Detailed Description
The present invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings and examples.
This embodiment is an improvement to a scrubber cleaning head.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the cleaning head includes: the cleaning head comprises a cleaning head main body 1, a rolling brush body 3 and a rolling brush cover 2.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cleaning head main body 1 has a roll brush mounting groove 1-1 at a front end thereof, a roll brush body 3 is supported to the roll brush mounting groove 1-1 by a shaft and is rotatable, and a wiping surface 3-1 of the roll brush body 3 protrudes from a front side (right side in fig. 5 and 6) of the roll brush mounting groove 1-1. The roll brush body 3 generally includes a core shaft and a flexible body disposed on the outer periphery of the core shaft, and the flexible body may be a brush, a cloth, or the like, and has a large elasticity.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a roller brush cover 2 is mounted on a cleaner head body 1 and is in sealing engagement with a wiping surface 3-1 of a roller brush body 3, the roller brush cover 2 includes a cover body 2-1 and a front barrier 2-2, the front barrier 2-2 has elasticity, the front barrier 2-2 is fixed at a front end (right end in fig. 1 and 2) of the cover body 2-1, and when the front end of the front barrier 2-2 is pressed backward, the front barrier 2-2 can be deformed backward to make a lower end portion 2-4 be embedded in the roller brush body 3 to be displaced, so that the wiping surface 3-1 of the roller brush body 3 is exposed from the front end of the cleaner head body 1.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the front barrier 2-2 has a groove 2-3 extending in a lateral direction at a middle portion thereof. The groove 2-3 makes the lower half part of the front baffle 2-2 easier to deform backwards after the front baffle 2-2 is pressed backwards.
The front baffle 2-2 is preferably a soft rubber plate, soft rubber that can be used includes rubber and Thermoplastic Elastomer, such as TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer), TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane Elastomer), and more preferably TPE, and the soft rubber that constitutes the front baffle 2-2 can also be other wear-resistant and elastic material. The inner surface of the front barrier 2-2 is preferably designed as a concave curved surface matching the wiping surface 3-1 of the roller brush body 3 in order to provide a better seal between the roller brush cover 2 and the roller brush body 3.
Referring to fig. 3, the lower end portion 2-4 of the front barrier 2-2 is located below the horizontal center plane 8 of the roll brush body 3. This allows the wiping surface 3-1 of the roll brush body 3 to be entirely inside the cleaner head body 1 without coming into contact with an object in front of the cleaner head body 1 when the front fender 2-2 is not pressed backward without encountering an obstacle or a wall surface during forward operation of the floor washing machine.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the length L1 of the front barrier 2-2 is greater than the length L2 of the roller brush body 3, and the front barrier 2-2 completely covers the wiping surface 3-1 of the roller brush body 3.
Referring to fig. 2, the cleaner head main body 1 has a dust suction flow passage including a dust inlet 5 and a bellows 6. The dust inlet 5 of the dust collection flow channel is opposite to the wiping surface 3-1 of the rolling brush body 3 and is positioned on one side, far away from the front baffle 2-2, of the rolling brush body 3, the bottom of the dust inlet 5 is provided with a sealing strip 4, a first sealing structure a is formed between the front baffle 2-2 and the wiping surface 3-1 of the rolling brush body 3 during ground wiping (washing) operation, a second sealing structure b is formed between the wiping surface 3-1 of the rolling brush body 3 and the ground 7, a third sealing structure c is formed between the sealing strip 4 at the bottom of the dust inlet 5 and the ground 7, and the three sealing structures ensure that water and garbage on the ground 7 can be sucked into a sewage tank of the floor washing machine from the dust inlet 5.
Referring to fig. 2, a water jet 1-2 is arranged above the cleaning head body 1 corresponding to the rolling brush body 3, and the water jet 1-2 is connected with a pump in the cleaning head body 1 to form a clean water spraying device. The clean water jetting device is connected with a clean water tank of the floor washing machine and is used for pumping water from the clean water tank and providing the water to the rolling brush body 3 so as to wet the rolling brush body 3. It is also possible to direct the water jets 1-2 towards the floor 7, wetting the floor 7 to be wiped.
In figure 7 there is shown a floor scrubbing machine in which the cleaning head described above is used.
Referring to fig. 7, the scrubber includes: a body assembly 200, a handle assembly 100 and a cleaning head 300. The body assembly 200 is provided with a clean water tank 201, a sewage tank 204, a suction motor 203 and a battery 202, the handle assembly 100 is provided at the end of the body assembly 200, the cleaning head 300 is connected to the front end of the body assembly 200, the cleaning head 300 is the cleaning head according to the above embodiment, the bellows 6 (see fig. 2) of the dust suction flow passage of the cleaning head 300 is communicated with the sewage tank 204 and the suction motor 203, and the pump of the cleaning head 300 is communicated with the clean water tank 201.
The working principle of the floor cleaning machine for cleaning the ground is as follows: the clean water spraying device is controlled to extract clean water from the clean water tank 201, the clean water is sprayed to the rolling brush body 3, the rolling brush body 3 is moistened, the driving device of the rolling brush body 3 drives the rolling brush body 3 to rotate, the ground 7 is wiped, and under the action of the suction motor 203, the rolling brush body 3 wipes garbage and sewage generated on the ground, and the garbage and the sewage pass through the dust inlet 5 and the corrugated pipe 6 and then enter the sewage tank 204.
The principle of the floor washing machine for wiping obstacles or wall surfaces is as follows: when the cleaning head 300 is operated to move forwards to wipe the floor 7, when the cleaning head 300 meets an obstacle or a wall surface 400, the front baffle 2-2 is pressed backwards to deform backwards, and the rolling brush cloth or the bristles on the rolling brush body 3 have great elasticity, so that the lower end part 2-4 of the front baffle 2-2 can be embedded into the flexible body of the rolling brush body 3 to avoid, and the wiping surface 3-1 of the rolling brush body 3 can be exposed from the front end of the cleaning head main body 1 to be in contact with the obstacle or the wall surface 400, and the contact surface is wiped through rotation. In this state, the roller brush body 3 is exposed, so that the cleaning capability of the root of the wall surface is greatly improved.
It can be seen that the present embodiment, through the improvement to the cleaning head of the floor cleaning machine, enables the rolling brush body of the floor cleaning machine to contact with the obstacle or the wall surface 400 during the operation of the floor cleaning machine, and can wipe the obstacle and the wall surface 400.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, and the detailed description is only for assisting the skilled person in understanding the content of the present invention, and can not be understood as the limitation of the protection scope of the present invention. Various decorations, equivalent changes and the like which are performed on the scheme by the technical personnel in the field under the conception of the invention are all included in the protection scope of the invention.
