本实用新型涉及一种新型结构的圆柱型锂离子电池,包括负极盖板和圆柱型壳体,壳体内部设置有电芯和负极集流体,壳体的一端的侧壁上设置有环形内凹槽,环形内凹槽绕壳体的中轴线周向设置,环形内凹槽在壳体的内部形成环形凸起,负极集流体与电芯负极连接,壳体的位于环形内凹槽下方的部分折弯形成环形卡合槽,环形卡合槽的槽口朝向壳体的内部,负极盖板的周缘设置在环形卡合槽中,负极盖板的底端面与环形卡合槽之间通过激光焊接密封。

一种新型结构的圆柱型锂离子电池
技术领域
本实用新型涉及锂离子电池领域,特别是涉及一种新型结构的圆柱型锂离子电池。
背景技术
锂离子电池因为具有能量密度高、功率密度高、循环寿命长、无记忆效应等优点,在智能手机、新能源汽车等设备上得到了广泛应用。现有的圆柱形锂离子电池一般包括壳体、及设在壳体的容纳腔内的电芯和电解液,为了使锂离子电池性能保持稳定,对锂离子电池的密闭性有较高的要求。
现有的圆柱型锂离子电池存在的技术问题为:设置有负极盖板的圆柱形锂离子电池,其负极盖板与壳体组装连接的可靠性差,受到震动或压力等一定条件下时存在开裂、脱开的风险,因此,具有重大安全隐患。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提供一种新型结构的圆柱型锂离子电池,该圆柱型锂离子电池包括负极盖板,负极盖板与壳体的连接结构能够满足圆柱型锂离子电池对于密闭性的要求。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种新型结构的圆柱型锂离子电池,包括负极盖板和圆柱型壳体,负极盖板设置在壳体的一端。壳体内部设置有电芯、连接在电芯两端的集流体(包括正极集流体和负极集流体)以及填充于壳体内部的电解液,负极盖板和壳体组装连接后,壳体内部处于密封状态。
在一实施例中,负极盖板设置在壳体的底部。
壳体的底部的侧壁上设置有环形内凹槽,环形内凹槽绕壳体的中轴线周向设置,环形内凹槽在壳体的内部形成环形凸起,负极集流体与电芯负极连接,壳体的位于环形内凹槽下方的部分折弯形成环形卡合槽,环形卡合槽的槽口朝向壳体的内部,负极盖板的周缘设置在环形卡合槽中,负极盖板的底端面与环形卡合槽之间通过激光焊接密封,连接结构牢固,密封性好。
负极盖板通过激光焊接与壳体电性连接。在一实施例中,环形凸起支撑负极集流体,负极集流体与环形凸起接触从而与壳体电性连接,因此负极集流体通过壳体与负极盖板电性连接。
在一实施例中,负极盖板的顶端面和底端面均和环形卡合槽的内侧壁紧密接触。
本实用新型有益效果在于:1.负极盖板的底端面与电池壳体之间通激光焊接密封,结构牢固,密封性好;2.负极集流体位于负极盖板的正上方,负极集流体与环形凸起紧密接触,负极盖板和环形卡合槽紧密接触,因此负极集流体不需要通过引出极耳与负极盖板电性连接,负极集流体和负极盖板通过壳体可以实现电性连接,因此负极盖板和壳体都带负电。

如图1-2中所示,本实用新型一实施例提供的一种新型结构的圆柱型锂离子电池,包括负极盖板1和圆柱型壳体2,负极盖板1设置在壳体2的底部。壳体1内部设置有电芯4和负极集流体3,负极盖板1和壳体2组装连接后,壳体2内部处于密封状态。
壳体2的底部的侧壁上设置有环形内凹槽21,环形内凹槽21绕壳体2的中轴线周向设置,环形内凹槽21在壳体2的内部形成环形凸起,环形凸起支撑负极集流体3,负极集流体3与电芯4负极连接,壳体2的位于环形内凹槽下方的部分折弯形成环形卡合槽22,环形卡合槽22的槽口朝向壳体2的内部,负极盖板1的周缘设置在环形卡合槽22中,负极盖板1的底端面与环形卡合槽22之间通过激光焊接密封。

1.一种新型结构的圆柱型锂离子电池,其特征在于:包括负极盖板和圆柱型壳体,所述壳体内部设置有电芯和负极集流体,所述壳体的一端的侧壁上设置有环形内凹槽,所述环形内凹槽绕壳体的中轴线周向设置,所述环形内凹槽在所述壳体的内部形成环形凸起,所述负极集流体与所述电芯负极连接,所述壳体的位于所述环形内凹槽下方的部分折弯形成环形卡合槽,所述环形卡合槽的槽口朝向所述壳体的内部,所述负极盖板的周缘设置在所述环形卡合槽中,所述负极盖板的底端面与所述环形卡合槽之间通过激光焊接密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱型锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述负极盖板设置在所述壳体的底部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱型锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述负极集流体和所述负极盖板通过所述壳体电性连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的圆柱型锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述环形凸起支撑所述负极集流体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的圆柱型锂离子电池,其特征在于:所述负极盖板的顶端面和底端面均和所述环形卡合槽的内侧壁接触。
