Abstract

技术领域
本实用新型属于安瓿瓶制瓶机技术领域,涉及安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机,具体地说是一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构。
背景技术
目前,生产西林瓶、预灌封的制瓶机A部夹头盘和B部夹头盘左右单独设置,两夹头盘皆为间歇式转动,在转送插管机构取管、运管后,直接将料管放入停转后处于静止状态的制瓶机A部夹头盘料管输入口内。现有技术中,针对将料管转送至静态料管输入点中使用的转送插管机构包括支架、转送总成以及插管器,其中转送总成由升降推进总成以及伸缩推进总成构成,转送总成通过带动料管升降、横向直线移动实现将料管输入至处于固定位置的静态料管输入口内。
与上述制瓶机不同的是,生产安瓿瓶的制瓶机将A部夹头盘与B部夹头盘上下分设在一个大夹头盘上,在转送插管时安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘持续性圆周动态运转。因而使得自动上管机的转送插管运动轨迹及运转速度需与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘的圆周运动轨迹相匹配,才可确保料管转送至动态料管输入点中。
而现有技术中针对静态料管输入点的转送插管工作模式较为简单,无法适用于动态料管输入点中使用。即针对静点的转送插管机构转送总成仅具有上下、横向的转运移动方向,即便将这两个方向的运动轨迹叠加后也无法使插管器的运动轨迹与动态夹头盘圆周的运动轨迹相匹配,从而无法实现将料管转运至安瓿瓶夹头盘中的操作,不能满足安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管需要。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术中存在的以上不足,本实用新型旨在提供一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构,以达到将料管转送至动态夹头盘上的料管输入点的目的。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案如下:一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构,包括支架、装配在支架上用于将料管转送至安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘的转送总成以及装配在转送总成动力输出端的插管器,插管器的取管位与制瓶机自动上管机供管机构的料管输出口相对应,插管器的插管位与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上料管输入口相对应。
作为本实用新型的限定,转送总成包括装配在支架上的z轴移动组件、装配在z轴移动组件动力输出端的x轴移动组件以及装配在x轴移动组件动力输出端的y轴移动组件,y轴移动组件的动力输出端上装配有插管器。
作为本实用新型的另一种限定,转送总成包括装配在支架上的升降移动组件、装配在升降移动组件动力输出端上的旋转组件以及装配在旋转组件动力输出端上的直线伸缩杆,直线伸缩杆的动力输出端上装配有插管器。
作为本实用新型的第三种限定,转送总成为多轴运动组件,多轴运动组件的动力输出端与插管器固定相连。
作为本实用新型的进一步限定,z轴移动组件包括固装在支架上的z轴架体、固装在z轴架体上的z轴电机、与z轴电机动力输出端相连的z轴丝杠杆以及与z轴丝杠杆螺纹连接的z轴丝杠母;
x轴移动组件包括与z轴丝杠母固定相连的x轴丝杠母、与x轴丝杠母螺纹连接的x轴丝杠杆、与x轴丝杠杆固装相连的x轴电机、用于固装x轴电机的x轴架体;
y轴移动组件包括与x轴架体固定相连的y轴丝杠母、与y轴丝杠母螺纹连接的y轴丝杠杆、与y轴丝杠杆固装相连的y轴电机、用于固装y轴电机的y轴架体,y轴架体上固装有插管器。
作为本实用新型的其它限定,插管器包括装配在转送总成动力输出端的旋转器以及装配在旋转器动力输出端用于夹管的机械爪。
由于采用了上述的技术方案,本实用新型与现有技术相比,所取得的有益效果是:
本实用新型改变了对制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管工作模式,其主要改进是,将原针对静态料管输入点的转送插管工作模式改变为针对动态料管输入点的转送插管工作模式,即将原适用于间歇式转动制瓶机使用转送插管操作改变为适用于持续运转的安瓿瓶制瓶机使用的转送插管操作,该种改进后的转送插管工作模式通过使所转送的料管运动轨迹及运行速度与安瓿瓶夹头盘的圆周运动轨迹相匹配,可有效确保料管转运输送至处于持续转动状态的动态料管输入点中,满足安瓿瓶制瓶机的上管需要。本实用新型转送总成采用多种结构及工作方式,分别具有以下优势:
转送总成采用z轴移动组件、y轴移动组件以及x轴移动组件三轴直线运动复合叠加的转送方式,经取管后移动运管、跟踪夹头盘调整料管运动轨迹及转运速度,最终实现插管操作;该种方式可有效保证料管的转送运动轨迹及转运速度与动态运转的安瓿瓶夹头盘相匹配,保证转送插管操作的定位精准度及运行平稳性,易于控制三轴运动轨迹,便于实现,生产成本低,具有稳定可靠的生产质量和生产效率。
