Detailed Description
The present invention is specifically described below by way of exemplary embodiments. It should be understood, however, that elements, structures and features of one embodiment may be beneficially incorporated in other embodiments without further recitation.
In the present application, an air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The air conditioner includes an indoor air conditioner and an outdoor air conditioner, the outdoor air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor or outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater for a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler for a cooling mode.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an air conditioning indoor unit according to an embodiment of the present application includes a casing 10 having an air conditioning inlet 11 and an air conditioning outlet 12, a heat exchanger 20 for exchanging heat with air introduced at the air conditioning inlet 11, a blower 30 for blowing air from the air conditioning inlet 11 to the air conditioning outlet 12, and a fresh air module 40 for introducing fresh outdoor air into a room.
The air introduced into the housing 10 by the air inlet 11 and blown out from the air outlet 12 is referred to as air-conditioned air, and the air-conditioned air duct 50 forms a flow path of the air-conditioned air from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12; the outdoor air introduced into the room by the fresh air module 40 is called fresh air.

The fan 30 is disposed in the air outlet duct 52 and is configured to blow out air, where the air includes air conditioning air, outdoor fresh air or a mixture of the air conditioning air and the outdoor fresh air, and the fan 30 makes the air in the air conditioning duct 50 flow to the air outlet 12. The fan 30 may be a cross flow fan.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the fresh air module 40 is disposed within the housing 10 at one end of the heat exchanger 20. The fresh air outlet 414 is arranged on the side surface of the fresh air module 40 close to the heat exchanger 20, and the fresh air outlet 414 faces the air-conditioning air duct 50, so that fresh air introduced by the fresh air module 40 can enter the air-conditioning air duct 50 through the fresh air outlet 414.
The fresh air module 40 in the prior art generally uses a centrifugal fan, and fresh air can only be discharged from the circumferential direction of the fresh air shell 41 and cannot be discharged from the side face. The fan 42 of the present application adopts an axial fan, and the axial direction of the axial fan can discharge air, so that the side surface of the fresh air module 40 close to the heat exchanger 20 can discharge air, and the fresh air is directly blown into the air-conditioning duct 50; and moreover, the axial flow fan can reduce the space occupied by the air conditioner indoor unit in the length direction, so that the whole size of the air conditioner indoor unit is more compact.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 4, 6, the fresh air outlet 414 includes a first fresh air outlet 415 and a second fresh air outlet 416; the first fresh air outlet 415 is communicated with the air inlet duct 51, and the second fresh air outlet 416 is communicated with the air outlet duct 52. The first fresh air outlet 415 directly blows outdoor fresh air to the heat exchanger 20, so that the outdoor fresh air is blown to the indoor after heat exchange through the heat exchanger 20, the second fresh air outlet 416 blows the outdoor fresh air to the air outlet duct 52, so that the outdoor fresh air and the air conditioning air after heat exchange through the heat exchanger 20 are mixed and then blown to the indoor, the problem that temperature difference comfort experience is poor due to the fact that temperature difference exists between the introduced indoor fresh air and the indoor is solved, meanwhile, the outdoor fresh air blown out from the first fresh air outlet 415 and the second fresh air outlet 416 is completely mixed with the air conditioning air, and mixing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the fresh air module 40 may include an air outlet portion 417. The air outlet portion 417 is used to guide outdoor fresh air blown out from the fan 42.
The air outlet portion 417 may include a first air outlet portion 418 and a second air outlet portion 419.
Referring to fig. 7, the first air outlet portion 418 extends from the side of the fresh air housing 41 toward the heat exchanger 20, the first air outlet portion 418 is hollow to form a flow path of fresh air, the first fresh air outlet 415 is formed at an end of the first air outlet portion 418, and the fresh air flowing through the first air outlet portion 418 can be discharged into the intake air duct 51 through the first fresh air outlet 415.
Referring to fig. 8, the second air outlet portion 419 extends from the side of the fresh air housing 41 toward the heat exchanger 20, the second air outlet portion 419 is hollow to form a flow path of fresh air, the second fresh air outlet 416 is formed at an end of the second air outlet portion 419, and the fresh air flowing in the second air outlet portion 419 can be discharged into the air outlet duct 52 through the second fresh air outlet 416.
First air-out portion 418 and second air-out portion 419 extend along the straight line, have avoided the air-out portion 417 of buckling to increase the problem of windage.
Since the air inlet duct 51 is located above the air outlet duct 52, correspondingly, the first fresh air outlet 415 is located above the second fresh air outlet 416.
The first air outlet portion 418 and the second air outlet portion 419 are substantially rectangular parallelepiped shapes in the present embodiment. However, in other embodiments, the first air outlet portion 418 and the second air outlet portion 419 may have other shapes.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first fresh air outlet 415 and the second fresh air outlet 416 are respectively provided with an air valve (not shown), and the fresh air outlet 414 can be opened or closed by the air valves, so as to control the opening and closing of the first fresh air outlet 415 and the second fresh air outlet 416.
When the air valve at the first fresh air outlet 415 is opened, the fresh air blown out from the fan 42 flows in the first air outlet portion 418 and blows towards the air inlet duct 51, the fresh air flows into the air outlet duct 52 after passing through the heat exchanger 20 together with the air-conditioning air in the air inlet duct 51 for heat exchange, and finally is discharged to the indoor through the air outlet 12.
