As shown in fig. 1-3: through the connecting mechanism, the height of the waist and back support 5 can be controlled by adjusting the lifting of the upper back support 3 relative to the lower back support 4; and when the upper back support 3 is located at the lowest position, the waist and back support member 5 is located at the waist supporting position, and when the upper back support 3 is lifted to the highest position, the waist and back support member 5 is located at the back supporting position. Then, the waist and back supporting body 5 is adjusted, so that the spine of the user can be fully stretched and relaxed, and the effect of exercising and relaxing is achieved. An ergonomic health chair, comprising: the chair comprises a chair back component and a chair seat component, wherein the whole chair back component can rotate around the chair seat component in a pitching way, and the chair back component has a sitting posture state and a tilting state relative to the chair seat component; the chair back component comprises an upper back support and a lower back support, and the bottom end of the lower back support is connected with the chair seat component; the upper back support can be lifted and adjusted along the lower back support and stays at a preset position;
a lumbar support mounted on the upper back support; the waist and back support piece has elasticity and is integrally of an integrated structure, and the waist and back support piece is provided with a side support body, an upper support body and a lower support body, wherein the side support body is positioned in the middle and is arranged in a bilateral symmetry manner;
the upper back support is adjusted in a lifting mode along the lower back support so that the waist and back support has a waist supporting position or a back supporting position, the chair back component rotates relative to the chair seat component to a backward leaning state, and the waist and back support receives the leaning of a human body and deforms correspondingly.

The ergonomic health chair of claim 1, wherein: the two sides of the upper back support are also provided with arm supporting pieces protruding forwards in a mirror image mode, the positions of the arm supporting pieces are located at the upper portion of the upper back support, and the arm supporting pieces are configured to be used for supporting the small arms of the human body.
