SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In order to make up for the above deficiency, the present application provides a vegetable industry belt cleaning device, aims at improving the problem that the quality of vegetables cleaned by the vegetable industry belt cleaning device used traditionally is low.
The embodiment of the application provides a vegetable industry belt cleaning device, including frame, cleaning component and slagging-off subassembly.
The frame is provided with a cleaning tank, the cleaning component comprises a cleaning roller, a motor, a fan and an air outlet head, two sides of the cleaning roller are rotatably connected above the frame, one side of the cleaning roller is positioned inside the cleaning tank, the motor is fixedly connected with the upper side of the frame, the output end of the motor is in transmission connection with the cleaning roller, the fan is fixedly connected with one side of the frame, the air outlet head is distributed at the bottom of the cleaning tank, the fan is communicated with the air outlet head, the deslagging component comprises a grid plate, a suction head, a water pump, a filter screen and a water storage tank, the grid plate is fixedly connected with one side inside the cleaning tank, the suction head and the cleaning tank are close to the inner part of one side of the grid plate and are fixedly connected with each other, the suction head is communicated with the upper side of the filter screen, the water pump is fixedly connected with one side of the frame, and the filter screen and the water storage tank are both installed below the cleaning tank, the filter screen is located the storage water tank top, the water pump play water end with the washing tank intercommunication, the water pump is intake the end with the storage water tank intercommunication.
In the implementation process, the vegetables to be cleaned are placed in the cleaning tank, the vegetables are pressed into the water in the cleaning tank under the matching use of the cleaning roller and the motor, the vegetables are fully contacted with the water, the vegetables are cleaned, the water in the cleaning tank is ventilated under the matching use of the fan and the air outlet head, the bubble type cleaning is realized, in the cleaning process, the water in the cleaning tank is matched with the suction head and the filter screen to be filtered into the water storage tank, the water in the water storage tank is conveyed into the cleaning tank under the matching use of the water pump, the vegetables are blocked in a cleaning area in the cleaning tank under the matching use of the grid plate, so that fallen broken leaves or dry leaves enter the suction head through the grid plate, and the water in the cleaning tank flows under the matching use of the suction head, the filter screen, the water storage tank and the water pump, the water flows to drive the broken leaves and the dried leaves which fall off in the water to move, so that the vegetables are cleaned in the whole process, and meanwhile, the broken leaves and the dried leaves which fall off in the cleaning process are treated, and the quality of vegetable cleaning is improved.
In a specific embodiment, a hopper is arranged on one side of the frame, and the hopper is fixedly connected with one side of the frame, which is close to the cleaning roller.
In the implementation process, the hopper is beneficial to loading of vegetables, uniform loading can be realized, and washing of the vegetables is facilitated.
In a specific embodiment, a conveyor is arranged on one side of the frame, which is far away from the hopper, and baffles are arranged on the surface of the conveyor at intervals.
In the implementation process, when vegetables are cleaned industrially, a conveyor is arranged for realizing mechanized discharging, and a baffle is arranged on the conveyor, so that cleaned vegetables can be conveniently led out.
