limited thereto.
