Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a medical care utensil field, more specifically relates to a special patient clothing of coronary angiography patient.
Background
The coronary angiography examination is to use an angiography agent to puncture the radial artery and the brachial artery of the upper limb or the femoral artery of the lower limb through a special cardiac catheter to search the left and the right coronary artery mouths, and then to insert a catheter and inject the angiography agent, so that the whole coronary artery can be shown through an image, and the main artery and the branch vascular cavities of the whole coronary artery can be clearly shown. Coronary angiography can help a patient to know whether stenosis and focus exist in blood vessels of the patient, make definite diagnosis on the degree of stenosis, the position of the focus and the condition of the blood vessel wall, and determine whether a treatment scheme is interventional operation or treatment through an internal medicine method.
The patient gowns provided clinically at present cannot meet the treatment and nursing requirements of patients with coronary angiography, and the prior surgical clothes prepared by family members of patients are as follows: the household pajamas cannot fully expose the sterilization part in the operation, the hemostat compresses the hemostasis part after the operation, the observation and the sterilization of the puncture point are inconvenient, the scratch and the rubbing of clothes easily cause the infection of the puncture point, and the unsmooth blood flow of the artery can be aggravated if the prepared cuff of the clothes is not loose enough. Therefore, the novel special patient clothing for the coronary angiography patient, which can protect the privacy of the patient, has the heat preservation performance and can reduce the pollution of puncture points, is scientific, reasonable, humanized and convenient.
