Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
On a production line, a carrier is an indispensable device for carrying the parts to be processed. The workpiece to be processed can be various products such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer and the like.
In the related art, the carrier mainly includes a carrier plate and a plurality of holders, the carrier plate has a receiving groove for receiving the workpiece to be processed, and the holders surround the receiving groove and can move on the carrier plate. After the workpiece to be machined is placed in the accommodating groove, the operator moves each clamping part, so that the clamping part is abutted to the frame of the workpiece to be machined, and the workpiece to be machined is clamped and fixed in the accommodating groove.
However, each clamping member needs to be moved manually, so that it cannot be guaranteed that each clamping member can be firmly abutted against the workpiece to be machined, and reliability is poor.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a carrier, as shown in fig. 1, including a carrier plate 1, a plurality of clamping assemblies 2, and a plurality of driving members 3.
The middle of the surface of the carrier plate 1 is provided with a plurality of accommodating grooves 11. A plurality of clamping components 2 are arranged around the containing groove 11.
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the clamping assembly 2, and in order to better show the fit between the clamping assembly 2 and the driving member 3, a part of the driving member 3 is shown in fig. 2.
Clamping assembly 2 comprises a base 21, a slide 22 and a resilient member 23, wherein base 21 is connected to carrier 1, slide 22 comprises a slide 221, slide 221 is movably connected to base 21, and the moving direction of slide 221 is parallel to the surface of carrier 1, the surface of slide 221 facing driver 3 has a groove 222, groove 222 has a slope 222a therein, the slope 222a has an angle with the surface of carrier 1, resilient member 23 is compressed between the outer edge of carrier 1 and slide 221, and the compressing direction of resilient member 23 is the same as the moving direction of slide 221. The driving members 3 are movably inserted into the carrier plate 1, the moving direction of the driving members 3 is perpendicular to the plate surface of the carrier plate 1, the driving members 3 correspond to the sliders 221 one by one, and the driving members 3 penetrate through the carrier plate 1 and contact with the inclined surfaces 222a of the corresponding sliders 221 to drive the sliders 221 to compress the elastic members 23.
When the to-be-processed workpiece is loaded by the carrier provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the driving piece 3 drives the sliding block 221 to move, so that the sliding block 221 compresses the elastic piece 23, the elastic piece 23 stores elastic potential energy, and meanwhile, a space is made for placing the to-be-processed workpiece into the accommodating groove 11. After the workpiece to be machined is placed, the driving member 3 no longer drives the sliding block 221 to compress the elastic member 23, so that the elastic potential energy of the elastic member 23 is released to drive the sliding block 221 to move towards the accommodating groove 11, and the workpiece to be machined is stably clamped in the accommodating groove 11 by the elastic force of the elastic member 23.
That is, the elastic force of the elastic element 23 ensures that the sliding block 221 can be firmly pressed against the workpiece to be processed in the accommodating groove 11, thereby improving the reliability of the carrier.
In this embodiment, the number of the accommodating grooves 11 is two, the two accommodating grooves 11 are spaced apart from each other, the clamping assemblies 2 are all surrounded around the two accommodating grooves 11, and the arrangement modes of the clamping assemblies 2 around the two accommodating grooves 11 are the same. By the design, the carrier can bear more workpieces to be machined, so that the machining efficiency is improved.
It is easy to understand that the number of the receiving grooves 11 can be adjusted according to actual requirements, and the disclosure does not limit this.
As can be seen from the foregoing, the driving member 3 can drive the sliding block 221 to compress the elastic member 23, i.e., drive the sliding block 221 to move away from the receiving slot 11. The following describes the manner in which the driving member 3 drives the slider 221 to move.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the driving member 3 includes a push rod 31, the push rod 31 is movably inserted in the groove 222 and contacts with the inclined surface 222a, and a moving direction of the push rod 31 forms an included angle with the inclined surface 222 a.
In the above implementation, in the normal state, the push rod 31 is in the upper part state of fig. 2, when the slide 22 needs to be driven to move, the push rod 31 moves towards the slider 221, and under the action of the inclined surface 222a, the acting force applied to the slider 221 by the push rod 31 generates a component force in the moving direction of the slider 221, so as to push the slider 221 to compress the elastic member 23. When the sliding block 221 needs to move in the opposite direction, the push rod 31 only needs to move away from the sliding block 221, and the sliding seat 22 is pushed to reset under the action of the elastic piece 23.
That is to say, the push rod 31 is used for pushing the sliding block 221 to move away from the accommodating groove 11, so that the sliding block 221 can compress the elastic member 23, thereby storing elastic potential energy, and the elastic member 23 is used for pushing the sliding block 221 to move towards the accommodating groove 11, thereby clamping the workpiece to be machined.
Alternatively, the drive 3 is a pneumatic cylinder and the push rod 31 is a piston rod of the pneumatic cylinder, by means of which the pushing of the slide 22 can be achieved. Of course, the driving member 3 may also be a cylinder, and correspondingly, the push rod 31 is a piston rod of the cylinder.
After the push rod 31 pushes the sliding block 221 to move, in order to better overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 23, so that the sliding block 221 can be kept at a certain position, in this embodiment, a limiting hole 223 is formed in the sliding block 221, the axial direction of the limiting hole 223 is the same as the moving direction of the push rod 31, the inclined surface 222a is located on the inner wall of the insertion hole 211b, and the push rod 31 is movably inserted in the limiting hole 223.
