A bag feeding type vacuum packaging machine comprises a cooking pan, a rotary table, a rotary structure for driving the rotary table to rotate, a vacuumizing structure for vacuumizing a cooking bag, and a sealing device for sealing the cooking bag, and is characterized by further comprising a cooking bag stacking mechanism, a raw rice dumpling feeding mechanism, an ice adding mechanism, a water adding mechanism, a freezing chamber and a discharging conveying belt, wherein the cooking bag stacking mechanism, the raw rice dumpling feeding mechanism, the ice adding mechanism, the water adding mechanism, the freezing chamber and the discharging conveying belt are circumferentially distributed along the rotary table, the rotary table is provided with a cooking bag transferring mechanism for taking out cooking bags on the cooking bag stacking mechanism one by one and enabling bag openings of the cooking bags to be in an open state, the raw rice dumpling feeding mechanism is used for feeding the raw rice dumplings into the open cooking bags fixed by the raw rice dumpling feeding mechanism, the ice adding mechanism is used for adding ice into the cooking bags containing the raw rice dumplings, the water adding mechanism is used for adding water into the cooking bags containing the raw rice dumplings and the ice, and the freezing chamber is used for enabling the water in the cooking bags to be solidified into the ice, the vacuumizing structure is used for vacuumizing the cooking bag after water in the cooking bag is changed into ice, the sealing device is used for sealing the vacuumized cooking bag, and the discharging conveying belt is used for conveying the sealed cooking bag to the cooking pot.

The bag feeding type vacuum packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the bag stacking mechanism, the raw rice dumpling feeding mechanism, the ice adding mechanism, the water adding mechanism, the freezing chamber and the blanking conveyor belt are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the turntable, and the bag transferring mechanism has six bag transferring mechanisms and is uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the turntable.

The bag feeding type vacuum packaging machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the water adding mechanism comprises a scale, a lifting mechanism for driving the scale to lift, a water outlet nozzle which is positioned right above the scale and has a downward outlet direction, a water tank and a metering pump for outputting water in the water tank from the water outlet nozzle.

The bag feeding type vacuum packaging machine according to claim 3, wherein the scale comprises a scale pan, a plurality of vertical blocking rods are arranged on the scale pan, and the blocking rods block the periphery of the cooking bag containing the rice dumplings when the cooking bag is placed on the scale pan in a manner that the bag opening faces upwards, so that the cooking bag is maintained in a state that the bag opening faces upwards and stands up.

The bag-feeding type vacuum packing machine according to claim 1 or 2, the cooking bag transfer mechanism comprises a first sucker seat, a lifting mechanism, a first translation cylinder for driving the first sucker seat to stretch and retract towards the direction far away from the rotary disc, a second sucker seat and a second translation cylinder for driving the second sucker seat to stretch and retract towards the direction close to the rotary disc, the first sucker seat is connected to a piston rod of the first translation cylinder, a plurality of first vacuum suckers are arranged on one side of the first sucker seat facing the second sucker seat, a plurality of second vacuum suckers are arranged on one side of the second sucker seat facing the first sucker seat, the lifting mechanism is used for driving the first sucker seat to ascend from a low position to a high position, the first sucker seat is aligned with the second sucker seat along the horizontal direction when located at a high position, and the second sucker seat is staggered with the first sucker seat along the vertical direction when located at a low position.

The bag feeding type vacuum packaging machine according to claim 5, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a vertical slide rod, a ferromagnetic block sleeved on the vertical slide rod, and an electromagnet connected to the upper end of the vertical slide rod and used for attracting the ferromagnetic block, and the first translation cylinder is connected to the ferromagnetic block.
7. The bag-feeding type vacuum packaging machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein the piston rod of the first translation cylinder is inserted through the ferromagnetic block, and the cylinder body of the first translation cylinder is fixed on the ferromagnetic block.
8. The bag-feeding vacuum packaging machine according to claim 5, wherein said retort pouch transfer mechanism further comprises an elevating seat, said second translation cylinder being connected to said elevating seat.
9. The bag feeding type vacuum packaging machine according to claim 8, wherein the piston rod of the second translation cylinder is inserted into the raising seat, and the cylinder body of the second translation cylinder is fixed to the raising seat.

The bag feeding type vacuum packaging machine according to claim 5, wherein the bag stacking mechanism comprises a spring, a supporting plate and side baffles arranged on two sides of the supporting plate, the supporting plate and the side baffles define a bag storage tank for stacking the cooking bags together with the bag openings facing upwards, one end of each side baffle facing the rotary plate is provided with a vertical barrier strip located in the bag storage tank, a push plate is arranged in the bag storage tank, the spring is used for driving the push plate to move towards the rotary plate, the vertical barrier strip is matched with the push plate to clamp the cooking bags located in the bag storage tank, and the first vacuum chuck can be rotated by the rotary plate to align the first vacuum chuck with the bag storage tank in the horizontal direction when the first chuck is located at the low position.
