In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1-5, when not in use, the upper blade 51 and the lower blade 52 on the wire stripping mechanism side have sharp cutting edges, so as to prevent accidents such as scratching caused by accidental touch of an operator, a protective cover 55 is slidably arranged on the side wall of the box body 1 where the wire stripping mechanism 5 is installed, and a buckle 56 is arranged at the opening and closing position to be clamped with the protective cover 55.
