Fig. 1 to 3 are views showing a dome sauna device according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 4 is a view showing a state where the gantry of fig. 1 is unfolded for easy confirmation, and fig. 5 is a block diagram of a control unit.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a dome sauna device 10 of an embodiment of the present invention may include an arched frame 100, a heating pad 200, a plurality of near infrared ray plates 300, a power supply part 400, and a controller 500, and may further include a pair of support plates 600, wires 700, a distance sensor 800, and/or a control part 900.
The gantry 100 can have an arcuate shape, such as a half-arc shape, in cross-section.
The gantry 100 can include a pair of first straps 110, a plurality of second straps 120, and an insulation blanket 130.
The first flat bar 110 may have a flat bar shape, and a pair of the first flat bars 110 may be disposed such that smooth surfaces face each other.
The second flat bar 120 may have a shape in which the flat bar is bent into an arch, and both ends of the second flat bar 120 may be connected to upper end portions of the pair of first flat bars 110.
A plurality of second flat bars 120 may be disposed at intervals in the lengthwise direction of the first flat bar 110.
In addition, the pair of first flat bars 110 and the plurality of second flat bars 120 are a force-resistant member for maintaining the shape of the gantry 100, and may be made of duralumin (duralumin).
Thus, the weight of dome sauna device 10 can be greatly reduced as compared to existing dome sauna devices.
The arched frame 100 may have a length that can cover the upper body of an adult, but is not limited thereto, and may have a length that can cover both the upper body and the lower body of an adult.
The heat insulating pad 130 is attached to the pair of first flat bars 110 and the plurality of second flat bars 120, and can suppress leakage of heat energy generated from the heat generating pad 200 to the outside.
The heat insulating pad 130 may be attached to the inner surfaces of the pair of first flat bars 110 and the plurality of second flat bars 120, but is not limited thereto, and may be attached to the outer surfaces of the pair of first flat bars 110 and the plurality of second flat bars 120, for example, or may be provided only in a vacant space partitioned by the pair of first flat bars 110 and the plurality of second flat bars 120, for example.
On the other hand, an external trim pad 140 may be attached to the exterior of the gantry 100.
The heat generating pads 200 may be disposed on the interior side of the gantry 100 and, for example, may be attached to the thermal insulation pads 130.
The heat generating pad 200 may include a first heat generating pad 210, a second heat generating pad 220, and a third heat generating pad 230.
The first, second, and third heat generating pads 210, 220, and 230 may have an arch shape, respectively, and may be sequentially disposed in a length direction of the first flat bar 110.
The first, second, and third heat generating pads 210, 220, and 230 may be planar heat generating bodies that generate heat when power is supplied.
The first, second, and third heat generating pads 210, 220, and 230 may be controlled by the control part 900 in such a manner that heat is generated at different temperatures from each other.
For example, the first, second, and third heat generating pads 210, 220, and 230 may be connected to the power supply part 400, respectively, and the control part 900 may control the power supply part 400 in such a manner that different amounts of power are supplied to the first, second, and third heat generating pads 210, 220, and 230. On the other hand, temperature sensors (not shown) for detecting respective heat generation temperatures may be attached to the first, second, and third heat generation pads 210, 220, and 230, and the control part 900 may also adjust the intensities of power supplied to the first, second, and third heat generation pads 210, 220, and 230, respectively, such that the temperatures detected by the plurality of temperature sensors reach target temperatures.
A plurality of near infrared ray plates 300 may be disposed at an inner side surface of the heating pad 200 to irradiate near infrared rays.
The plurality of near infrared ray plates 300 may be detachably coupled to the heat generating pad 200, respectively.
On the other hand, an interior pad 240 may be attached to an inner side surface of the heat generating pad 200, in which case the plurality of near infrared ray plates 300 may be detachably coupled to the inner side surface of the interior pad 240, respectively.
The plurality of near ir sheets 300 may include a pair of first near ir sheets 310, a pair of second near ir sheets 320, and a pair of third near ir sheets 330.
The second near ir sheet 320 may have a larger area than the first near ir sheet 310, and the third near ir sheet 330 may have a larger area than the second near ir sheet 320.
In addition, the first, second and third near infrared ray plates 310, 320 and 330 may respectively have a plurality of near infrared ray light sources, such as light emitting elements 340, for irradiating near infrared rays to the inner space of the gantry 100, and the number of the light emitting elements 340 disposed at the second near infrared ray plate 320 may be greater than the number of the light emitting elements 340 disposed at the first near infrared ray plate 310 and less than the number of the light emitting elements 340 disposed at the third near infrared ray plate 330.
Therefore, the second nir panel 320 may be attached to a second body part, such as temple, having a smaller area than the third body part (to which the third nir panel 330 is attached, such as shoulder), and the first nir panel 310 may be attached to a first body part, such as ear root, having a smaller area than the second body part (to which the second nir panel 320 is attached).
In addition, the plurality of near infrared ray plates 300 may be provided to irradiate the face of the user with near infrared rays when power is supplied in a state of being attached to the heat generating pad 200. As a result, a facial cosmetic effect such as a mask can be expected. At this time, the power supplied to the heat generating pad 200 may be turned off. For example, in a region of the heat generating pad 200 to which the near infrared ray plate 300 is attached, a sensor for detecting whether the near infrared ray plate 300 is attached, for example, a contact sensor (not shown), may be provided, and the control part 900 may control the power supply part 400 such that the power supply to the heat generating pad 200 is turned off and the power supply to the near infrared ray plate 300 is performed when a power-on signal of the near infrared ray plate 300 is inputted through the controller 500 in a state in which the near infrared ray plate 300 is attached to the heat generating pad 200.
On the other hand, a plurality of ceramic sheets 350 may be coupled to the inner side of the heat generating pad 200.