转送总成采用升降移动组件、旋转组件以及直线伸缩杆的转送方式,通过升降、圆周曲线运动以及直线伸缩运动的复合叠加,使料管的转送运动轨迹与安瓿瓶夹头盘的圆周运动轨迹相匹配,整体结构紧凑、设计合理,能够简化料管转送运动路径,缩短料管转送时间。
转送总成采用多轴运动组件多向移动的转送方式,具有较高的定位精度,性能稳定,能够高质高效的完成料管转送插管操作。
本实用新型适用于具有动态料管输入点的制瓶机上使用,特别是安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机上使用,用于夹取自动上管机供管机构料管输出口的料管后,转运、输送至安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘储管架的料管输入口内。

本实用新型是对制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管工作模式的改进,其主要改进是,将原针对间歇式夹头盘上静态料管输入点的转送插管工作模式改进为针对持续运转的安瓿瓶夹头盘上动态料管输入点的转送插管工作模式,改变了转送插管机构的转送运动轨迹以及运行速度,使料管的转运轨迹及运行速度与安瓿瓶夹头盘的运行轨迹及运行速度相匹配,满足安瓿瓶制瓶机的上管需要。其各部分的主体结构及工作过程详见以下实施例。
实施例1 一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构
本实施例包括支架、装配在支架上的转送总成以及装配在转送总成动力输出端的插管器,插管器的取管位与制瓶机自动上管机供管机构的料管输出口相对应,插管器的插管位与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口相对应。
转送总成用于将料管转送至安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘,转送总成的结构采用能够实现将制瓶机自动上管机供管机构的料管输出口处料管转送至处于持续圆周转动状态的安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘储管架上料管输入口的结构。
插管器包括装配在转送总成动力输出端的旋转器以及装配在旋转器动力输出端用于夹管的机械爪,其中旋转器用于将由供管机构夹取的处于水平放置状态的料管旋转至竖直状态,以与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘储管架上料管输入口相适配,旋转器可为旋转气缸或电机。
一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管方法,在制瓶机控制器的控制下,包括以下步骤:
S1.取管:转送总成带动插管器移动至与制瓶机自动上管机供管机构料管输出口相对应处,此时插管器处于取管位,即机械爪与供管机构料管输出口处料管同轴,由机械爪夹持供管机构料管输出口上处于水平状态的料管。
S2.运管:转送总成带动插管器所夹持的料管向上抬升,旋转器带动机械爪夹持的料管旋转至竖直状态。
S3.调轨调速:接收安装在安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘料管输入口处光电传感器发出的插管信号后,转送总成带动料管与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘相配转动,即转送总成调整所带动料管的运动轨迹与运动速度,使料管的转运轨迹、速度与夹头盘相匹配。
S4.插管:由转送总成带动料管移动至与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口相对应处,此时插管器处于插管位,即转送总成带动料管移动至安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口上方,且料管与储管架料管输入口同轴;
转送总成带动插管器所夹持的料管向下移动,机械爪打开,料管落入安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口内。
S5.复位:转送总成及插管器复位。
实施例2 一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构
本实施例是在实施例1的基础上,对转送总成结构的进一步限定。本实施例转送总成采用z轴移动组件2、y轴移动组件4以及x轴移动组件3三轴运动叠加的方式,具有易于控制、便于实现、生产成本低、运行平稳的优势。
如图1至图3所示,本实施例转送总成包括装配在支架1上的z轴移动组件2、装配在z轴移动组件2动力输出端的x轴移动组件3以及装配在x轴移动组件3动力输出端的y轴移动组件4,y轴移动组件4的动力输出端上装配有插管器的旋转器5。其中,z轴移动组件2能够带动料管上下移动,x轴移动组件3能够带动料管于水平面横向移动,y轴移动组件4能够带动料管于水平面纵向移动。z轴移动组件2、y轴移动组件4以及x轴移动组件3可采用现有技术中能够实现直线移动的结构即可,如电动丝杠直线移动结构、电动推杆、直线气缸等。本实施例中z轴移动组件2、y轴移动组件4以及x轴移动组件3结构相同,皆为电动丝杠直线移动结构,即皆包括电机、与电机动力输出端固定相连的丝杠杆以及与丝杠杆螺纹连接的丝杠母。优选的,z轴移动组件2、y轴移动组件4以及x轴移动组件3还包括用于为直线移动起导向作用的导向件。更具体地:
