d) keeping a disc buckle quick-release support system and a set of support heads 1 on a bottom foundation, erecting the disc buckle quick-release support system on a first floor slab, extending the lower ends of screws 12 of the support heads 1 into corresponding vertical rod inner holes of the disc buckle quick-release support system, rotating second nuts 14, driving the screws 12 to ascend to a preset height by the second nuts 14, respectively placing four corners of a template 2 on support plates 15a of the four support heads 1, matching positioning holes 25a on connecting pieces 25 of the template 2 with positioning bulges 15b, rotating first nuts 13, driving early-release support seats 15 to ascend by the first nuts 13, synchronously adjusting the first nuts 13 of the four support heads 1, and enabling the upper end face of the template 2 and the upper end face of a fixed top plate 11 to be on the same horizontal plane;
the plurality of templates 2 are sequentially matched with the plurality of supporting heads 1, the plurality of templates 2 and the fixed top plates 11 of the plurality of supporting heads 1 form a second layer of top plate template plane together, and a second layer of floor slab is poured on the second layer of top plate template plane;
e) when the concrete strength of the second floor reaches about 75%, the first nuts 13 are rotated reversely, the first nuts 13 drive the early-dismantling support seats 15 to descend, the first nuts 13 of the four support heads 1 are synchronously adjusted, so that the template 2 is lowered, and the template 2 is dismantled;
f) keeping a quick coil buckle disassembling support system and a set of support heads 1 on a first floor, erecting the quick coil buckle disassembling support system on a second floor, extending the lower end of a screw 12 of the support head 1 into a corresponding vertical rod inner hole of the quick coil buckle disassembling support system, rotating a second nut 14, driving the screw 12 to ascend to a preset height by the second nut 14, respectively placing four corners of a template 2 on support plates 15a of the four support heads 1, matching a positioning hole 25a on a connecting piece 25 of the template 2 with a positioning bulge 15b, rotating a first nut 13, driving an early disassembling support seat 15 to ascend by the first nut 13, synchronously adjusting the first nuts 13 of the four support heads 1, and enabling the upper end face of the template 2 and the upper end face of a fixed top plate 11 to be on the same horizontal plane;
the plurality of templates 2 are sequentially matched with the plurality of supporting heads 1, the plurality of templates 2 and the fixed top plates 11 of the plurality of supporting heads 1 form a third layer of top plate template plane together, and a third layer of floor slab is poured on the third layer of top plate template plane;
g) when the concrete strength of the third floor reaches about 75%, the first nuts 13 are rotated reversely, the first nuts 13 drive the early-dismantling support seat 15 to descend, the first nuts 13 of the four support heads 1 are synchronously adjusted, so that the template 2 is lowered, and the template 2 is dismantled;
when the concrete strength of the first floor reaches 100%, a disc buckle quick-release support system and a set of support heads 1 on the bottom foundation are removed;
when the concrete strength of the second floor reaches 100%, a coil buckle quick-release support system and a set of support heads 1 on the foundation of the first floor are removed;
when the concrete strength of the third floor reaches 100%, a coil buckle quick-release support system and a set of support heads 1 on the foundation of the second floor are removed;
h) repeating steps b) to g) until the construction reaches the predetermined floor.
