Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,包括动模、定模、顶出机构;顶出机构与动模相连;动模靠近定模侧设有模芯座;模芯座上并排设置有两个通槽,该通槽内可拆卸的安装有凸模模芯;定模内设置有两个与凸模模芯一一对应的凹模模腔;凸模模芯包括中间镶块、第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块;中间镶块位于第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块中间,且三者直线分布;第一外侧半镶块靠近另一凸模模芯,且第一外侧半镶块的背离中间镶块侧垂直凹模模腔的腔底;凸模模芯可拆卸的安装在模芯座上,且采用镶拼的结构使得凸模模芯更换容易,既节约了更换时间,又降低了维护成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及注塑模具的技术领域,尤其涉及一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具。
背景技术
目前市面上很多产品为了保护儿童安全都会增加童锁装置,对于童锁按钮的生产主要依赖于注塑成型。在现有的汽车设计中,涉及到一种双童锁的按钮;两个童锁按钮左右并排靠近放置,因为两个按钮的安装位置较近,因此在模具设计过程中两个童锁按钮的相邻侧没有拔模斜度,造成脱模较难。
童锁按钮的注塑模具在实际使用过程中,常常会发生磨损,为了保证产品的质量,往往需要经常性的更换动模,以保证动模的精度;但更换动模操作复杂,工人的劳动强度大,造成维护成本增高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的主要技术问题是:提供一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,便于更换动模,节约维护成本。
为了解决上述的主要技术问题采取以下技术方案实现:
一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,包括动模、定模、顶出机构;所述顶出机构与动模相连;其中,所述动模靠近定模侧设有模芯座;所述模芯座上并排设置有两个通槽,该通槽内可拆卸的安装有凸模模芯;两个所述凸模模芯左右对称设置;所述定模内设置有两个与凸模模芯一一对应的凹模模腔;所述凸模模芯包括中间镶块、第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块;所述中间镶块位于第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块中间,且三者直线分布;所述第一外侧半镶块靠近另一凸模模芯,且第一外侧半镶块的背离中间镶块侧垂直凹模模腔的腔底。
优选地,所述第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块均设置有向背离定模侧延伸的安装筋;位于第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块的安装筋配合安装并将中间镶块可拆卸的套设在内。
优选地,所述中间镶块是方形的长条状结构;所述安装筋的横截面形状是“匚”字形结构;所述安装筋的延伸高度与模芯座的厚度一致。
优选地,位于所述第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块的安装筋均设置有延伸至中间镶块的开口,该开口内连接有侧抽芯机构;所述开口与第一外侧半镶块分别位于中间镶块的相邻两侧。
优选地,所述中间镶块的一端伸出动模外侧;所述顶出机构包括模脚;所述动模和模脚之间设置有安装板;所述中间镶块的端部可拆卸固定在安装板上;所述安装筋背离中间镶块的端部设有向外延伸的耳座;所述模芯座上设置有与通槽连通且能够与耳座对应卡合的耳槽。
优选地,所述耳座与安装筋一体成型。
优选地,所述顶出机构包括若干个顶针;所述顶针与安装筋滑动连接,且顶针的一端能够滑出第一外侧半镶块或者第二外侧半镶块。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型应用于双童锁按钮的注塑模具备下列优点:
(1)凸模模芯包括中间镶块、第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块,三者直线分布;凸模模芯可拆卸的安装在模芯座上,同时采用镶拼结构,使得凸模模芯便于更换,节约了更换时间,降低了维护成本。
(2)位于第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块的安装筋将中间镶块套设在内,形成“回”字结构,保证了安装精度。
安装筋背离中间镶块的端部设有耳座,模芯座上设置有耳槽,耳座和耳槽的卡合限位,进一步提高了凸模模芯的安装精度。

请参阅图1-5所示,一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,包括动模2、定模3、顶出机构1;所述顶出机构1与动模2相连;动模2和顶出机构1的连接方式参考现有技术,顶出机构1在动力驱动下,能够辅助开模和合模。
动模2靠近定模3侧设置有模芯座21,模芯座21与动模2的连接参考现有技术,即模芯座21与动模2底板之间有一定的距离;所述模芯座21上设置有两个并排的通槽211,且该通槽211内可拆卸的安装有凸模模芯22;位于两个通槽211内的两个所述凸模模芯22左右对称设置;所述定模3内设置有两个与凸模模芯22一一对应的凹模模腔31;凸模模芯22插入凹模模腔31然后形成注塑的成型腔。
