The circular rail crane is a hoisting device which can realize hoisting, amplitude variation and rotation actions and is arranged on a circular rail.
When the circular track crane is assembled, the mast and the mast support are difficult to move, and in some related technologies, a plurality of large auxiliary cranes are adopted to move the mast and the mast support, so that the circular track crane is high in disassembly and assembly cost and low in disassembly and assembly efficiency.
Based on the above, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide an assembling method for a ring rail crane, which is used to alleviate the problems of difficult mast lifting and high assembling and disassembling cost.
In some embodiments, the method of assembling a loop track crane comprises the steps of:
referring to fig. 1, an arm support 2 and a mast 3 are transversely placed on a chassis 1, a first end of the arm support 2 is hinged to the chassis 1, a second end of the arm support 2 is suspended, a first end of the mast 3 is hinged to the chassis 1, and a second end of the mast 3 is suspended. At this time, the arm support 2 and the mast 3 are approximately located on the same straight line, the first end of the arm support 2 is close to the first end of the mast 3, and the second end of the arm support 2 is far from the second end of the mast 3.
An auxiliary support 6 is vertically arranged on the chassis 1, and the auxiliary support 6 upwards supports a steel wire rope 5 connected between the second end of the mast 3 and the second end of the arm support 2.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the steel cable 5 is retracted, because the weight of the arm support 2 is greater than the weight of the mast 3, the second end of the mast 3 is lifted under the pulling force of the steel cable 5, when the second end of the mast 3 is lifted to the first height, the steel cable 5 is separated from the auxiliary support 6, and when the second end of the mast 3 is lifted to the second height, the mast 3 is lifted, referring to fig. 4. Wherein the second height is higher than the first height.
In the above embodiment, before the circular track crane is assembled, the arm support 2 and the mast 3 are transversely placed on the chassis 1 and are approximately positioned on the same straight line, the steel wire rope 5 connected between the second end of the mast 3 and the second end of the arm support 2 is also approximately positioned on the horizontal plane, the steel wire rope 5 is supported by the auxiliary support 6, the pivot point formed by the auxiliary support 6 is the hinge point for lifting the mast 3, the hinge point is lifted, the dead angle is avoided being lifted, the force arm for lifting the mast 3 is increased, and the required lifting force of the steel wire rope 5 is greatly reduced. And the weight of the arm support 2 of the circular track crane is usually larger than that of the mast 3, so the mast 3 can be lifted by tightening the luffing steel wire rope 5. The circular track crane realizes the mode of automatically moving the mast 3 by using the auxiliary support 6 and the amplitude varying system (the steel wire rope, the arm support 2 and the like), thereby avoiding the use of a plurality of large auxiliary cranes, reducing the dismounting cost and improving the dismounting efficiency.
In some embodiments, the method of assembling a loop track crane further comprises the steps of: before the steel wire rope 5 is retracted, the mast support 4 is transversely placed, the first end of the mast support 4 is connected to the second end of the mast 3, and the second end of the mast support 4 is suspended, which is referred to fig. 1; when the steel wire rope 5 is retracted to lift the second end of the mast 3, the second end of the mast 3 drives the first end of the mast support 4 to lift, referring to fig. 2 and 3; when the hoisting of the mast 3 is completed, the second end of the mast carrier 4 is located at the top of the chassis 1, and the second end of the mast carrier 4 is now connected to the chassis 1, see fig. 4.
In some embodiments, the method of assembling a loop track crane further comprises the steps of: at the second end of the mast carrier 4, a roller 7 is provided, see fig. 1; during lifting of the first end of the mast carrier 4, the second end of the mast carrier 4 is moved on the ground by means of the rollers 7, see fig. 2; before the second end of the mast carrier 4 is raised to the top of the chassis 1 at the end of the ground movement, the second end of the mast carrier 4 is disconnected from the trolley 7, see fig. 3.
In the process that the mast 3 and the mast support 4 are lifted, the second end of the mast support 4 can move on the ground through the rolling of the roller 7, the whole process can be free from the intervention of an auxiliary crane, the cost is saved, and the efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the method of assembling a loop track crane further comprises the steps of: after the second end of the mast support 4 is connected with the chassis 1, the steel wire rope 5 is continuously retracted, and the second end of the arm support 2 is lifted under the pulling force of the steel wire rope 5 until the second end of the arm support 2 is lifted to the height required by the working state, referring to fig. 5.
In some embodiments, the method of assembling a loop track crane further comprises the steps of: after the second end of the mast support 4 is connected with the chassis 1 and before the steel wire rope 5 continues to be contracted, the auxiliary support 6 is removed, so that the interference on the lifting of the arm support 2 is avoided.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 1-4, the auxiliary bracket 6 includes a first bracket 61 and a second bracket 62.