z轴移动组件2包括固装在支架1上的z轴架体17、固装在z轴架体17上的z轴电机14、与z轴电机14动力输出端相连的z轴丝杠杆13以及与z轴丝杠杆13螺纹连接的z轴丝杠母。z轴架体17上固装有z轴轨道块15,与z轴轨道块15滑动连接的z轴滑轨16固装在z轴支板11上,z轴支板11固装在z轴丝杠母上。工作时,z轴电机14驱动z轴丝杠杆13转动,在z轴滑轨16沿z轴轨道块15的滑动导向作用下,z轴丝杠母相对z轴丝杠杆13沿z轴方向直线移动。
x轴移动组件3包括通过x轴支板21与z轴丝杠母固定相连的x轴丝杠母22、与x轴丝杠母22螺纹连接的x轴丝杠杆23、与x轴丝杠杆23固装相连的x轴电机24、用于固装x轴电机24的x轴架体27。x轴支板21上固装有x轴轨道块25,x轴架体27上固定有用于与x轴轨道块25滑动相连的x轴滑轨26。工作时,x轴电机24驱动x轴丝杠杆23转动,在x轴滑轨26沿x轴轨道块25的滑动导向作用下,x轴丝杠杆23带动x轴架体27相对x轴丝杠母22沿x轴方向直线移动。
y轴移动组件4包括通过y轴支板31与x轴架体27固定相连的y轴丝杠母32、与y轴丝杠母32螺纹连接的y轴丝杠杆33、与y轴丝杠杆33固装相连的y轴电机34、用于固装y轴电机34的y轴架体37。y轴支板31上固装有y轴轨道块35,y轴架体37上固定有用于与y轴轨道块35滑动相连的y轴滑轨36,y轴架体37上还固装有插管器。工作时,y轴电机34驱动y轴丝杠杆33转动,在y轴滑轨36沿y轴轨道块35的滑动导向作用下,y轴丝杠杆33带动y轴架体37相对y轴丝杠母32沿y轴方向直线移动。
一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管方法,在制瓶机控制器的控制下,包括以下步骤:
S1.取管:转送总成通过z轴移动组件2、y轴移动组件4以及x轴移动组件3三轴运动的叠加带动插管器移动至与制瓶机自动上管机供管机构7料管输出口相对应处,此时插管器处于取管位,即机械爪6与供管机构7料管输出口处料管同轴,由机械爪6夹持供管机构7料管输出口上处于水平状态的料管。
S2.运管:转送总成的z轴移动组件2带动插管器所夹持的料管向上抬升,即z轴电机14驱动z轴丝杠杆13转动以带动z轴丝杠母、y轴移动组件4、x轴移动组件3以及插管器向上直线移动。
带动料管向上抬升时,旋转器5带动机械爪6夹持的料管旋转至竖直状态,同时,转送总成带动料管靠近安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘,此时机械爪6所夹持的料管位于安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘的圆周外部、处于靠近安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘外周的位置。
S3.跟踪夹头盘:接收安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘料管输入口的插管信号后,y轴移动组件4以及x轴移动组件3带动料管两方向叠加后的运动轨迹、运行速度与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘的圆周运动轨迹、运行速度相匹配,使x轴移动组件3与y轴移动组件4带动料管与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘保持同步转动。
S4.插管:转送总成带动料管移动至与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口相对应处,此时插管器处于插管位,即转送总成带动料管移动至安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口上方,且料管与储管架料管输入口同轴。
z轴移动组件2带动插管器所夹持的料管向下移动,机械爪6打开,料管落入安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口内。
S5.复位:转送总成及插管器复位。
实施例3 一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构
本实施例是在实施例1的基础上,对转送总成结构的进一步限定。本实施例转送总成采用升降移动组件、旋转组件以及直线伸缩杆的方式,通过升降、圆周旋转以及直线伸缩运动的叠加能够使插管器的转送轨迹与安瓿瓶夹头盘的圆周轨迹相匹配,具有结构紧凑、简化料管转送运动路径的优势。
本实施例转送总成包括装配在支架上的升降移动组件、装配在升降移动组件动力输出端上的旋转组件以及装配在旋转组件动力输出端上的直线伸缩杆,直线伸缩杆的动力输出端上装配有插管器。其中:
升降移动组件用于带动料管上下移动,可采用现有技术中能够实现上下直线运动的结构,如电动推杆、直线气缸等。
旋转组件用于带动料管于水平面圆周转动,可采用现有技术中能够实现圆周转动的结构,如旋转气缸、电机驱动下的齿轮传动结构等。
直线伸缩杆用于与旋转组件的旋转运动相叠加从而与安瓿瓶夹头盘的圆周运动轨迹相匹配,直线伸缩杆可采用现有技术中能够实现直线移动的机构,如电动推杆、直线气缸等。
使用本实施例时,在制瓶机控制器的控制下,包括以下步骤:
S1.取管:转送总成通过升降移动组件、旋转组件以及直线伸缩杆运动的叠加带动插管器移动至与制瓶机自动上管机供管机构料管输出口相对应处,此时插管器处于取管位,即机械爪与供管机构料管输出口处料管同轴,由机械爪夹持供管机构料管输出口上处于水平状态的料管。
S2.运管:转送总成的升降移动组件带动插管器所夹持的料管向上抬升,旋转器带动机械爪夹持的料管旋转至竖直状态。
S3.调轨调速:接收安装在安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘料管输入口处光电传感器发出的插管信号后,旋转组件的水平圆周转动以及直线伸缩杆的直线伸缩相叠加后的运动轨迹、运行速度与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘的圆周运动轨迹、运行速度相适配。
S4.插管:由升降移动组件、旋转组件以及直线伸缩杆带动料管移动至与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口相对应处,此时插管器处于插管位,即转送总成带动料管移动至安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口上方,且料管与储管架料管输入口同轴。
升降移动组件带动插管器所夹持的料管向下移动,机械爪打开,料管落入安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上储管架料管输入口内。
S5.复位:转送总成及插管器复位。
实施例4 一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构
本实施例是在实施例1的基础上,对转送总成结构的进一步限定。本实施例转送总成采用多轴运动组件的方式,通过多轴运动组件的多向移动实现插管器转送轨迹、运行速度与安瓿瓶夹头盘的圆周运动轨迹、运行速度相匹配,具有较高的定位精准度。
本实施例转动总成为多轴运动组件,多轴运动组件的动力输出端与插管器的旋转器固装。多轴运动组件可采用现有技术中的多轴机械手中的多轴运动组件,即多轴机械手不含机械手部、能够实现多向运动的结构,能够直接将插管器所夹持的料管由供管机构料管输出口输送至安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘储管架的料管输入口内。

1.一种安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构,其特征在于:包括支架、装配在支架上用于将料管转送至安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘的转送总成以及装配在转送总成动力输出端的插管器,插管器的取管位与制瓶机自动上管机供管机构的料管输出口相对应,插管器的插管位与安瓿瓶制瓶机夹头盘上料管输入口相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构,其特征在于:转送总成包括装配在支架上的z轴移动组件、装配在z轴移动组件动力输出端的x轴移动组件以及装配在x轴移动组件动力输出端的y轴移动组件,y轴移动组件的动力输出端上装配有插管器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构,其特征在于:转送总成包括装配在支架上的升降移动组件、装配在升降移动组件动力输出端上的旋转组件以及装配在旋转组件动力输出端上的直线伸缩杆,直线伸缩杆的动力输出端上装配有插管器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构,其特征在于:转送总成为多轴运动组件,多轴运动组件的动力输出端与插管器固定相连。
5.根据权利要求2所述的安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构,其特征在于:
z轴移动组件包括固装在支架上的z轴架体、固装在z轴架体上的z轴电机、与z轴电机动力输出端相连的z轴丝杠杆以及与z轴丝杠杆螺纹连接的z轴丝杠母;
x轴移动组件包括与z轴丝杠母固定相连的x轴丝杠母、与x轴丝杠母螺纹连接的x轴丝杠杆、与x轴丝杠杆固装相连的x轴电机、用于固装x轴电机的x轴架体;
y轴移动组件包括与x轴架体固定相连的y轴丝杠母、与y轴丝杠母螺纹连接的y轴丝杠杆、与y轴丝杠杆固装相连的y轴电机、用于固装y轴电机的y轴架体,y轴架体上固装有插管器。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的安瓿瓶制瓶机自动上管机的转送插管机构,其特征在于:插管器包括装配在转送总成动力输出端的旋转器以及装配在旋转器动力输出端用于夹管的机械爪。