凸模模芯22包括中间镶块221、第一外侧半镶块222和第二外侧半镶块223;所述中间镶块221位于第一外侧半镶块222和第二外侧半镶块223中间,且三者直线分布;中间镶块221、第一外侧半镶块222、第二外侧半镶块223紧贴在一起并构成童锁按键的成型型芯;所述第一外侧半镶块222靠近另一凸模模芯22;所述第一外侧半镶块222的背离中间镶块221侧垂直凹模模腔31的腔底,即第一外侧半镶块222与另一童锁按键的相邻侧无拔模斜度,第一外侧半镶块222与中间镶块221的相邻边,以及第二外侧半镶块223的侧边可根据需要设置拔模斜度。
为了增强第一外侧半镶块222和第二外侧半镶块223的强度,所述第一外侧半镶块222和第二外侧半镶块223均设置有安装筋224;所述安装筋224与第一外侧半镶块222或者第二外侧半镶块223一体成型;安装筋224自第一外侧半镶块222向背离定模3侧延伸;所述中间镶块221是方形的长条状结构;所述安装筋224的横截面形状是“匚”字形结构;所述安装筋224的延伸高度与模芯座21的厚度一致;两个安装筋224套设在中间镶块221外表面,同时可拆卸的配合安装在通槽211内;所述中间镶块221的一端穿过通槽211并伸出动模2外侧,中间镶块221与动模2可拆卸的固定;所述顶出机构1包括模脚12;所述动模2和模脚12之间设置有安装板13;所述中间镶块221的远离定模3端可拆卸的固定在安装板13上。
安装筋224背离中间镶块221的端部设有向外延伸的耳座225;所述耳座225与安装筋224一体成型;所述模芯座21上设置有与通槽211连通且能够与耳座225对应卡合的耳槽212。
为了适配童锁按键底部支腿的形状,位于所述第一外侧半镶块222和第二外侧半镶块223的安装筋224均设置有延伸至中间镶块221的开口2241,中间镶块221靠近定模3的端部设置有能够使按键支腿成型的型腔;所述开口2241内连接有侧抽芯机构4,侧抽芯机构4依据现有技术设定;所述开口2241与第一外侧半镶块222分别位于中间镶块221的相邻两侧。
顶出机构1包括若干个顶针11;所述顶针11与安装筋224滑动连接,且顶针11的一端能够滑出第一外侧半镶块222或者第二外侧半镶块223,以顶出成型后的产品,即一部分顶针11穿过安装筋224与第一外侧半镶块222滑动连接,另一部分顶针11穿过安装筋224与第二外侧半镶块223滑动连接,顶针11能够相对安装筋224滑动。
本实用新型的工作过程为:当发生动模2磨损需要更换动模2模芯时,将中间镶块221从安装板13上拆下,然后依次将磨损的第一外侧半镶块222或者第二外侧半镶块223进行更换;对凸模模芯22进行重新安装时,将第一外侧半镶块222和第二外侧半镶块223重新插在通槽211内,并将耳座225卡入耳槽212内,最后将中间镶块221重新插接在两个安装筋224之间即可。
需要说明的是,本实用新型中的“上、下、左、右、内、外”是以图中零部件的相对位置为基准定义的,只是为了描述技术方案的清楚及方便,应当理解,此方位词的应用对本申请的保护范围不构成限制。

1.一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,其特征在于:包括动模、定模、顶出机构;所述顶出机构与动模相连;
其中,所述动模靠近定模侧设有模芯座;所述模芯座上并排设置有两个通槽,该通槽内可拆卸的安装有凸模模芯;两个所述凸模模芯左右对称设置;所述定模内设置有两个与凸模模芯一一对应的凹模模腔;
所述凸模模芯包括中间镶块、第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块;所述中间镶块位于第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块中间,且三者直线分布;所述第一外侧半镶块靠近另一凸模模芯,且第一外侧半镶块的背离中间镶块侧垂直凹模模腔的腔底。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,其特征在于:所述第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块均设置有向背离定模侧延伸的安装筋;位于第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块的安装筋配合安装并将中间镶块可拆卸的套设在内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,其特征在于:所述中间镶块是方形的长条状结构;所述安装筋的横截面形状是“匚”字形结构;所述安装筋的延伸高度与模芯座的厚度一致。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,其特征在于:位于所述第一外侧半镶块和第二外侧半镶块的安装筋均设置有延伸至中间镶块的开口,该开口内连接有侧抽芯机构;所述开口与第一外侧半镶块分别位于中间镶块的相邻两侧。
5.根据权利要求2-4中任意一项所述的一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,其特征在于:所述中间镶块的一端伸出动模外侧;所述顶出机构包括模脚;所述动模和模脚之间设置有安装板;所述中间镶块的端部可拆卸固定在安装板上;所述安装筋背离中间镶块的端部设有向外延伸的耳座;所述模芯座上设置有与通槽连通且能够与耳座对应卡合的耳槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,其特征在于:所述耳座与安装筋一体成型。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种双童锁按钮的精密注塑模具,其特征在于:所述顶出机构包括若干个顶针;所述顶针与安装筋滑动连接,且顶针的一端能够滑出第一外侧半镶块或者第二外侧半镶块。