When the air valve at the second fresh air outlet 416 is opened, fresh air blown out from the fan 42 flows in the second air outlet portion 419 and blows towards the air outlet duct 52, and the fresh air is mixed with the air-conditioning air passing through the heat exchanger 20 in the air outlet duct 52 and finally is discharged to the indoor through the air-conditioning air outlet 12.
When the air valves at the fresh air outlets 414 are opened, the first fresh air outlet 415 and the second fresh air outlet 416 are opened, the fresh air blown out from the fan 42 is divided into two paths, one path flows in the first air outlet portion 418 and blows towards the air inlet duct 51, the fresh air flows into the air outlet duct 52 after passing through the heat exchanger 20 to exchange heat with the air-conditioning air in the air inlet duct 51, and is finally discharged to the indoor through the air-conditioning air outlet 12; the other path flows in the second air outlet portion 419 and blows to the air outlet duct 52, and the fresh air is mixed with the air-conditioning air passing through the heat exchanger 20 in the air outlet duct 52 and finally discharged to the indoor through the air-conditioning air outlet 12.
Therefore, various fresh air outlet modes can be realized by controlling the air valves, so that the air conditioner is suitable for controlling fresh air outlet by users under different environmental conditions. For example, in the environment with large outdoor temperature difference such as summer and winter, the cooling/heating function of the air conditioner usually used by the user can be controlled, and the first fresh air outlet 415 and the second fresh air outlet 416 can be controlled to be opened when the fresh air is opened, so that the air mixing efficiency of the fresh air and the air conditioning air can be accelerated, and the problem of poor user temperature difference comfort experience when the fresh air and the indoor temperature difference are large is solved; and under the environment that the user only uses the fresh air function and does not use the air conditioning function, the first fresh air outlet 415 and/or the second fresh air outlet 416 can be selectively opened according to the requirement of the user on the fresh air volume.

In the projection of the plane of the first fresh air outlet 415, the first fresh air outlet 415 is located between the end plate 21 and the inner wall of the casing 10, so that the fresh air can be fed into the intake air duct 51 through the first fresh air outlet 415.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the portion at the front upper corner of the end plate 21 is inclined, and there is a large gap between the portion and the housing 10 above the portion, and the first fresh air outlet 415 corresponds to the gap, so that the communication between the first fresh air outlet 415 and the intake air duct 51 can be realized without changing the shapes of the end plate 21 and the heat exchanger 20. In other embodiments, one skilled in the art may arrange the first fresh air outlet 415 on the upper side of the end plate 21 or arrange the first fresh air outlet 415 on the front side of the end plate 21 according to the size of the space of the intake air duct 51.
In some embodiments of the present application, the extension of the first air outlet portion 418 to the direction of the intake air duct 51 is not more than the end plate 21, that is, in the left and right direction of the heat exchanger 20, the first air outlet portion 418 is completely staggered from the heat exchanger 20, and in fig. 7, the right end of the first air outlet portion 418 does not exceed the right end of the end plate 21, so that the first air outlet portion 418 can be prevented from blocking part of the heat exchanger 20 and reducing the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger 20.
In some embodiments of the present application, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second air outlet portion 419 passes through the end plate 21 and communicates with the air outlet duct 52. Specifically, an avoiding notch 211 is provided at the rear lower end of the end plate 21, and the second air outlet portion 419 is disposed through the avoiding notch 211.
In some embodiments of the present application, with continued reference to fig. 4 and 5, the fresh air housing 41 of the fresh air module 40 includes a fan housing 411 and a plenum housing 412 that may be connected together by a snap and screw connection.
The fan 42 is installed in the fan case 411, and the air outlet portion 417 is formed at a side surface of the fan case 411 opposite to the air chamber case 412.
An air inlet cavity is defined between the air cavity shell 412 and the fan shell 411, and a purification unit (not shown in the figure) is installed in the air inlet cavity; the air chamber shell 412 and the fan shell 411 extend outward to form a fresh air inlet 413, and the fresh air inlet 413 is communicated with the air inlet chamber, so that under the action of the fan 42, outdoor fresh air enters the air inlet chamber from the fresh air inlet 413 along a fresh air pipeline, is filtered by the purification unit, and then is blown into the air conditioning duct 50 through the fresh air outlet 414.
According to the application, the fresh air outlet 414 of the fresh air module 40 is communicated with the air conditioner air duct 50, fresh air can be mixed with air conditioner air in the air conditioner air duct 50 and then is delivered to the indoor from the air conditioner air outlet 12, the temperature difference between the fresh air and the indoor can be neutralized through air mixing, and the problem of poor comfort experience of a user caused by large fresh air temperature difference is solved.
According to the application, the first fresh air outlet 415 communicated with the air inlet channel 51 and the second fresh air outlet 416 communicated with the air outlet channel 52 are arranged on the fresh air module 40, fresh air blown out from the first fresh air outlet 415 flows to the air outlet channel 52 after passing through the heat exchanger 20 together with air conditioner air in the air inlet channel 51 after heat exchange, and fresh air blown out from the second fresh air outlet 416 is mixed with the air conditioner air in the air outlet channel 52, so that the fresh air is completely mixed with the air conditioner air, the mixing efficiency is improved, the temperature difference between the fresh air and the indoor temperature is further reduced, and the temperature difference comfort experience of a user is improved.