In a specific embodiment, a support frame is arranged above the rack, two sides of the cleaning roller are rotatably connected with the support frame, and the motor is fixedly connected with the support frame.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the cleaning assembly 200 includes a cleaning roller 210, a motor 220, a blower 230 and an air outlet 240, in this document, two sides of the cleaning roller 210 are rotatably connected to the upper side of the frame 100, one side of the cleaning roller 210 is located inside the cleaning tank 110, it should be noted that the motor 220 is fixedly connected to the upper side of the frame 100 by bolts, in this embodiment, an output end of the motor 220 is in transmission connection with the cleaning roller 210 to provide power output for the rotation of the cleaning roller 210, in the specific arrangement, the blower 230 is fixedly connected to one side of the frame 100 by bolts, the air outlet 240 is distributed at the bottom of the cleaning tank 110, the blower 230 is communicated with the air outlet 240, in this document, the hopper 120 is fixedly connected to one side of the frame 100 close to the cleaning roller 210 by bolts, it should be noted that a support 140 is arranged above the frame 100, wash and roll 210 both sides and support frame 140 and rotate and be connected, motor 220 and support frame 140 fixed connection, the bolted connection mode of adoption, wash and roll 210 and be provided with dwang 211, dwang 211 both ends are rotated with support frame 140 and are connected, motor 220 output and dwang 211 fixed connection, the bolted connection mode of adoption, the fan 230 output is provided with tuber pipe 231, it needs to explain that, tuber pipe 231 is provided with check valve 232, tuber pipe 231 and play first 240 intercommunications of tuber, the setting of check valve 232 is inside in order to prevent to wash water and enter into fan 230.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, the deslagging assembly 300 includes a grid plate 310, a suction head 320, a water pump 330, a filter screen 340, and a water storage tank 350, in this embodiment, the grid plate 310 is fixedly connected to one side inside the cleaning tank 110, and a bolt connection manner is adopted, it is to be noted that the suction head 320 is fixedly connected to the inside of the cleaning tank 110 near the grid plate 310, and a bolt connection manner is adopted, it is to be noted that the suction head 320 is communicated with the upper side of the filter screen 340 to facilitate conveying water to the filter screen 340 along with crushed or dried leaves, it is to be noted that the water pump 330 is fixedly connected to one side of the frame 100, and the filter screen 340 and the water storage tank 350 are both installed below the cleaning tank 110, in this document, the filter screen 340 is located above the water storage tank 350, and the water outlet end of the water pump 330 is communicated with the cleaning tank 110, it is to be noted that, water pump 330 intake end and storage water tank 350 communicate, washing tank 110 is kept away from grid plate 310 one side and is provided with out hydrohead 111, water pump 330 is provided with water pipe 331, in this embodiment, water pipe 331 one end and water pump 330 intake end intercommunication, the water pipe 331 other end and storage water tank 350 intercommunication, another water pipe 331 one end and water pump 330 go out hydrohead intercommunication, the water pipe 331 other end and play hydrohead 111 intercommunication, when specifically setting up, filter screen 340 is the slope setting, be convenient for the derivation of impurity, in this embodiment, filter screen 340 both sides are provided with guard plate 341, guard plate 341 prevents the unrestrained of water and impurity, in this embodiment, filter screen 340 one side is provided with containing box 342, be convenient for the accomodating of impurity.
Specifically, this vegetable industry belt cleaning device's theory of operation: when the vegetable washing machine is used, vegetables are placed on the hopper 120 and enter the washing tank 110 through the hopper 120, washing water is injected into the washing tank 110, the motor 220 rotates to drive the rotating rod 211 to rotate, the rotating rod 211 rotates to drive the washing roller 210 to rotate, one side of the washing roller 210 is positioned in the washing water, the vegetables are pressed into the washing water under the rotation of the washing roller 210, the vegetables are fully contacted with the washing water, the vegetables are washed when the washing roller 210 rotates, the air is conveyed to the air outlet head 240 through the air pipe 231 by the fan 230, the air is blown out by the air outlet head 240, bubble type washing is realized in the washing water, broken leaves and dried leaves on the vegetables fall off in the washing process, the vegetables are blocked by the grid plate 310 to be washed continuously, the fallen broken leaves and dried leaves together with the washing water flow into the suction head 320 through the grid plate 310, the water flows through the filter screen 340 for filtration, the filtered washing water enters the water storage tank 350, under the operation of the water pump 330, the water in the water storage tank 350 is conveyed to the inside of the water outlet head 111 through the water pipe 331, and is conveyed to the inside of the washing tank 110 through the water outlet head 111, so that the water is sucked from one side of the washing tank 110, and is conveyed from the other side of the washing tank 110, the water flow at two sides in the washing tank 110 is realized, the flowing water can drive the crushed leaves and the dried leaves to move, in the whole using process, the washing of the vegetables is realized, meanwhile, the treatment of the crushed leaves and the dried leaves falling off in the washing process is realized, and the efficiency and the quality of the vegetable washing are improved.
It should be noted that the specific model specifications of the conveyor 130, the water pump 330, the fan 230, the motor 220, and the electric push rod 141 need to be determined according to the actual specification of the device, and the specific model selection calculation method adopts the prior art, so detailed description is omitted.
