Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a hydraulic axial plunger pump plunger, in particular to an axial plunger pump plunger and an axial plunger pump.
Background
The pump is the power element and core element of the pressure system, and therefore has extremely important significance for the design and research thereof. The hydraulic axial plunger pump is mainly composed of a transmission shaft, a shell, a swash plate, a plunger, a cylinder body, a spring, a bearing, a valve plate, a rear cover and the like. The plungers are uniformly distributed in the cylinder body along the circumference and rotate and reciprocate in the plunger holes of the cylinder body, and the key friction loss is caused due to complex stress.
The three pairs of key friction pairs of the common plunger pump structure comprise a plunger and a cylinder hole, a slipper and a swash plate, and a port plate and the end surface of a cylinder body which are in surface contact, so that the sealing effect is relatively good, relatively high volumetric efficiency can be ensured under the working conditions of high pressure ratio and low viscosity medium, and the friction pairs have relatively low PV value compared with vane type and gear type pumps. Therefore, the conventional pump mostly adopts a plunger type structure.
When the axial plunger pump works in practice, as the swash plate or the inclined shaft extrudes the plunger assembly at a certain angle, the radial pressure of the plunger and the cylinder body is larger, the plunger inevitably generates friction loss, and the efficiency and the service life of the axial plunger pump are greatly reduced.

Furthermore, the bearing (3) is a self-lubricating joint bearing, the plunger rod (2) is conical, and the extension line of the conical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the inner spherical surface of the self-lubricating joint bearing.
Further, the plunger rod (2) is cylindrical, and the extension line of the cylindrical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the inner spherical surface of the self-lubricating joint bearing.
Furthermore, the bearing (3) is an outer spherical ball bearing, the plunger rod (2) is conical, and the extension line of the conical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the outer spherical surface of the outer spherical ball bearing.
Furthermore, the plunger rod (2) is cylindrical, and the extension line of the cylindrical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the outer spherical surface of the outer spherical surface ball bearing.
Furthermore, the bearing (3) is a deep groove ball bearing, the plunger rod (2) is cylindrical, and the extension line of the cylindrical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the outer surface of the deep groove ball bearing.
Furthermore, a bearing anti-falling mechanism (4) is arranged at the tail end of the bearing (3).
In a second aspect the invention provides an axial piston pump comprising an axial piston pump piston as described above.

Detailed Description
In order to make the description of the present invention more complete and complete, reference is made to the accompanying drawings and the various embodiments described below, in which like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements. In other instances, well-known elements and steps have not been described in detail in order to avoid unnecessarily obscuring the present invention.
Please refer to fig. 1 to 6; fig. 2 and 3 are schematic cross-sectional views of a plunger using a self-lubricating spherical plain bearing according to an embodiment of the present invention;
the plunger provided by the embodiment comprises a plunger ball head (1), a plunger rod (2) and a bearing (3) arranged at the tail end of the plunger rod (2). In the embodiment, the bearing (3) is a self-lubricating spherical joint bearing, the plunger rod (2) can be in a conical structure or a cylindrical structure, when the plunger rod is conical, the extension line of the conical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the inner spherical surface of the self-lubricating spherical joint bearing, and when the plunger rod is cylindrical, the extension line of the cylindrical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the inner spherical surface of the self-lubricating spherical joint bearing.
By the structure, the plunger can be driven by the inner ring of the outer spherical surface of the self-lubricating joint bearing to swing at any angle. When the plunger works, the stress between the plunger rod and the wall of the piston cylinder can be reduced through the arranged bearing in the processes of high-speed rotation and piston movement of the plunger, so that the friction pair is reduced, the friction loss between the plunger and the piston cylinder is reduced, and the service life of the plunger pump is prolonged.
Particularly, for the conical plunger of the inclined shaft type axial plunger pump, the bearing is arranged at the tail part of the plunger or the bearing replaces the original piston ring, compared with the prior structure or the piston ring, the bearing has high precision and high strength, not only can increase the sealing area, but also can reduce the deformation, thereby reducing the friction and the abrasion; for a straight shaft plunger of the through shaft type axial plunger pump, the bearing precision is high, and the abrasion can be reduced.
Fig. 4 and 5 are schematic cross-sectional structural views of a plunger using an insert ball bearing according to an embodiment of the present invention; in the embodiment, the bearing (3) is an outer spherical ball bearing, the plunger rod (2) can be in a conical structure or a cylindrical structure, and when the plunger rod is conical, the extension line of the conical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the outer spherical surface of the outer spherical ball bearing; when the plunger rod is cylindrical, the extension line of the cylindrical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the outer surface of the spherical outer ball bearing.
In the embodiment, the outer spherical ball bearing is adopted, so that when the plunger works, the friction loss between the plunger and the wall of the piston cylinder in the process of high-speed rotation of the plunger can be reduced; meanwhile, the spherical outer spherical surface shaft is generally double-layer sealed, has better sealing performance and can effectively prevent hydraulic oil from leaking, so the scheme of the embodiment has the advantages of reducing the friction loss of the plunger and preventing the hydraulic oil from leaking.
FIG. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a plunger using a self-deep groove ball bearing according to an embodiment of the present invention; in the embodiment, the bearing (3) is a deep groove ball bearing, the corresponding plunger rod (2) is cylindrical, and the extension line of the cylindrical surface of the plunger rod (2) is tangent to the outer surface of the deep groove ball bearing.
In the embodiment, the deep groove ball bearing is adopted, so that when the plunger works, the friction loss between the plunger and the wall of the piston cylinder in the high-speed rotation process of the plunger can be reduced; in the present embodiment, an oil-proof (contact oil seal) deep groove ball bearing is adopted as a preferred embodiment.
In the above embodiment, a bearing anti-falling mechanism (4) may be further provided at the tail of the bearing (3) for preventing the bearing from falling off and shifting, and the anti-falling mechanism may be a collar, a positioning bolt, or the like.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
