As shown in fig. 1-4, the present invention provides an air door assembly system for a malt drying furnace, which comprises an inner air chamber 2, an air return chamber 3, an air exhaust chamber 4 and an outer air chamber 5, wherein the inner air chamber 2, the air return chamber 3 and the air exhaust chamber 4 are arranged inside the malt drying furnace 1, and the outer air chamber 5 is arranged outside the malt drying furnace 1.
The malt drying furnace 1 is provided with a drying chamber 6 therein, and the drying chamber 6 is divided into an upper layer 61 and a lower layer 62 which can be ventilated. The inner air chamber 2 is arranged at one side of the lower layer 62 of the drying chamber 6, and a centrifugal fan 21 connected with the bottom of the drying chamber 6 is arranged in the inner air chamber 2. The air return chamber 3 is arranged above the inner air chamber 2 and communicated with the side surface of the upper layer 61 of the drying chamber 6. A cold air pipe 7 which vertically penetrates through the air return chamber 3 (is not communicated with the air return chamber 3) is arranged in the air return chamber 3, the bottom of the cold air pipe 7 is communicated with the top of the inner air chamber 2, and the top of the cold air pipe 7 is communicated with the outside. The cold air duct 7 is communicated with the inner air chamber 2 and the outdoor and passes through the air return chamber 3. B. a baking procedure: closing the fresh air shutter 51, closing the cold air shutter 71, opening the return air shutter 32, and starting the steam heater 22; controlling the air return proportion to be 100 percent and the air temperature to be 78-85 ℃;
C. a cooling process: the fresh air shutter 51 is closed, the cool air shutter 71 is opened, the return air shutter 32 is closed, and the steam heater 22 is closed. The cooling stage needs low air temperature, and at the moment, air is directly taken from the cold air shutter 71 without passing through the steam heater 22, so that the residual temperature of the steam heater can be saved, the cold air temperature is reduced, the cooling efficiency is improved, and the production time is saved. The waste heat of the steam heater 22 can also be used for heating the air of the next batch of moisture removal process. In addition, since the steam heater 22 is not passed, the wind resistance is also reduced.