When the push rod 31 pushes the sliding block 221 along the inclined surface 222a, the push rod 31 will move along the axial direction of the limiting hole 223 and finally enter the limiting hole 223 from the bottom of the groove 222. Because the axial direction of the limit hole 223 is the same as the moving direction of the push rod 31, after the push rod 31 enters the limit hole 223, the shearing force applied by the sliding seat 22 to the push rod 31 due to the action of the elastic piece 23 can be better borne.
Illustratively, the moving direction of the push rod 31 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the slider 221, and the axial direction of the limiting hole 223 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the slider 221.
Continuing with the description of the structure of the carriage 22, referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the carriage 22 further includes a clamping block 224 and a positioning member 225. The clamping block 224 is located on the side of the slide block 221 away from the base 21 and is in movable contact with the slide block 221, and the moving direction of the clamping block 224 is the same as the moving direction of the slide 22. The positioning member 225 is located between the slider 221 and the clamping block 224 and detachably connected to the slider 221 and the clamping block 224, respectively.
In the above implementation, the clamping block 224 is fixed on the sliding block 221 through the positioning piece 225, and is used for clamping the workpiece to be processed in the accommodating groove 11. Also, since the clamp block 224 is movable with respect to the slider 221 in the same direction as the slide 22, by moving the clamp block 224, the size of the slide 22 in the moving direction can be changed, thereby accommodating more sizes of the workpieces to be processed.
Optionally, the sliding block 221 has a screw hole 221a therein, and the screw hole 221a penetrates through the sliding block 221 on a side facing the clamping block 224. The clamping block 224 has a long through hole 224b therein, the length direction of the through hole 224b is the same as the sliding direction of the clamping block 224, and the through hole 224b is opposite to the screw hole 221 a. The positioning member 225 passes through the through hole 224b and is threadedly engaged with the screw hole 221 a.
The positioning element 225 is a screw, and when the positioning element 225 passes through the through hole 224b and is inserted into the screw hole 221a, the nut of the screw abuts against the clamping block 224, so as to fix the clamping block 224 on the sliding block 221, so that the clamping block 224 and the sliding block 221 are integrated, and a workpiece to be machined is clamped.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the clamping assembly 2, and in the present embodiment, in order to enable the clamping block 224 to stably slide on the sliding block 221, in combination with fig. 3, a surface of the clamping block 224 has a sliding groove 224a, the sliding groove 224a faces the sliding block 221, a length direction of the sliding groove 224a is the same as a moving direction of the clamping block 224, and the sliding block 221 is slidably inserted in the sliding groove 224 a.
Since the length direction of the sliding groove 224a is the same as the length direction of the sliding seat 22, and the sliding block 221 is inserted in the sliding groove 224a, the sliding direction between the clamping block 224 and the sliding block 221 can be effectively limited by the sliding groove 224a, so that the clamping block 224 and the sliding block 221 can slide more stably.
The structure of the base 21 will be described below.
Fig. 4 is an exploded view of the clamping assembly 2, and in conjunction with fig. 4, the base 21 includes a slide rail 211 and a bottom plate 212 in this embodiment. The slide rail 211 has an elongated slide hole 211a, and the longitudinal direction of the slide hole 211a is the same as the moving direction of the slider 221. The bottom plate 212 is attached to the surface of the slide rail 211 and covers one side of the slide hole 211a in the longitudinal direction. The slider 221 is movably inserted into the slide hole 211a and contacts the bottom plate 212.
In the above implementation, the slide hole 211a is used to provide a mounting space for the slide block 221, so that the slide block 221 can be slidably inserted into the slide rail 211. The bottom plate 212 is used to cover the sliding hole 211a and provide a supporting base for the sliding block 221.
Fig. 5 is a schematic installation view of the clamping assembly 2, the view angle of fig. 5 is opposite to the view angle of fig. 1, and in combination with fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the sliding rail 211 has a receptacle 211b, the axial direction of the receptacle 211b is the same as the length direction of the sliding hole 211a, and the receptacle 211b is communicated with the sliding hole 211 a. The elastic member 23 is inserted into the insertion hole 211b and compressed between the slider 221 and the inner side surface of the carrier plate 1.
The elastic element 23 is a helical spring, the middle part of the elastic element 23 is positioned in the insertion hole 211b, one end of the elastic element 23 is abutted against the sliding seat 22, and the other end of the elastic element 23 is abutted against the inner side surface of the counter bore 12. When the slider 22 moves, the elastic member 23 is compressed or restored in the insertion hole 211 b.
In this embodiment, the plate surface of the carrier plate 1 has a plurality of counter bores 12, the plurality of counter bores 12 are surrounded around the receiving groove 11, the counter bores 12 correspond to the clamping assemblies 2 one by one, and the base 21 is inserted into the corresponding counter bores 12. The clamping assembly 2 further comprises a connecting column 24, one end of the connecting column 24 is connected with the base 21, and the other end of the connecting column 24 is connected with the inner bottom surface of the counter bore 12.
The counter bore 12 is used for providing an installation space for the clamping component 2, after the clamping component 2 is inserted into the counter bore 12, the part of the slide rail 211, which is far away from the bottom plate 212, abuts against the inner bottom surface of the counter bore 12, and the connecting column 24 sequentially penetrates through the bottom plate 212 and the slide rail 211 and is connected with the inner bottom surface of the counter bore 12.
The above description is intended to be exemplary only and not to limit the present disclosure, and any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present disclosure is to be considered as the same as the present disclosure.