In addition, the inner surface of the heating pad 200 may further include a light emitting element 340 fixed to the heating pad 200 in addition to the light emitting element 340 provided to the near infrared sheet 300.
The power supply part 400 may supply power to the heat generating pad 200 and the near infrared ray plate 300.
For example, the power supply unit 400 may supply power received from an external power source to the heat generating pad 200 and the near infrared ray plate 300, and for this purpose, may further include a terminal for connecting to the external power source.
The power supply part 400 is connected to the heat generating pad 200 in a wired manner to supply power, and may be connected to the plurality of near infrared ray plates 300 in a wired or wireless manner to supply power.
Therefore, even in a state of being separated from the heat generating pad 200, the plurality of near infrared ray plates 300 can receive power from the power supply part 400 to generate near infrared rays.
The controller 500 may receive an operation signal of the thermal pad 200 and the near infrared ray board 300.
For example, the user can input an on/off (on/off) signal and a heat generation temperature of the heat generation pad 200, an on/off (on/off) signal of the near infrared ray board 300, and the like, via an input part provided at a key of the controller 500 or the like.
The pair of support plates 600 may be respectively hinge-coupled to lower end portions of the pair of first flat bars 110, and rotate about a hinge axis parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first flat bars 110.
Accordingly, the pair of support plates 600 are opened to the outside of the gantry 100 in use, so that a space for a user to lie down can be widened, and are accommodated in the inside of the gantry 100 in storage, so that the storage size can be reduced.
The support plate 600 may be made of synthetic resin, so that the entire weight of the device can be further reduced.
Both ends of the wire 700 are connected to lower side ends of the pair of support plates 600 so that the maximum opened interval of the pair of support plates 600 can be restricted.
The distance sensors 800 may be provided on the first, second, and third heat generating pads 210, 220, 230, respectively, and may measure the distance from each of the first, second, and third heat generating pads 210, 220, 230 to the body of a user lying in the space inside the gantry 100, or the distance from the floor on which the gantry 100 rests when the user's body is not in that area.
The distance sensors 800 are provided at the central portions of the first, second, and third heat generating pads 210, 220, and 230, for example, at the upper ends of the inner sides, respectively, to be able to measure the distance and thus the height.
For example, the first distance sensor 810 may be disposed at the first heat generating pad 210, the second distance sensor 820 may be disposed at the second heat generating pad 220, and the third distance sensor 830 may be disposed at the third heat generating pad 230.
The control part 900 may control the heat generation temperatures of the first, second, and third heat generation pads 210, 220, and 230 according to input information of the controller 500, distance information measured by the plurality of distance sensors 800, and the like.
Specifically, when the energization signal and the heat generation temperature information of the heat generation pad 200 are received by the controller 500, the control part 900 may control the power supply part 400 to supply power to the first, second, and third heat generation pads 210, 220, and 230, and may determine whether or not there is a body and which part of the body at the position facing the first, second, and third heat generation pads 210, 220, and 230, based on the distance information measured by the first, second, and third distance sensors 810, 820, and 830, and may control the heat generation temperatures of the first, second, and third heat generation pads 210, 220, and 230, respectively, to be different according to the determination result.
For example, if the height from the floor on which dome sauna device 10 is placed to the upper end of the inner side surface of gantry 100 is set to H, it can be determined that the body is not inside if the distance detected by distance sensor 800 is substantially the same as H, and if the distance detected by distance sensor 800 is less than H, it can be determined that the body is inside.
When the distance detected by the distance sensor 800 is less than H, it is possible to determine which of the chest, abdomen, or lower body the body part at that position is, based on a predetermined distance range.
As a result, when it is determined that the body part facing the first heat generating pad 210 is the chest, the body part facing the second heat generating pad 220 is the abdomen, and the body part facing the third heat generating pad 230 is the lower body, it is controlled such that the heat generating temperature of the third heat generating pad 230 is higher than the heat generating temperature of the first heat generating pad 210 and lower than the heat generating temperature of the second heat generating pad 220. When it is determined that there is no body lying inside in the position, the power supply to the heat generating pad facing the position may be turned off.
Fig. 6 is a use example of fig. 1, fig. 7 is an enlarged view of a portion a of fig. 6, and fig. 8 is an enlarged view of a portion B of fig. 6.
Referring to fig. 6, as described above, the plurality of near infrared panels 300 may be detached from the gantry 100, and in particular, from the thermal pad 200 or the interior pad 240, for attachment to the user's body.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a plurality of regions 200a to which the near infrared ray plate 300 is attached may be formed on an inner side surface of the heat generating pad 200, and a first magic tape 200b may be formed on each region 200 a.
The near infrared ray board 300 may include a magic tape layer 301, a silicone layer 303, and a flexible substrate 305.
A second hook and loop fastener 301a detachably coupled to the first hook and loop fastener 200b may be formed on one surface of the hook and loop fastener layer 301.
The silicone layer 303 may be laminated on the other surface of the magic tape layer 301, and may have an adhesive property to enable direct attachment to the skin of a user.
The flexible substrate 305 may be disposed between the magic tape layer 301 and the silicone layer 303, and a plurality of light emitting elements 340 for emitting near infrared rays may be mounted on the flexible substrate 305.
Therefore, the near infrared ray plate 300 can be detachably attached to the inner side surface of the heat generating pad 200, and can also be detachably attached to the body part after being separated from the heat generating pad 200.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been mainly described above, but this is merely an example and is not intended to limit the present invention. Those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can make various modifications and changes to the embodiments by adding, changing, deleting or adding constituent elements without departing from the scope of the technical idea of the present invention described in the claims, and this is also considered to be included in the scope of protection of the present invention.
