2. The mercerized fabric with weft knitting structure according to claim 1, further comprising a chitin fiber layer (6), wherein the chitin fiber layer (6) is adhesively bonded between the wood fiber layer (3) and the mercerized fabric layer (4).
3. The mercerized fabric with weft knitting structure according to claim 2, further comprising a polyester fiber layer (7), wherein the polyester fiber layer (7) is glued and compounded between the chitin fiber layer (6) and the mercerized fabric layer (4).
4. Mercerized fabric with weft knitted structure according to claim 1, wherein the skin-friendly layer (1) is woven from a plurality of warp threads and a plurality of weft threads.

The mercerized fabric with weft knitting structure according to claim 1, wherein the spandex fiber layer (2) comprises a spandex base layer (21), a reinforcing base layer (22) and an air-permeable base layer (23), the reinforcing base layer (22) is woven on the outer layer of the spandex base layer (21), and the air-permeable base layer (23) is woven on the outer layer of the reinforcing base layer (22).
