In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first adjusting device 20 may be arranged to slide along the first adjusting rod 10 by arranging a sliding rail on the first adjusting rod 10, and the first adjusting device 20 is provided with a sliding block matching with the sliding rail.
The other end of the first adjustment device 20 is further provided with a fixing member 22 for fixing the lower limb support stand to the edge of a hospital bed or table. Specifically, the upper bottom or the lower bottom of the opening formed by the fixing part 22 is provided with a through hole, and a second screw 221 which can rotate and slide along the through hole is arranged in the through hole; a fixed block is arranged at one end of the second screw 221 positioned in the opening. The fixing part 22 rotates the second screw 221 to make the fixing block in the opening contact with the edge of the sickbed or the table and press and fix the fixing block, so that the lower limb fixing bracket is fixed.
The upper end of the second adjusting device 40 is provided with a ball socket; the second adjusting rod 50 is provided at a lower end thereof with a universal ball head 51 movably or fixedly disposed in the ball socket. Specifically, a through hole is arranged in the second adjusting device 40, a piston 41 capable of moving along the rotating axial direction of the through hole is arranged in the through hole, and the piston 41 is contacted with the universal ball head 51 when being screwed, so that the universal ball head 51 is fixed in the ball socket; when the piston 41 is unscrewed, the piston does not contact the universal ball head 51, and the universal ball head 51 can move freely in the ball socket.
The moving angle of the universal ball head 51 in the ball socket can be set selectively, and the moving angle of the universal ball head 51 is larger if the universal ball head 51 is located at more outer parts of the ball socket; the ball joint 51 is less located at the outer portion of the ball socket, and the moving angle of the ball joint 51 is smaller.
The second adjustment lever 50 includes a support rod 52 and a telescopic rod 53, and the telescopic rod 53 can slide or be fixed in the support rod 52. The side wall of the support rod 52 is provided with a through hole, and the through hole is internally provided with an internal thread and internally provided with a screw. The support rod 52 and the telescopic rod 53 can be fixed to each other by screwing the screw rod, and the support rod 52 and the telescopic rod 53 can slide relative to each other by unscrewing the screw rod, so that the length of the second adjusting rod 50 can be adjusted.
The supporting pad 60 is arranged at the upper end of the second adjusting rod 50 and comprises a supporting plate 61 and a soft cushion 62, and the supporting plate 61 is detachably connected with the second adjusting rod 50; the supporting plate 61 is made of stainless steel, a through hole is formed in the lower surface of the supporting plate, an internal thread is formed in the through hole, and a thread matched with the internal thread is formed at the upper end of the second adjusting rod 50, so that the second adjusting rod 50 can be fixedly connected with the supporting plate 60. The inner core of the soft cushion 62 is sponge and is wrapped by leather and other waterproof materials; as shown in FIG. 3, the cross section of the soft pad 62 is arc-shaped for accommodating and supporting the lower leg, and the thickness is 2-5 cm. In a preferred embodiment of the utility model, the thickness is 3 cm. Compared with the existing lower limb support bracket, the support pad 60 is arranged to be supported at the position where the muscles of the lower leg are rich, but not at the position of the knee joint, so that the bending and stretching angle of the lower limb of the patient can not be limited, and the fatigue of the patient can be avoided.
The support pad 60 further includes an angle adjusting means 63 provided between the support plate 61 and the soft pad 62 for adjusting an angle between the support plate 61 and the soft pad 62. The angle adjusting device 63 comprises a wedge-shaped air bag 631, an air duct 632 and an inflatable air bag 633 which are connected in sequence. The wedge-shaped air bag 631 is disposed between the support plate 61 and the cushion 62, and the wedge-shaped air bag 631 is inflated to tilt the cushion 62 toward the patient. The air duct 632 is provided with a one-way valve and a pressure relief valve, so that the inflatable air bag 633 can inflate or deflate the wedge-shaped air bag 631 through the air duct 62.
