Abstract

Referring to fig. 4, the tailgate support plate 100 includes a plate body 101, and a first connection part 10 and a second connection part 20 connected to the plate body 101;

In the embodiment, there are two lightening holes 102, as shown in fig. 1, the two lightening holes 102 are distributed up and down, and the periphery of the holes is indented to ensure that the structural strength is not affected by the opening.
During manufacturing, the third connecting portion 30 in this embodiment is turned up to the left compared to the plate body 101;
alternatively, the third connecting portion 30 is turned up to the right compared to the plate body 101.
The left-right direction means that the third connection portion 30 extends leftward or rightward as compared to the above front-rear direction, that is, the direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction on the horizontal plane in fig. 4.
The specific turning-up direction can be selected according to the installation position of the back door support plate 100, so as to avoid interference with the existing back door inner plate assembly 200.
Such as the back door support plate 100 structure referred to below, the two back door support plates 100 are symmetrical to each other, such that the third connecting portion 30 of the left back door support plate 100 is turned up to the right; the third connecting portion 30 of the right back door support plate 100 is turned up leftward. Thus, the back door can be accommodated between the inner plate assembly 200 and the outer plate assembly of the back door, and the existing space is reasonably utilized.
It is understood that the left tailgate support plate 100 in the above example may also be designed to have the third connecting portion 30 turned up to the left compared to the plate body 101, and the right tailgate support plate 100 may be designed to have the third connecting portion 30 turned up to the right compared to the plate body 101, as long as the space between the tailgate inner plate assembly 200 and the tailgate outer plate assembly 300 can be conveniently and reasonably utilized.

the first connecting portion is connected with the back door inner plate assembly, the second connecting portion is connected with the back door outer plate assembly, and the back door supporting plate is used for lifting the mode of the back door inner plate assembly and the mode of the back door outer plate assembly.
2. A back door according to claim 1, wherein the second connecting portion is a glue slot distributed along one side of the panel.

7. A tailgate according to claim 1, wherein the tailgate support plates are two in number, and are disposed on both sides of the license plate light opening of the tailgate inner panel assembly.
8. A back door according to claim 1, wherein the back door support plate is made of the same sheet material having a thickness of 0.58-0.62 mm.
9. The tailgate according to claim 1, wherein a lightening hole is formed in the middle of the plate body.
10. A vehicle comprising a back door as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
